    I placed an order with this company and became concerned after seeing multiple reports from other customers who never received their items, some dating back several months. I also never received shipping updates or clear communication.When I brought this up and filed a dispute through my bank, I was met with a dismissive and condescending response ************ claims to be legitimate, but their pattern of behavior raises serious red flags. I highly recommend doing your research before placing an order.

    I ordered two hoodies from The Urban Sports Culture as you see in image; Large ********************** Large Black Venom Hoodie. We placed our order back in Dec *******; we are told to give 30 days I reach out to them via email and even in March & current we still have not received our order. We keep getting a run around in it will be arriving soon and they took our money for our two orders we placed in Dec for a birthday present. I have requested them to refund the money or ship us the products we paid for as my son still was looking forward to have. This needs to be made right, as scamming is illegal and thats just what this companys is doing! They take money but delivery nothing! Help me make this right and prevent others for fall for this!

    On March 4, 2025, I placed Order #*****, DC Batman Beyond Culture Embroidery Hoodie - XXL, from Urban Culture. Upon seeing the company may not be legit, I emailed support asking for my order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded. Instead of granting my request, support told me to wait ***** days and I have not received a refund or any information on the order. Looking at the comments on the company's instagram page, others are dealing with similar issues, not hearing from the company regarding orders.

    My 15 year old son came across one of this companys video on tiktok, he wanted a sweater from this company for Christmas so I purchased one 12/09/2024 it is now 2/3/2025 and I have yet to receive a tracking number, I have email the customer service email that is on the confirmation email I received and asked for a refund. They told me they dont do that. I have sent multiple emails he responds to a few and after a while he stops answering. I dont know why no one has looked at this business and its definitely fraudulent. Someone needs to investigate this man.

    I purchased shorts after seeing an ad on instagram. I was promised the order within a few weeksthis was back in may 2024. It is now January 2025. I have repeatedly asked for a refund since they keep stalling and delaying when I will be getting the shorts. But they refuse to refund. This is theft. They are also now ignoring my emails and Instagram comments even though I have tried to resolve this nicely. Even if they were being truthful about manufacturing delays, it is basic business that you cannot take someones elses money in exchange for a promise of a good that they then never deliverits not as though this company is insolvent. They are clearly active on social media, continue to do business, and are now straight ignoring me. I gave them MONTHS to make this right and started off being extremely polite and deferential.

    I purchased one set of Ghost Rider shorts - on 09/21/2024 ($40.81) - and I wasn't notified until 11/04/24 that they were completed and on their way. It's now 01/16/2025 and I've yet to receive those shorts. It is currently stuck in *******, ** and has been since 11/30/2024. I've direct messaged the business and spoke to two different individuals from their "customer support" claiming that they'd get in touch with their manufacturer. Unfortunately, none of them have heard from their manufacturer. All I want is a simple $40 refund but they tell me they don't give refunds unless: "ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE ONLY REFUND ITEMS THAT ARE FAULTY AND OR DO NOT FIT. (if you still havent received your order please email support so that we may help you locate your parcel)". I've never even received my shorts - that were ordered 4 months ago - and I've been more than patient, too. They don't seem to know where my shorts are either and don't understand the next step to complete to satisfy a customer.

    I ordered about $150 worth of clothing from this company in August or 2024. It was stated that processing would be between ***** business days before shipping the product. It has been 4 months and no updates on the products Ive paid for and they refuse to give me an update or a refund on said product

    Ordered from merchant on December 4, 2023. It is now 11/5/2024 and item never arrived. They stopped responding in April. They refused to refund me and ghosted me. I want either a refund.

    This business has not mailed me my order nor have they provided me with tracking information. They refuse to refund me and they keep saying that it will ship soon.     4-9-2024 was the purchase date I got 2 pairs of shorts and still have not received todays date is 10-21-2024
