I replied to my counselor ************************* at **************************** and it now says this person no longer exists. I am unable to reach anyone by phone or email. They took my money and ghosted-no resolution for my student loan situation whatsoever. I cannot even confirm they filed any paperwork with the ******** *** This is a scam guys, do t fall for it. Feel free to email me at ********************** if you are also contacting an attorney with your documentation. We can work together.

This student aid group called me on April 22 and told me that I can enroll in this program and I sent them all my information and they set up payments for me and in total I paid $780. I have tried to call them the phone is no longer in service I tried to contact them via email and I get no response. I looked into their business and saw that a lot of people said that it was a scam. Please let me know what I can do to rectify this and to get my money back. Thank you ***************************

I signed a contract with Student Aid Group in July. They told me payments of $195 would be withdrawn the first 3 months, then it would drop to $10 a month. However, I just recieved my 4th withdraw of $195. I have tried to contact the business with no avail. Student Aid Group - if you want my business, please call me so I know where my money is going. Otherwise, I will call my bank and not allow anymore transactions.

This company contacted me regarding the **** I submitted online at studentaid.gov. My student loan was transferred to Mohela thats fine. ****** has no record of my **** app. This company stated part of my student Loan was forgiven and set up payment arrangement for autopay. I paid $195 on 6/11/22, 7/11/22, 8/12/22, and 9/12/22. I attempted to call the number on my paper work ************ disconnected. The website student aid group.org is down stating they are no longer accepting clients. I really thought this was a legitimate company because when I called studentaid.gov the rep said everything was fine and they had it. I called studentaid.gov and Mohela they have nothing. Im putting studentaid.gov so as to differentiate student aid group.

06/07/2022- I was left another message by this company claiming that I was eligible for student loan forgiveness and I finally called them back to find out what this was about. They seemed legit at the time. Asked me standard questions, explained who they were and what they do, did the underwriting and told me I was approved for partial forgiveness but they needed me to sign a contract while I was on the phone so they sent it to me via email. Asked me to read them the code they sent to my phone for security purposes. They asked for my **** information so that I could make the $195 payments that would be going toward my loan balance for the next 4 months. Was told I would be receiving a welcome letter and then a call next week and if I had any questions to call them back. Later that evening when I checked my email, I had received a notice from the ***** of ********* notifying me of a password change to my account. I did not change the password. The time of change was 2 minutes after I initially received that text message with the 6 digit code. Went in to check it and sure enough, my password had been updated. I then looked back through all the info, have sent them 2 emails to cancel my contract because according to the documents, I have 72 hours to do so. No response. I have called the number on their website multiple times and receive an answering machine every time with a vague recording. I have called the number that was originally left for me on the Voicemail that I originally called an spoke with them on and a different company answers and when I ask if they are affiliated with the Student Aid Group, they either hang up, tell me they have no idea what that is, have no record of me in their system, or tell me I have the wrong number and then hang up. I have confirmed with my Loan Provider that this company is not an approved company that works with the ***** of *********. I want my contract canceled and documentation stating the cancelation and my money back.

On 05/23/22 I received a voicemail from someone named **** with a student support agency calling in regards to imperative student loan information that is needed for the per-qualification loan discharge and forgiveness program before the status expires. They presented themselves as a government agency and my loans are in the process of being transferred to EdFinanical so I thought this was legit, but it was not. When I called the number **** gave me at ************ I spoke to someone named ***** who knew all of my FSA information, where I lived, how much I owed, and that ************ was my soon to be new loan service company. He was even able to send me legit looking FSA codes for my account (I did not use these codes to log in) to my phone when they called had called from a different number so this made me feel that it was in fact legal and real. All of these things combine made me feel that it was real, legal, and legitimate. Chis then stated that my previous college **************** has been getting shut down and that I am eligible for full forgiveness except for paying the interest rate which would be 4 payments of $195.00. I gave him my credit card information for the first payment for **** he emailed me paperwork to sign via Clixsign and even gave me his direct number ************ an FSA ID of ******. Once I received these emails of my signed documents I noticed things did not seem right. I want to note this is not a complaint about ************, but for a fraud company named Student Aid Group with an email of *************************************** and website of www.studentaidgroup.org .

This company contacted me saying they are department of education and got access to my federal account. They got my social security, date of birth. I signed a contract with them on 5/20/2022 for forgiveness of my student loan. In their policy it states I have 72 hours after signing contract to cancel it with no penalty. I emailed them 3-4 times on 5/20/2022 to cancel and call them but the number they provided in a voice message no longer works after speaking with them. Number is ************. On their contract the number they provided no one answers. The number is ************. Also they do not respond to my emails. They have me setup on automatic payments to my bank account. I need this contract cancelled as soon as possible. Also I have been informed this is a scam company.
