    I was fraudulently charged for supplements I did not order. My bank froze my card and the transaction was cancelled. I believe this is a fraudulent use of a subscription system that used my Apple Pay without my consent. I have never ordered from or even heard of this company:1MD Nutrition

    MoveMD Ordered on 8/28/24 from 1MD, ************************************************************************ through ****** - but not listed on ****** as a product I purchased. Have tried everything to get a refund (definitely on a restricted income) with no success. Received on 9/5/24. Have rare disease and was told by doctor after I ordered it that I cannot take this product-dangerous.

    I canceled a vitamin subscription from this company a few weeks after I started it in March I believe. I had an allergic reaction. 3 months later I was charged and a second order came. I contacted them, told them the subscription must not have been canceled, and I will send the unopened meds back for a refund. They agreed. I sent everything back, got notification they got it. Told me they gave me a refund, they never did. Now I'm still waiting for them to refund me. I have a charge on my account, and zero credit in July on my account like they said. I'll include a screen shot of account on the date charged and the date they "said" there was a reimbursement. I know we had some fraud on a card through venmo, that we got credited that same day. Yet through All.... the transactions on the July 12, as claimed, NONE from them!

    I CANCELLED the order. Still shipped It. No one lives at the address. Refuse to stop shipping. 8 times I sent a email to them. Called also. Still shipped It. Recurring Order. Lied to Me. Terrible company. Almost impossible to get through to them.

    I had ordered 1 bottle and I have kept on getting bottle after bottle charging me a fee. I want this to stop and I want my money all back.

    Hello our customer service canceled both subscriptions. Customer signed up for a subscription in January of 2024, we are unable to refund all orders as this order was placed online. We have no information showing that this customer reached out to us via email, chat or phone during the entire time they were being charged for these orders and attempted to cancel them. The customer also has their order under completely different information, email and shipping address, I was only able to locate them under the phone number. If they want to send back the last four orders that were shipped for a refund they will need to contact our customer care via phone or email at **************** or **************** Customer will need to obtain an return label and RMA number. All the other orders are too far outside the return policy for us to allow to return for refund.

    In April 2024 I placed an order for a nutrition product which I received some days later. The company started a monthly subscription without my knowledge for the same product to be shipped to me each month. I do not want or need and further products from them. I tried to call and cancel, but I was on hold for a very lengthy time. So I sent an email, which they acknowledged saying they would proceed to cancel my subscription. This month, I still got an email about my upcoming shipment (which I thought was cancelled) and when I went to their website, I still have a active subscription. I do NOT want these products! After reading other complaints on the BBB site, I see that others have had the same problem. I want this subscription cancelled and want to warn others that doing business with this company is a scam to get you to spend more money without knowing it.

    Tried companies product. No issues there. They work off of a subscription plan. I emailed the March 25 to cancel. Received an email back, trying to keep the subscription going. Was not charged for the following month(April). Was just charged at the end of May for a product I do not want. Companies that charge your charge without consent after canceling service is bad business..

    The checkout process on their website is misleading. You are not given an opportunity to confirm your order before it automatically does it for you and charges your credit card. Once you fill out your name, address, and credit card info, they send you through all these "after bargains" in an attempt to sell you more which makes you (me) think you have not completed your order yet. If you simply "x" off the screen, you think you haven't ordered anything when in actuality, they have already charged your card and placed the order. I did this twice before I went to the end of the bargain chain. I only realized I had three orders instead of one because of an alert from my credit card of two declined transactions. I assumed the other two did not go through. The next day I get confirmation in my email from 1MD of THREE orders for the same thing. I called customer service immediately and instead of cancelling the two extras, they said they had already been shipped and I would have to wait until I got the extra orders and return them to get a refund and it could be as many as 21 days until I get the refund back to my card. I explained that the first two charges were declined and she said their system would not ship if that was the case. I told her I was looking at the declines but she insisted I would have to wait for the shipments and process a return. I checked and two days later, those extra two orders were charged to my card!!! So, they get to keep $244.74 of my money for a month for free? As a business, they should provide confirmation before they actually place an order like most other websites in the world do. Since this occurred due to their website issues, I would like reversed transactions to my credit card now for the extra two orders (****** each) instead of having to wait for a 21 day or more return process.

    This order was shipped out on 1/4/2024 and delivered on 1/10/2024 to a Parcel locker in the post office. 1Z5R75F6YW17850568 Shipped / Billed On 01/04/2024 Delivered On 01/10/2024 8:51 A.M.Left At Delivered to a locker this person has a po box, so it did go to **** Directly and received there. We do not show the product has been received back by the warehouse. Our **************** will call to get the return tracking information.
