I had ordered 1 bottle and I have kept on getting bottle after bottle charging me a fee. I want this to stop and I want my money all back.Business response

Hello our customer service canceled both subscriptions. Customer signed up for a subscription in January of 2024, we are unable to refund all orders as this order was placed online. We have no information showing that this customer reached out to us via email, chat or phone during the entire time they were being charged for these orders and attempted to cancel them. The customer also has their order under completely different information, email and shipping address, I was only able to locate them under the phone number. If they want to send back the last four orders that were shipped for a refund they will need to contact our customer care via phone or email at **************** or **************** Customer will need to obtain an return label and RMA number. All the other orders are too far outside the return policy for us to allow to return for refund.Initial Complaint

In April 2024 I placed an order for a nutrition product which I received some days later. The company started a monthly subscription without my knowledge for the same product to be shipped to me each month. I do not want or need and further products from them. I tried to call and cancel, but I was on hold for a very lengthy time. So I sent an email, which they acknowledged saying they would proceed to cancel my subscription. This month, I still got an email about my upcoming shipment (which I thought was cancelled) and when I went to their website, I still have a active subscription. I do NOT want these products! After reading other complaints on the BBB site, I see that others have had the same problem. I want this subscription cancelled and want to warn others that doing business with this company is a scam to get you to spend more money without knowing it.Business response

Tried companies product. No issues there. They work off of a subscription plan. I emailed the March 25 to cancel. Received an email back, trying to keep the subscription going. Was not charged for the following month(April). Was just charged at the end of May for a product I do not want. Companies that charge your charge without consent after canceling service is bad business..Business response

The checkout process on their website is misleading. You are not given an opportunity to confirm your order before it automatically does it for you and charges your credit card. Once you fill out your name, address, and credit card info, they send you through all these "after bargains" in an attempt to sell you more which makes you (me) think you have not completed your order yet. If you simply "x" off the screen, you think you haven't ordered anything when in actuality, they have already charged your card and placed the order. I did this twice before I went to the end of the bargain chain. I only realized I had three orders instead of one because of an alert from my credit card of two declined transactions. I assumed the other two did not go through. The next day I get confirmation in my email from 1MD of THREE orders for the same thing. I called customer service immediately and instead of cancelling the two extras, they said they had already been shipped and I would have to wait until I got the extra orders and return them to get a refund and it could be as many as 21 days until I get the refund back to my card. I explained that the first two charges were declined and she said their system would not ship if that was the case. I told her I was looking at the declines but she insisted I would have to wait for the shipments and process a return. I checked and two days later, those extra two orders were charged to my card!!! So, they get to keep $244.74 of my money for a month for free? As a business, they should provide confirmation before they actually place an order like most other websites in the world do. Since this occurred due to their website issues, I would like reversed transactions to my credit card now for the extra two orders (****** each) instead of having to wait for a 21 day or more return process.Business response

This order was shipped out on 1/4/2024 and delivered on 1/10/2024 to a Parcel locker in the post office. 1Z5R75F6YW17850568 Shipped / Billed On 01/04/2024 Delivered On 01/10/2024 8:51 A.M.Left At Delivered to a locker this person has a po box, so it did go to **** Directly and received there. I paid $196.56 to 1MD Nutrition on January 6, 2024 for the Liver MD product on their website. I ordered this as a one-time only through my Amazon account and Amazon credit card. I received the original order and 6 months later I received another order that I did not sign up for. I did NOT sign up for the subscription option. When I tried to call the number given it was disconnected and the number on my Amazon bill is invalid. I tried another number I found online and it kept rerouting me to nowhere, I was hung up on, and I got an auto message saying I was chose for a $100 discount. This seems like a total scam with no way to talk to a live person and figure this out. One person I spoke to gave me a phone number ***************) and quickly hung up. I called the number and it says "the number you have called has been disconnected." I am very frustrated because I realize I've been played. I would like to receive my money back for this shipment and would like to return this order unopened that I did not sign up for. I also want to be removed from their subscription list since I did not sign up for that option. Thank you.Business response

I bought supplements from 1MD. Three months later I got another shipment of supplements. I emailed the company and asked them to send me a return label and discontinue the shipments. They asked me to answer some questions and they would refund my money. Nothing has been done and they are no longer responding to my emails.Business response

On Sept 21, 2023 I placed an order with 1MD for some supplements. On 10/21/23 I received an email that the order was shipped again. I never placed a second order so I emailed them and they said it I signed up for monthly shipments and it was too late to cancel. I did not sign up for monthly shipments. I never do that with any product esp. something like this! The box came i haven't opened it and I don't plan on paying shipping to return it. I have already contacted my credit card company. This is nothing more than a scam!Business response

I purchased a pro-biotic on the advice of my doctor. When I bought it, I specifically avoided signing up for any type of subscription. They set up a subscription anyway, without my knowledge. They charged my card $34.99 and refused to give me a refund.When I called them, I was on hold for over 20 minutes, and the call was disconnected seven times. I want people to be wary of this company.The account is under my name and address. I paid them with my Amazon credit card through Amazon Pay.Business response

I would like to receive a refund for the unauthorized charge on my card. Im sorry, but an apology doesnt fix the fact that you took money from me without permission.
