    I have had my account from my ********************** ***** service breached/hacked. I didnt share any of my information and wanted my account to he recovered by Bandai since they own the game and they havent been able to secure and recover my account from the hacker. I shown them multiple proofs and hard evidence, even receipts of my purchase for 2 years playing with the purchase id showing so that they can confirm its my account. They keep using a bot that doesnt help in customer support so I wanted to escalate the issue.

    Hello, I purchased the tekken 8 premium collectors edition which cost over 300 dollars back in 2023. It came with tekken 8 for the steam platform. As of 3 weeks ago all of a sudden I can't play online anymore for no reason at all. Just keep getting this " a network error has occurred returning to main menu " message. I contacted their customer support and went through their troubleshooting. None of it worked. My internet and network was just fine. It is something on their side but they refused to address it for me. After several emails they just stopped communicating with me and closed my case because they said I treated legal action against them. I also asked for a refund if they didn't fix this issue but they refused because it's been past 14 days. So I feel robbed because their product is not working because of them and I can't get a replacement copy or refund. This is fraudulent practice and bandi namco needs to be held accountable for their scams they practice! All i want is to play the game i paid for or get a replacement game or if they cant do that give me my money back.

    On December 24, 2024, I purchased Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon via Steam for approximately $38.87, relying on Bandai Namco Entertainment Americas claim of Windows 11 compatibility. The game fails to launch, displaying an EasyAntiCheat error (*****), despite my system meeting requirements (clean Windows 11 install, updated drivers). I contacted their support *********************************************************** in December 2024, initiating a three-month exchange with representatives GM Nyx, Remiel, Usagi, Memories, and Asuna. I followed all troubleshootingfile verification, reinstallation, and a full system resetprovided diagnostics (DxDiag, video: *******************************************), and requested escalation. Their responses included outdated steps (e.g., EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe doesnt exist), repeated ineffective advice, and vague escalation claims without timelines or team details. Similar issues are widespread on Steam Discussions. Their compatibility claim seems deceptive, and I seek a refund or working game. Support has been unresponsive to these requests.

    I've spent over 400$ a game called Shinobi Striker, I started on January 8th and they banned me on February 20th for no good reason, they excuse was they system detected a 3rd party tool, I never used any 3rd party tools to advance in this game, there are no need if you spend money. I have a job I had no problem paying money on a game thats related to my favorite anime but it cfame to a halt on 2/20/2025 for no good reason. I've tried reaching out to they support team and they just tell me its no way to get unbanned, and refund don't seem like an option neither when I just bought some dlcs last week. I've played and payed this game fair and square and should not have to deal with getting banned for no reason. I believe they banned me due to me having high skills in the game or because of my race since i am african american. I would like to get unbanned or a refund for my cash since I've done nothing wrong. The support team has not been supportive they are only telling me that they system done it and don't usually make mistakes but plenty others are saying it does and has ban them for similar reasons. I believe that they ban people who payed fully for the game because theres nothing left to buy and because those players are extremely good they ban them so new players who are just starting can spend there money without running away because of players who are more experienced. This is fraud and a scam and shouldn't be allowed. This is a money scheme to keep new players spending there money while getting rid of the old ones who already spent all there money

    I purchased a product on January 26, 2025 and paid for standard shipping ($9.99 for 7 to 10 days). After 10 business days the package hasn't even shipped out from their warehouse. I requested a shipping cost refund because I didn't get what I paid for, or if that's not an option then a FULL refund and to cancel my order entirely. Bandai Namco says they will be keeping the shipping cost money no matter what. They haven't even given the package to *** yet so how can they pocket my shipping cost? Ultimately I told them "I'm not donating $10 to Bandai Namco for nothing" and asked them to "SEND THE PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY OR I'M GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION." All I want is either a complete refund including the shipping cost because they have't even shipped the package out of their warehouse yet, or for them to just send the **** package already.     Fraudulent tactics leading to a purchase I wouldn't have otherwise made. They put in an unwinnable battle making you think that you're under level while putting in leveling items they make you pay for. I bought the leveling items thinking I was under level only to find out online that on the tales of ***** remaster that battle is completely unwinnable. They lie to the player to steal money. I want my money back that's all. They should not be allowed to do these types of things. They should disclose that a typical battle is unwinnable if it's for story reasons even if they're garbage especially if they put in Pay leveling items making you think that you're just under leveled

    sting a refund for the base game and all DLCs purchased due to the game being unplayable because of persistent server issues. The online functionality, which is a core feature of the game, has been inaccessible for an extended period, rendering the product faulty and not fit for its intended purpose.Alternatively, I am seeking compensation in the form of in-game credits or other remedies that reflect the value of the inaccessible content. I also request a clear timeline and resolution for the server issues so I can fully access the game I paid for.

    **** has referred me to bandai for support on current services but bandai refuses to comminicate with me on the issue or attempt to work with me. I have no doubt that if I could speak to a real person, a resolution could be reached.
