    Misleading practices. Telling players a game will have new focus on defense and side stepping yet when new update is ready they do the exact opposite. Had I known this I'd have never bought the season pass. Deceptive business practices.

    I want to file a complaint against a general manager located in *********, **********.The Asian manager in this location is rude, unprofessional and this was happened during the Demon Slayer special event. I was trading some gachapons with another customer at during this event outside the booth. This manager kept telling me to spend $170 on these acrylic pins which I already bought 7 pieces and I told him more than twice, No thanks! I didnt cause any trouble to anyone trading with others outside the booth. The same manager told a female worker to tell me that I cant trade with others anymore. The fact that he was such a coward that he was too scared to tell me himself. First of all I have the freedom to trade anything with others outside the booth. The traded items were paid. I spent over $300 for this event and should not be treated like a criminal. I felt I was being harassed by this man and his actions were against my freedom and rights. I will keep and continue to file the complaint to the corp office or even to ***** office, if there is no solution. If this man is still going to be working there, its really a bad news to the company. I am a frequent customer and shopper there, I will not spend a dime there if he is there.

    Very unprofessional with how they handle preorders and shipment. Others and myself, have preordered a premium collector's edition for a game a couple months before release. They have failed to deliver upon the release date while everyone else who ordered digitally are enjoying the game. Surely people who ordered their most expensive item would receive premium services with due diligence? According to Bandai, they have not promised their delivery to their customers to ensure we will enjoy the game on time. I have contacted customer support and they pretty much told me "you will have to wait like everyone else if you want your collectors edition" while the game is just a couple days away from release.. Others have had similar experiences for other titles, so this must be a common reoccurrence for Bandai to miss their delivery dates. After I receive my copy, this is the last time I'm ever using their services for preorder on collector editions. I suggest most of you do the same.

    Been a gamer for years and i believe i am being targeted by this company for some strange reason. Tales of Xillia is a broken mess for PS3 i should be able to *** for time wasted and for a full refund on these glitchy games. Tekken 7 is another game that is now impossible to beat due to falsely advertised difficulty settings Easy is impossible and one button moves dont work. Way to go to Bandai Namco for catering to the spoiled chosen few who actually get to enjoy games while people like me get ripped off.i am on disability FYI.greed at its worst.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! This company engages in false and misleading marketing practices. We recently submitted a pre-order for a game that my husband really wanted with the expectation that the payment would not be taken from our account until the game was ready to ship, which is 08/ 2023. The money was then taken from our account almost immediately which caused our account to go into the negative. When we reached out via internet chat to have the issue resolved we were informed that it was a "pre-authorization". NOWHERE on the website did it state that this would occur. When we pointed this out, we were informed that they were sorry for the confusion. We then requested the order to be canceled and the "pre-authorization" to be released. We were then provided a ticket number and told the issue had been "escalated". We requested a customer service number, as there is not one listed anywhere, and were informed one could not be provided. After asking why, we were never provided an answer. This expierence was frustrating to say the least and the entire time we were treated as though it was our error even though there was no advisement of a "pre- authorization" anywhere. This is a deceptive marketing strategy and has caused myself and my family much undue stress. I cannot stress enough to not do business with this company. They will deceive you and then act as though it is your fault. Most importantly they will not provide you any way to speak to someone to resolve the issue.

    I don't like how quickly their AAA games go into a cheap bundle or drop much prices. Most game publishers can't rival them in terms of value depreciation.
