This business has an affiliate, Sold.com which funnels and sells your personal information as leads to realtors without expressed permission or even transparency on their relationship. I was told they wanted to copy my FSBO add on Zillow and put it on their "fsbo.com" website. Yes, they even lied about what their company name was on our phone call. When they said they wanted to have a company they work with called Sold.com provide me with a "free market analysis" I adamantly declined and stated I did NOT want any solicitation. In under 5min, Sold.com emails me and in under 24 hrs a local realtor solicited to me and admitted getting the lead from Sold.com AKA FIZBER.com. This **** person in ***** needs to lose his business license for false advertising and selling personal info w/out permission. Class action anyone?

they are scammers! They reached out to me on my FSCBO listing and offered a flat fee MLS listing. I paid for the fee, and then no one reached out to list it. What a joke. I tried to call all other numbers I could find for this company and never got a chance to talk to a live person. SCAM!!!

This business is a JOKE! If you are serious about selling FSBO go elsewhere. They kept nagging me to sign up for their "full" MLS service, they asked me how the selling process was going and when I told them of the difficulties I was having with their free service they simply DELETED my listing hahaha, how unprofessional can you get and I quote: "Due to your displeasure with us your Redfin and Fizber free FSBO listing has been deleted." What is truly funny is I was just about to shell out ****** for the full MLS service, dodged a bullet on this one.

Fizber has not done what they promised and has refused to refund my money. Their system does not integrate with the *** and when my listing hit the *** the photos were duplicated and triplicated and the listing verbiage was a mess. I was told I can work through email and customer service to fix it and after an ENTIRE weekend of trying it was still a mess every time it was "updated". I had RE professionals telling me to get it off it was hurting my sale and I missed the end of the rate boom where rates are now up and we have to wait to sell now as its winter here and cold, no one moves in the winter. I am so upset and they wont refund my money! A contract works two ways and I will not give up until I am refunded my money. You cannot keep my money and not provide a promised service. Clearly others have issues so what is the BBB going to do about this criminal situation? That was a lot of money to my family.

Scam. I inquired about a "listing" and they would not even confirm if the house was actually for sale. They only wanted to sell me a mortgage even after I told them I didn't need financing. They never connected me to the owner of the house that probably isn't really listed. Scam!

Hi ***** - Sorry to hear about your experience. What is the property you are inquiring on? I can assure you that every listing on Fizber.com is an actual listing provided by the homeowner who is interested in selling their home. This particular seller may have taken their home off the market and not notified us or removed their listing. We would be happy to look into this for you. Can you confirm the address?
