The seller refused to provide a pre-paid return label and charged my credit card without permission. Seller uses ******* marketplace to sell shoe soles. The soles were of cheap quality. The customer service at ******************** dba ********************************************* is a snake! They tell you nice things and, behind your back, illegally charge your credit card! I contacted ******* several times, but they kept giving me the roundabout and transferred me to the billing department, told me to wait for the refund, and made every excuse they could find. I have contacted joybuy ******** seller) several times thru email and they keep giving me the run around when u ask for a return label. I contacted ******* and they sent joybuy a email and I still havent heard anything. All I want is a refund so my son can pick something else out for Christmas. I made an order with their ******* store online, but the wrong item was sent. I bought 3 items and 1 was wrong. I contacted them with screen shots of the order, and a photo of the item that was wrong. They're insisting I show them the flimsy packing bag they were sent in because the shipping label is what they want to see, but I had already thrown the bag away before I realized the 1 item was wrong. There's several other reviews on their page with this same exact issue saying people couldn't get a resolution because they didn't have the bag with the shipping label. I wanted to just switch the items, but since this seems like such a runaround way to fix a problem THEY caused, I just want a refund. I purchased what this business described as a coat online from the ******* site. I had no idea I could not return it to the store. This business sold me a cheap sweater that was nothing like the picture. They scammed me out of my money and will not give me it back. i put this on my ******* credit card and even they will not help. They described in the picture number 4 it had a zipper and was oversized. Neither of which is true... They are scamming buyers to buy something that is not even close to what they are describing. I want my money back plus interest that incurred on my credit card. I have more pictures to prove that this item is cheap and very thin. On April 2, 2022 , I purchased a Gold ps4 remote controller on the ******* app from the Joybuy Express company . After purchasing the controller, I kept up to date with the package tracking and at one point the package stayed on delayed for weeks and that when I contacted the company to see what was going on and they have been sending back and forth the same two emails to every question that I have had with no means to resolve my issue . I really dont want the controller any more after dealing with them but I do want my money back and I feel that their business should have some type of repercussion for they way that they have been dealing with me after I have purchased their item from them . Order number: 4822101-761377 2: 26" 3-wheel adult Tricycle w/ Large Basket Cruiser Bike for Shopping and Outing with 8-speed Transmission Blue I purchased the bike on Monday, August 16, 2021. When I received the tricycles they were damaged and I have let the company know. I have emailed numerous amounts of times and I have even spoke with a representative in which they stated I would get a full reimbursement for both tricycles. I have yet to receive any reimbursement, which was said in March. I have contacted them at least 6 times after and have not received a response. I ordered ************ and N0.5 Bond maintenance shampoo, conditioner, and *************************** Leave-In Reparative Styling on May 25, *****. I received ************ and N0.5 Bond maintenance shampoo, conditioner on May 29, 2022, and Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother Leave-In Reparative Styling Cream on June 6, 2022. For the best result, I waited to use all the products simultaneously. Once I started using the products, I got a rash all over my body. I wasn't sure where those rashes came from. I was using the products a couple of times until I stopped using them. I was in the store and came across the OLAPLEX products counter. To my surprise, the color, texture, and smell of the shampoo, conditioner, and Bond Smoother were completely different from what I was using. I could not believe my eyes. It seems this *************** it's selling their fake product under the original name of the product and their bottle VIA walmart.com. They are not selling the original product. Who knows what they are putting into those OLAPLEX No. 4 and N0.5 Bond maintenance shampoo, conditioner, and Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother Leave-In Reparative? This company charged ****** for Elixir Strings. The purchase was made through ******* online. The company is Chinese and made fake name brand strings that are inferior in quality and subtitle changes to the packaging. I tried to get a refund online and they just argue about the purchase. These are guitar strings that retail for nearly 18 dollars a set. They sold their fakes for about ***** dollars. I can prove what they sent. Real strings are on the right. Fake strings on left. I want my money back.
