  I hired them to resolve my taxs with the irs payed them 8500. 500 which was supposed to pay my back taxes which they never did 2/12 years later my taxes were never paid and now iam getting letters from the irs saying I owe an additional 3000 for unpaid taxes and that they have never heard from nte

  This is the worst business I have ever dealt with....No communication .. I started in July of 2020, and as of today still not resolved... People are not helpful and there is not one person who will communicate with you on a regular basis

  Hi I signed up with Nationwide Tax Expert September 10, 2019. I also sent an emailed requesting to cancel my services. There have been no response. I am requesting they refund me my money and also refund *********** and *******. This emailed was sent on Tuesday, February 7th 2023. I paid $5,600.00 out of pocket. I also have 4 unnecessary loans. I have 2 with *********** and 2 with ******* that totals to $62,520.00. Nationwide have not worked on my case because per an *** representative Nationwide have me setup in CNC status which means Currently Not Collectible. They have done nothing but have caused me more debt. I spoke to a representative at *********** and *******. All 4 checks were sent to Nationwide Tax Expert. October 2020 a $13,000.00 check from *********** was sent to Nationwide. April 2021 a $27,205.00 check was sent to Nationwide. May 2022 $7,319.00 a check from *********** was sent to Nationwide and a check for $15,000.00 from ******* was sent to Nationwide Tax Expert. Can Nationwide please tell me what happened to the 4 checks that were sent to them. When I asked why they keep having me take out loans. No one never had an explanation. With all 4 loans they had me getting. My debt to the *** would have been paid. Instead this company did nothing. This is unacceptable. I wouldnt recommend Nationwide Tax Expert because this company is definitely a scam. All I want at this point again is to refund me my $5,600.00. That I have paid out of pocket. Pay *********** and ******* the remaining balances on all 4 loans that this company stuck me with.

  I have sent another email to NTE. I did receive an email from *********** out of one of the 4 loans will be refunded. That is the $7,319.00. However the $13,000.00 from *********** and the 2 from ******* $27,205.00 & $15,000.00 need to be refunded. Also the $5,600.00 that I have paid out of pocket. Again I was setup in CNC with the **** This company received my money and all 4 checks and I didnt receive the services. This has been going on long enough and the problem need to br resolve asap.

  I hired this company early last year. I had to take a loan out and Ive been calling speaking to random people never received a call back or anything and now Im paying back a loan for absolutely nothing. Im looking into legal representation at this point

  I hired this company back in January 2022 they told me they could help me with my tax debt. I was then told to file an extension for my taxes this year so the irs wouldnt take my taxes while they worked on my case filed the extension till October. Than was told to go ahead and file my taxes in October I would be alright, to find out I should of just filed back in February because I had to be current for them to make a agreement with the irs. Didnt need the extension I paid for. The got me a loan threw Americans first finance for **** or something like that and to be paid in 3 years it would cost 4300$ after the irs took my money this year and what I paid them I could of had my taxes almost paid off to them to tell me oh we got it to were they didnt levy ur account meanwhile I told them when I first started I am in bankruptcy so the irs couldnt garnish my wedges at this time. To be told today 11/30/2022 that all they did was make it to wear the irs couldnt take it from my account shoot from what I paid them and this year I would of paid off my debt. Dont recommend this company. And I see them telling people they offered there money back so if they offer my money back Ill be happy bc I can put that to what I owe to the **** taxes.

  I took out a loan for ******* back in March 2022 and paid this company to help settle my IRS back taxes. Nothing is moving, Can not reach------ who was the original person with whom I spoke with and got in this mess. Now another gentleman is telling me that Need to pay them another *******, this will possibly get me a hardship with the **** I am 74 years old , on a fixed income there is no way in h*** that I can afford this. He is claiming that this was explained at the start of the program and I turned it down. I think this company is a scam, and need to be investigated. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am so disappointed, I wanted so bad to be wrong about this company, and to believe they have my best interest in mind, but I don't think so. i will be taking this further I Please, please do not trust this company

  Total scam artist charged me $4000.00 and did nothing, then lied for 4 years telling me that they had came to a agreement with the *** on my behalf and connected me with *********** for a loan to supposedly pay off the *** and I found out that none off the money went to the ***, it was funneled right back to Nat.Tax and absolutely nothing was paid to the *** and no agreement was EVER reached on my behalf! And contacting BBB they tried to get me to sign a release absolving them of any obligations to me and leaving me with no rights for legal resolution with them for $1000.00 . I refused to sign and and have been told not to contact them any further.

  Hey ********,We feel like no matter what we do we cannot make you happy. You asked to cancel and not let us finish the work. We agreed. You asked for your loan to be cancelled. We did that. You asked for a refund. We offered you one. Not sure what else we can do to make you happy. We literally did everything you asked for. I guess its true there are just some people that no matter what you do you cant make them happy.
