I ordered blinds from 3 day blinds on 1/11/2024 and since then I have two blinds installed correctly, but the other two blinds in my kitchen, they can't figure out the dimensions. They have been paid in full and I still don't have blinds in my kitchen. WE have been in contact with 3 day blinds every month to see what is going on with these blinds. Now that I have had enough with these people, (trying to get hold of them by phone is a problem, you will be on hold for 30+ minutes to get hold of anyone.) I want to be reimburse for the 2 blinds in my kitchen. I called ******** at 3 day blinds and she said I will not get reimburse for the blinds because of the past contract date. **** these people and this company. It is not my fault that they don't know how to read a tape measure. I want my money back on the blinds that don't work. The other two blinds work okay at the moment. I want my money back on the blinds in my kitchen, so I can finds some one else who can install them correctly.3 Day Blinds Response

Writing to affirm the reviews listed citing zero accountability and poor communication. Avoid this company if you can. I am in the middle of a full home interior renovation and have had positive experiences with all of our subs except this one. The core issue is poor communication: they are not professional, timely, or clear in what they are doing or when they are doing it in your home, but very swift to charge you (without notifying you in advance!). When the customer service team was contacted they made zero attempt to understand my core complaint and referred me to my contract rather than calling me back as requested. We were hoping to use them for all of our interior shades and will be working with another company going forward. I was surprised at the lack of care and disappointed in the experience overall.3 Day Blinds Response

Let me first start saying that their customer service department is terrible. They promise you one thing and then go back and change their offer. My partner and I had some custom blinds that were too short in length. When contacted, they said it was because the blinds we ordered (inside mount) always have a 1/4 inch gap, which was not disclosed at the moment of placing the order nor measurements. Their advertisements and instagram page pictures do not show any gaps, so theyre basically falsely advertising the quality and clean look of their blinds. I will never use them again! If youre okay with blinds having a gap between your walls and seeing the screws then go and get some 3dayjnds!3 Day Blinds Response

Got 3 motorized blinds (2 rollers and 1 honeycomb up/down) from 3 day blinds in 2022. The honeycomb one wouldnt connect to the app anymore no matter what. Its responsive to the remote but stuck and wouldnt go down beyond a couple inches. The blinds take too long to charge (think tens of hours) in this age of fast chargers. Want antiquated battery technology is 3 day using is beyond me. Their support wanted $90 to take a look and $300 for a new motor upfront for a blind that was installed less than 2 years ago and came with a 5 year warranty. Such a shame of a company 3 day is that doesnt stand behind its own over the top expensive products?3 Day Blinds Response

Since May, I've been waiting for a part for my new blinds. I have been in touch with customer service multiple times to check on the status of the part, but each time, I receive a different excuse for the delay. ****, who handles the orders, informed customer service that she shipped the part via ****** but it was returned by the installer without any explanation. The installer was supposed to receive the part for my blinds, but he refused it. Instead of communicating with me, he has chosen to ignore the issue. Both **** and the installer have failed to follow up on this matter and complete my order. Dealing with customer service in this situation has been extremely frustrating. Every time I call, I have to explain the situation from the beginning and each time, they make promises that it will be resolved. Despite the significant amount of money we paid for the blinds, the missing part has still not reached us. I do not recommend hiring 3 Day Blinds. Their extreme lack of good customer service, accountability, and follow up shows. Go with a local company instead.3 Day Blinds Response

Do NOT do business with 3 Day Blinds! We purchased expensive honeycomb blinds and now after almost 7 years THEYRE FALLING DOWN. Theyre cheaply made. The blind material is ONLY GLUED to the bracket and the blinds are simply dropping, separating from the bracket. 3 DAY BLINDS GLUES THEIR PRODUCT! Thousands of dollars for glue?????? How about you nail them into the bracket?? POOR QUALITY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD COMPANY! STAY AWAY FROM 3 DAY BLINDS! CHEAP PRODUCT!3 Day Blinds Response

DO NOT ORDER MOTORIZED BLINDS with the cellular panel for charging. I have spent over $15,000.00 with 3 Day Blinds since moving into my new home 2.5 years ago. I had them install 7 motorized blinds in a 2 story living room and family room that come with the cellular charging panel. I have had these for less than 2 months and most of the blinds have stopped charging, even though they get full sunlight. I have been told that the battery life of these are at least a year before having to charge them. Since I have the solar panel, there should be no reason for me to have to charge them since that is the whole reason for having the solar panel. I was told that I would have to get out a ladder and connect the charging cable to the blinds to charge them. I am not getting up on a ladder to reach a window that is 20' from the ground, just to hook up a cable. I have 7 of these blinds and do not want to have 7 cables hanging from the wall to charge a blind that should be charging itself with the solar panel. That was the whole reason for getting these, was the convenience of not having to manually charge these. I have had 4 of them replaced and am having the same issues with the charging. **************** has been horrible as you have to go through a different person each time you call in and very seldom are able to actually speak to a supervisor or manager. Once they get their money for the product, the customer service sure does drop the ball. The last blinds I had installed was on 6/10 and one of those blinds has already stopped working even though the app shows it is fully charged. I do not want to even try to open the blinds because I worry that they will get stuck in the open position and will not be able to close them. That is the whole reason I got these...was to keep the sun and heat out. Would sure love for a supervisor to give me a call to get this taken care of.3 Day Blinds Response

I hired ********************* to come to my home to install about $7,000 from 3-day blinds three of the five were done incorrectly they had to redo them she charged my credit card the day I ordered them and the very next day 100% including the installation charge it took over 2 months to get somebody to come out and do the installation three of the five were wrong I had to wait another month to get new shades as part of buying $7,000 worth of shades I asked to hang two shades in my master bedroom but my painter had hung but they dragged which they did and one fell off the window a week later I am still yet to get it fixed it's been 2 years don't waste your time with ********************* and 3-day blinds she will only call you back if you're buying new shades, the worst follow-up of any vendor I've ever worked with in 48 years I'm an architect in ******** and I would never ever hire 3-day blinds again and I'm not recommending them to any of my clients, it's unfortunate you can't give zero Stars3 Day Blinds Response

I would give this company zero stars.I completed a timely and appropriate Notice of Cancellation on June 18, 2024. It was sent via email and fax, as well as I called ************* and received a Case Number. I have confirmation of receipt of both including an email dated 6/18/2024 at 9:34 a.m. from 3 Day Blinds confirming that they received my cancellation. According to 3 Day Blinds' policy, "If you cancel...any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled. It has now been ten (10) business days and 3 Day Blinds has not returned my deposit. I was told this morning that their accounting department is "backlogged" and it could be thirty (30) days. Their own documents state deposits are returns 7-10 business days after cancellation. Agents have told me that it's 7-10 business days. Now that it's been 10 business days, I am being told that it could be 30 days.3 Day Blinds Response

we signed the contract for custom draperies and hardware in January of 2024. Contract stated delivery time of 3/2024. we received an e-mail stating due to popularity of material we could not get the material until untill 7/2024. next we received an updated time of 6/2024. once again we received an updated time of 8/2024. This was unaceptaptable after all the promised dates. we canceled the order. refund has been promised, First refund time frame was 5-7 days. Today we got a call that it could be ***** days.
