Absolutely the Worst Experience Avoid at All Costs I wouldnt wish our experience with 3 Blinds on my worst enemy. From start to (still not) finish, it has been an absolute nightmare.After we signed the salespending over $20,000we never heard from our salesperson again. The quoted lead time was completely false; what was supposed to take weeks has stretched into over six months, and we are still not done.The quality is atrociousflimsy, poorly installed, and nowhere near what youd expect at this price point. Multiple blinds are already falling apart or have broken within weeks of installation. One of the key pieces we ordered, an $8,000 automatic curtain rod, worked for exactly two cycles and has been broken ever since. That was six weeks ago, and it still hasnt been ******** add insult to injury, they offered a laughable discount to try to keep me from writing this reviewyet were still stuck dealing with them, chasing updates, and getting nowhere. The entire process has been filled with delays, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability or customer care.This is hands-down the worst company weve ever dealt with. If you're considering spending real money on custom motorized shades with 3 Day Blinds, do yourself a favordont. After investing over $10,000, we received not just faulty electric blinds but a masterclass in bureaucratic runaround and customer disservice.Our shades made loud, grating mechanical noises, so we contacted customer service. That started our descent into a Kafkaesque email abyss, where the only consistent response came from one ****** ******, whose titleCustomer Care Advocateshould be listed under satire. After months of back-and-forth, conflicting messages, and vanishing promises (including a mysterious text from *** saying replacements were on the way), nothing happened. Not one installer ever showed up. No shades were remade. And we're left with two expensive, useless, obnoxiously loud blinds.For a company that markets itself as premium, 3 Day Blinds delivers the kind of scatterbrained, low-rent customer care youd expect from a fly-by-night pop-up tent. Their internal communication is so broken that employees contradict one another within hours. At best, its chaos. At worst, its contempt for the customer.This company has no business selling high-end products when it cant even manage a basic repair. Save yourself the aggravation. 3 Day Blinds does NOT even deserve one star! This is the first 1-star review Ive ever written and Ive written over ***** five-star reviews on ******, Yelp and other review platforms. I have only left 5 star reviews! We recently purchased a home that came equipped with motorized blinds purchased from and installed by 3 day blinds.They were purchased by the previous owner of our home just prior to the sale. These blinds are less than 1 yr old and have never been used theyre in a guest house and were clearly defective from the start. Unfortunately, we were told by their customer service team that the lifetime warranty only applies to the original purchaser. However, we believe this policy does not account for situations where a product was clearly defective from the beginning and is part of the homes permanent structure. The warranty should 100% transfer with the home-not the purchaser.These blinds are part of the home like built-in appliances or fixtures and should reasonably maintain their functionality beyond a few months of non-use. Refusing to stand behind a clearly faulty product simply because of a change in ownership is just wrong.We asked for a technician to inspect and address the issue and to ***air or ***lace under goodwill. Theyre clearly defective, yet the company has refused to take responsibility because we are not the original purchaser.I spent HOURS on the phone with RUDE customer service. I asked multiple times that my concern be passed to the CEO, ***** ****. I also emailed and got the same answer. This lady said that she works for the CEO and he agrees with her comments. They did offer to send a *** out at my expense!They flat-out refused to make any exception to the policy, even though:The product is less than a year old.Its part of the house, not something *********** was clearly faulty from the ************ had never even been used.3 Day Blinds

Regarding 3 day Blinds response-obviously they did not read my review. As I mentioned,our issue is bc of the consumer rip off warranty policy. This is what needs to be changed in order to bring fairness to the consumer. The warranty should stay with the house where the blinds were installed (which were defective from day one and were never used) rather than the purchaser. Our seller bought the blinds and put their house on the market the next week. We then purchased the house-which in the contract stayed with the house! Their debunked policy needs to change. I do not recommend. We've had them out 3 times for our blinds to be fixed with 2 of the times needing replaced and they still aren't right. My husband ended up figuring out how to fix them permanently. For how much these costs, these should have been perfect.3 Day Blinds

