      I ordered over 7weeks ago, owner and support team won't give me a refund or my clothing I bought. Basically holding/ stealing my money at this point. I requested my tracking or an actually date many times. Not a generic "it's coming soon" (I been hearing this excuse for over a month.) I just want my money back or product now . Avoid this business at all cost !!

      I ordered a pair of shorts from the Urban Sports Culture on December 8, 2024 and never received the merchandise. I followed up with e-mails a number of times. The company indicated that their had been a mistake with my order, but they would send me a tracking number as soon as they got the item from the warehouse. I never received a tracking number and although I continued to contact them via e-mail to request one, they continued to string me along. I never received the tracking number or the merchandise.

      I made an order on December 28th, 2023. Their site says that the items will be shipped ***** business days. It is now June 2nd, 2024 and I have not received my order. I keep emailing, and keep getting the run around. Now that *** asked for a refund, they state they dont do refunds.

      Hi there,

       

      Custumer has received a tracking number today June 6, 2024. We appreciate her patience and still wanting her product. 9434636106025210159713  the parcel will arrive by this week. a second parcel will be heading out shortly after as well with the second pair.

      In return we do ask that the customer follows up with their ******************** and state that they received the product. Since they went this far in stating that they never received it. It would only be fair and legit !

      I bought one item from Urban Sports Culture website on 12/25/2023. The item was a pair of black Spider-Man venom shorts. I paid $51.59. I did not receive the item. After contacting them on 2/28/2024 to ask why I had not received my item, they stated in an email that order seemed to have never updated in their courier system. They stated they had put the order in for reshipment. After contacting them a second time on 5/1/2024 asking for a refund I received no response. I never received a tracking number but my receipt number was 1515-8278.

      I used this website to purchase some basketball shorts as a Christmas gift for my younger siblings and never received the items. I paid $95.02 for the items ans even contacted customer service a few times but after a while they stopped answering back.

      I purchased 2 pairs of shorts off the Urban Sports Culture website. I spent about $80.00 on both pair. I made that purchase on April 15th. The site says that there will be an automatic tracking number sent after 10 business days. I waited 15 business days and did not get a tracking number. I emailed the customer service twice and called the number to no avail.

      Order was placed on April 16th 2024, or 21 calendar days, 16 business days ago. No shipping information has been provided, and when I reached out to customer service via email I got negative results. The initial email back from them was just quoting the business policies regarding shipping. They have already broken those terms. Since I tried emailing them again, they have not responded. Doing a little digging into their reviews, this seems a common business practice for them, never shipping the paid for items. I want my money back at this point, and to not do business with this disreputable merchant.

      I placed an order with the company on January 10th, 2024. One item was purchased and the amount charged to my card was $52.39. I expected longer than usual shipping time because of the following message that was attached in the order confirmation email : Processing is typically ***** business days but can take longer due to heavy order volume (3 to 6 weeks) We will email you a tracking number once processing is complete. Additionally it states that ***: ***** Business days. As I stated previously, the order was placed on January 10th, 2024. We are now at the end of April and I have yet to receive any updates or tracking information for my order. I would like a refund for my order.
