    I made a purchase with JOYBuy Shop online through Temu, a sectional couch. The return policy states returning everything as it came in 90 days. When I received the shipment I was surprised to see this furniture was basically a mattress in a box but a couch. It came in 2 seperate shipments wrapped heavily in a vacuum packed bag and then a large pouch. I had to open it and let it expand just like a mattress in a box. NOWHERE in the description for this furniture does it state any of this. I would never have purchased it. The measurements are off a little bit and its extremely small. I want to return it but it is impossible to get this back in the box. I have tried multiple times to but they use a machine to flatten it after putting it in the vacuum sealed bag. I do not have access to that. They sold me an item under false description saying it is returnable when it is in fact not. I have contacted them and Temu. The seller has offered me 30% off and then 50% off. I was willing to keep this thing for 60% off the price because thats what I believe its worth paying for. Even though I do not want it at all and would prefer to return it for a refund. A business should not be able to do this to someone. I just wanted a couch. I want to be able to somehow return this thing and get my refund. You cannot sell something with a return policy when it is not returnable. I have added pictures of the furniture description lacking anything about it being inflated, the measurements that are off even with the plastic bag under the furniture giving it height, and the size of the pouch and box I am expected to get the furniture back into to be able to return it. It is impossible. But they sell this saying it is returnable.

    I ordered two 5' Noble Fir Pre-Lit Slim Artificial Christmas Trees from ******* (via seller Joybuy Marketplace) on January 6, 2024. I never received either tree. When I called ******* to report it, they showed that one tree was still in transit so they only refunded me for one tree on January 28, 2024. I never received the 2nd tree and they refuse to refund me the remaining balance.

    I bought 6 Refrigerator Water Filter GE RPWFE online *******.com from Sold and shipped by Joybuy Marketplace (Selection).$39.88 each Qty 6 Order# *******-63157565 Aug. 19, 2023 I did not need to insert a filter until beginning of this year. That is when I realized they were counterfeit. I emailed GE for support and they informed me the reason my refrigerator was not able to detect because counterfeit filters do not have a sensor to communicate with the safety system. I have been constantly emailing and calling without any assistance. I only received robotic replies stating the return date has expired. Not once have the acknowledged the product was counterfeit. I have the emails for documentation. I also have not received any help from ******* regarding the business is illegally selling counterfeit products. Also after reading the reviews ******* has been notified many times before I sent my complaint. JoyBuy is still authorized to remain selling on ******* Marketplace! I would be extremely appreciative if you help me recover my $239.28 plus tax. Most of all get ******* to deactivate their account.!!!

    Date April 15th I wa charged ***** bu Joybox for something I did not order. their invoice #c4-04149b1a58965b46068d9a56147ed2. yea thats their invoice number! I have sent emails to them twice and have not received a response. Paypal payment # PPR-***-520617319.Please heip, we are retired and cant afford being taken avantage of. Thank you.

    On October 10, 2023, I placed an Order# *******-89076559 on *******.com via a third party seller based on the description the seller put on the website on what the item could do. The item HEMOTON 2.5cmx25m Hockey Stick Tape Camouflage Pattern Sticky Tape Anti-slip Wear-resistant Sports Waterproof Tape Hockey Stick Wrapper. The product description does not work as advertised by the seller. It does not adhere to the hockey stick. It is very slippery. It wears off after single use. It is dripping wet from ice and water after single use. I have had to re-tape hockey stick multiple times each week after each single use. It is not wear-resistant as advertised. I contacted the seller with a request for a refund of $22.90 for selling a defective product and for placing misleading claim of the item in an attempt to get customers to purchase the product. The third party ******* seller declined to refund for the original purchase amount of $22.90.

    I purchased an advent calendar from joybuy through the ******* website Christmas of 2022. I sent an email to the company with a complaint because the product did not match the description. It falsely stated that the box had 3d vinyl characters inside and it did not. The pieces were tiny little flat back plastic things. They also advertise it being nightmare before Christmas related and it was not. Not one single item was related to nightmare before Christmas. Every reply I got from the company just kept saying we hope you are satisfied and send pics (which I did) and asking me what the issue was even though I told them many times.

    I ordered 3 inscense burners from The Inscense Brand on 10/12/23. Advertised buy 2 bags of cones(100) each bag for $19.99 each and receive 3rd bag free. After placing order, I saw that I was charged $59.97 for 3 bags. I immediately emailed and called attention to this. After 3 responses, I still have no answer for this. All I get is offer for upgrade on cones or $100 gift card for other products. I have asked 3 times to refund full amount back to my account because I no longer am interested in their product. This is sold thru Joybuy even tho commercial is running on tv

    I ordered 2 sets of scooter tires on August 22,2023 for $16.46. ******* says it was delivered on September 5th,2023. But I never received them. I even asked my neighbors if they accidentally got my order,order, they didnt.I contacted ******* but that was pointless. I've emailed joybuy as well but get no answer. At this point I don't even want the tires anymore,I just want my darn refund. This company is a joke and I don't understand how it's still up and running. All the reviews for joybuy are TERRIBLE. literally every other review is the same thing. "Got the wrong order" or " never got my order". Better business bureau needs to do their job for once and do something about this. I'm not gonna stop until I have my refund.

    This company really do ****. They have a bunch of bad ratings they do a lot of business through ******* and other retail stores. I order something there through ******* and it's been 3 weeks and I still ain't got it. I recommend not to order anything from joybuy marketplace