One of the worst businesses that I have dealt with. The *** was high pressure to purchase and after the order was placed did no followup. I have to contact her for information on my order which took her at least a day to respond. After over 3 weeks of no information I wanted a refund and surprise I have an update and she refused to cancel. I was told at time of purchase that it would take 3 weeks for installation with the exception of the new product. It has been more than 3 weeks and after some pretty heated text messages I am told they shipped. I believe I was lied to and now I am forced to take a product from a dealer that cannot be trusted.3 Day Blinds

Horrible experience! We have had our blinds almost a year and they have been out to replace at least 7 times. Product is terrible! Sales person wont respond to you. **************** is awful. The product comes in wrong every time. They give you a four hour window and either dont show, reschedule after you have been sitting home or product comes in wrong. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!3 Day Blinds

Final grade: F MinusI went with 3 Day Blinds instead of my original plan to use ********** or ******. Their personnel were here to help me make product selections and to take measurements. That was on January 3, 2025 and half of the balance of the job was paid at that point. No issue there. My issue is the remainder of the balance was taken out 8 days BEFORE the job was completed. They came on January 29, 2025 to install them. There were 6 blinds in my order, and 3 were defective right out of the box. I called within an hour voicing my displeasure, and the installer came the next day (January 30th) to verify the blinds were indeed defective. I was assured by their customer service department that they would expedite the new blinds and have them installed ASAP. After numerous phone calls to them to see what my status was, I received a litany of excuses with no definitive answers. I also received no follow up calls when I was assured I would be contacted. I felt I was given the run around which is completely disrespectful and a bad optic. The only correspondence I did receive was an email stating "how did they do, please give us a rating"....Believe me, they don't want to know. I did not send a review in, giving them a chance to fix their mistakes. Finally today (February 26th) the same installer who verified the blinds were defective shows up. I was expecting a resolution to this situation and my new blinds would be installed. My replacement blinds were not in his truck, instead he asked me were the blinds installed? The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in this company. I felt I have been ripped off and I am extremely angry and disappointed. I just filed a dispute against them with my credit card company. I have given fair and honest reviews over the years and all my reviews have been positive...until now. Stay away from this company. The only reason I gave the 1 star is because I couldn't use 0.3 Day Blinds

I ordered 12 sets of blinds. Two of them right out of the box do not retract. I called the service 800 number and was told the warranty was void because I installed them. I was never told that would void the warranty but the fact remains the blinds were faulty. I asked the *** if I was just SOL and he said yes sorry.3 Day Blinds

1st of all, I wanted to clarify that I don't have a problem with the motorized blind itself. It works fine, except for when something happens. Trying to get ahold of them a few years back after we made are 1st purchase was terrible, since they just changed the shades color do to a stock problem. They never asked us.Ok, 3 months later it was fixed. Last year the battery died in it. The part was under warranty but the labor was not. *****. Read the fine ********* onto today's issue. I spoke with them 2 weeks ago as we lost the little pigtail which allows us to charge it up. It's a special fitting so there is no way around it.I called and told that little pigtail and a cord was almost $40.00!!!! What??? Now onto the next problem. Guess how much they wanted to charge for shipping a very small cable? $44 for standard overnight shipping. The only other option was ***** overnight at $78.00, however the catch, it's when the shipping department gets to it and packs it out Only them does the ***** options kick in. The s Days Blind employee did a good job but couldn't answer any questions about when this would shipout. I got the box this morning from ***** Standard Overnight. It was put in the mail yesterday. So you pay $44 for overnight shipping that takes 2 weeks to pack out. That's insane. Why even yse overnight shipping??? It makes no sense to me. None. There is not one ioda of common sense in this. Not one. Why not just send it ************* Ground Advantage. It would cost around $10.00 retail and probably $8.00 with a business account.This company has terrible policies when it comes to treating the customer with respect.$44 for overnight shipping, but sent out 2 weeks after order???? *** the shipping cost more than the product itself for something so small, there is s problem with that.
