      I have a charge from this company on my credit card for $64.94 and I have NO idea who they are. I did a ****** search to see who they are and it turns out they are a health food company, which I don't eat as often as I should and is something I would never buy online since I live one block from one. I have tried to get ahold of them both by phone and email to explain I did not place this order and the charge needs to be taken OFF MY credit card with no success. So now it looks like I am stuck having to pay for something I did NOT buy!!!

      I received two charges on my Discover Card from 1MD.org on July 3, 2022. The amount on each one is $183.54.I have sent you them at lease 4 emails asking about this and for a cancellation and refund, and I have tried to call them several times. None of my email messages have been answered and when I call I wait and wait and wait for someone to answer the phone, and that doesn't happen. Of course this is very frustrating. I have contacted Discover to dispute the two charges since 1 MD will not answer my phone calls or email requests for help. I have to give them an extremely poor rating on customer service.One more time, I don't want these two orders, never authorized them, and want an immediate credit back to my discover for the two charges of $183.54. And a confirmation that my account is permanently cancelled with them.

      On April 9, 2022 I ordered some supplements from 1MD Nutrition. I thought it was 1 bottle to try and I could order more if I liked it. On May 9, 2022 I received an emailed receipt for another month. So I decided I would give the 2nd bottle a chance. By June 3rd I had decided I did not want any more, because they were not working for me and I couldn't afford it. I logged on and searched how to cancel the subscription. I could call their 888 number (which I did several times during their business hours and no one answered.) or I could send an email to **************** When I couldn't get an answer on the phone or it would disconnect after being on hold for quite some time, I wrote them and email asking them to cancel my subscription and included the subscription number. The following week I received an email from them on June 9th with a receipt and stating my next bottle had shipped. I wrote them again (and yes I was upset!) and told them I was refusing it because I had already canceled my subscription on the 3rd before it shipped. When it arrived, I refused it. I shouldn't need an RMA, because I had already messaged them and canceled my subscription. I forwarded this email to the contact email they include in the shipment notification email ******************** I have never received a response and I am still unable to speak with anyone on their 888 number.On July 2nd i received another email stating my next shipment is scheduled in 7 days. I again responded to this email (it is the same email address as the 1 given to write to cancel) and stated DO NOT SHIP THIS! I canceled. I now have my card locked, so they cannot charge me and will have to go to the bank to have a new 1 issued because these people won't cancel my subscription. I do not remember seeing anything stating it was a subscription, but I do now see it on the receipt. I at the very least want a refund from June and do not want them to debit my card anymore.

      On March 2, 2022, I placed an online order through Paypal for 6 bottles of EnzymeMD. 1MD received through PayPal $173.94 that same day.On March 11, 2022, I received a box with 6 bottles of CholestMD, which I did not order. I contacted 1MD, they sent a return label via email and said the issue was resolved. I said it was not because they had not refunded the money. On March 14, 2022 I returned the CholestMD with the return label they sent. Proof of delivery was received that they had the product back on March 17, 2022. Two months later I am still trying to get them to return my $173.94 I have submitted documentation for each step that shows without a doubt that I did not get what I ordered nor a refund of what I paid; yet this company refuses to refund the money. At a minimum this company is poorly managed. A good company wants to fix mistakes promptly. I have some serious concerns as to what they are doing by sending the wrong product, getting the product back in inventory for reselling, and keeping customers money.

      The company charged me for a transaction when I did not order it. This has happened twice before where they renew without my consent. I have previously called twice and cancelled auto renew. I want my money back.

      On December 1, 2021, I received an email from the seller stating they charged my Paypal account $64.94 for a shipment of 1MD. I responded to the email, stating I did not order the product, nor did I sign up for any "automatic" shipment scams, and requested the order be cancelled and my money refunded. (I did order the product in November, but did not at least knowingly sign up for future shipments) They responded that the "ticket has been resolved". Then on December 3rd, I received the product in the mail, so marked it "RTS, not ordered", and dropped it back in the mail. After hearing nothing from them, I appealed to Paypal on December 15, and they "escalated the issue" as the call it. On December 23rd I received a message stating my money would be refunded once I submitted a tacking number and returned the product. I explained there was no tracking number as I returned the product the same day it was received in the same package they sent it, so it was their own tracking number. At this point they have their product as well as my coerced payment of $64.94. Today, January 19, 2022, I received word from Paypal that my case is denied & closed because I did not provide proof of tracking that I returned the product. Neither of these companies is listening - THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER. What kind of business has a shipping department that receives their own product back in the mail and doesn't check it back into stock and credit the customer?? This is fraud and theft, they shouldn't be able to keep my money and the product too. Please help, I am a senior citizen tired of being scammed by shady business practices. Also, being a senior citizen, I am not a techi, and have no idea how to "upload" any supporting documents. I can, however, forward emails if needed, and given an email address. Thank you for your assistance.

      I ordered some herbal support medicine.I order three bottles for a special price of $122 which was correct and charged to my CC. It asked if I wanted to add a 4th bottle for a special deal- I was charged full price I order one bottle of immune support and was charge the right amount but it never arrived. I called to report the issue- "We are experiencing a high caller volume, go to the website."Went to the website and tried to cancel as directed- at the end of the process, it said to cancel I have to call. When I wrote a complaint it asked for information- sent the document and pictures- told me they can't find my order- even though I gave the information more than once. Received a message today about another bottle coming- strange since they can't find the order. I have spent over 2 hours trying to resolve this but there is a loop that will not allow cancellation, will not recognize account numbers and information sent. I think it is some kind of billing scam.

      I have an auto renewal subscription with 1MD. I just tried to order 2 single bottles of glucose and liver support probiotics and use my points towards the purchase which totals $55 and was charged the full $88 so they did not apply my redeemable points to my purchase. I tried to cancel the order as I have just placed it and there is no link to do so and the site clearly states that you should be able to do this in the bottom right corner. I also just tried to cancel my 6 month after this subscription which I should only have one subscription for and come to find out it states on the website that I have 2 6 month subscriptions and I cant do this on the website or by phone. The answering machine says they are unavailable today due to a meeting.

      I am a senior, and was a customer of **********************. I've placed a 6 month order in the past. I do like the products, so decided to order another. In doing so, my order was engorged and my credit card charged for products I did not order. After extensive wait periods on the phone, '****' told me he cancelled all orders, as I requested. I then saw the charges on my credit card, and that the order shipped. I phoned back and after another extensive wait, '*****' told me that it shipped just minutes after '****' supposedly cancelled it. ***** told me I was charged because of 'reverse popups' used by 1MD, which have to be 'opted out' of. When I x'd out of the popups, it actually placed orders. All I was doing was placing an order, when I was tricked into ordering items I did not want, using this 'popup' technique. It is extremely deceptive. ***** admitted it was unfair. She told me I could not have a refund until I received the unordered orders, and drive them to a PO and return them.

      I purchased a product from 1MD and my doctor told me to stop taking it because it contained too much Vitamin D for me. After I spoke with their customer support center, I received an email confirmation on how to return the product. I was never told that there is a limitation time on returns. I returned it on July 16, 2021 and it was received by the company on July 19, 2021. I was told it would be 21 days before I'd see a refund on my credit card. Since we were at the 20 day **** I spoke with Kat in Customer Support today. I was told I would only receive 50% back of the price I paid since I returned it beyond the ***************************************************************************************************************************** return information with a confirmation number and RMA number for the return.
