I wanted to purchase a lumbar support pillow, and I saw one I liked on the Senior web page. Another company offered a lower price, and I clicked on an online chat to see if Senior could match it. I reached *****, who checked the other company's web site but since the photo on the other web page wasn't identical to the photo on Senior's, ***** had to do some research to ensure the items were the same. He said it might take as long as 24 hours, but he would try to expedite the process. He called me back in less than an hour with the good news. He let me know that Senior would indeed match the lower price, and he completed my purchase. I am so pleased with *****'s diligence and persistence, making sure that I could get the lower price. He was courteous, professional, efficient and so helpful. Excellent service, and a great price for the exact item I wanted.Review from Jon G

*** was very Helpful and detailed with my request. She gave the steps for the Return of the Rolletor, the time involved and sent a return label to my email. Ordered a **** Chair from Amazon page Chair comes w a cushion Delivery date was scheduled for 5/29/24. ******* was delivered Unannounced on 5/18/2024. Still expected the chair on 5/29/2024. No delivery to date. Today is 6/124. Left several inquiries on Amazon. No Response from company to date. Called the company telephone number no answer. A chair for a 96 year old senior!!! I wouldnt do business with them again. Will not let this go! Shameful Shady Business

I paid for two days shipping and received my package nine days after it was ordered. I sent emails and placed phone calls and never received up to date information regarding the status of my package. I noticed my company is not the only customer that has had this shipping issue with Senior.com. We will NEVER use this company again due to its lack of good customer service. My order number was ******.
