      We bought a Bosch dishwasher on Dec 22, 2024 online from **********. At first it worked beautifully but in the past 2 months it has not been cleaning the dishes. We have had 2 Bosch service appointments and both times they found nothing wrong. Yesterday was the 2nd appointment. Today I ran a load and the dishes are dirtier than ever. I called Bosch today and they said if they send another technician and find nothing wrong they will charge me for the call. At this point we are thinking of calling it a loss ($1500) and ordering a different machine. ********** is also unable to help us. Can you help us?

      Purchased a dish washer from Lowes and it had rust all in the bottom. Lowes referred me to Bosch and Bosch basically is giving me the run around on a dishwasher that cost over $1,000. The dishwasher is still under Bosch manufacture warranty.

      We purchased a Bosch gas range in October 2024, and since then, the oven ignition has not worked properly. Bosch sent a technician named ****, who was extremely unprofessional and seemed more interested in receiving a tip than actually fixing the issue. The problem with the ignition persistedit fails to start and turns off unexpectedly.We have called customer service over ********************************************************************************************************************************** December, they informed us that the earliest available technician appointment would be in Mayleaving us without a functioning oven for months. We have a baby and cannot properly cook meals, making this situation even more unacceptable.This gas range cost $4,000, and Bosch has failed to honor its warranty by not providing a proper solution or a replacement as guaranteed. Becuase this issue is not resolved, I will pursue legal action for their failure to comply with their warranty obligations. They deserve 0 stars!

      I purchased a Thermador steam oven. The oven had error code and cease to function. I called technician and they could not determine the cause of disfunction. Months later they sent me a replacement, technician installed at my cost. The replacement stove once again, the same error code displayed and another error code appeared. Technicians arrived later and were able to remove new error code, however the original error code continue to display. At this point I already spoken with customer support including the supervisor who acknowledge they had all the preliminary documentation for a refund, however they needed technician report to be sent to customer support. Several time I've called Thermador customer inquiring on the status refund. Several time they said the are still waiting for the report. I contacted supervisor of technicians involve with the repairs and acknowledged he has sent report. I ask if he could send me a copy so I could try and send, but he refused because of contract obligation he was not allowed to give me a copy of the report. I did forward email to Thermador , the email sent to me by the repair supervisor stating report has been sent. I did call Thermador concerning email sent. I was told it will take 48 hour before it could be reviewed. I'm very disappoint with the delays.

      I purchased Bosch 800 series dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and oven in June 2024. To date, I've had issues with my dishwasher (had a tech come out) and more recently the oven.I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Bosch customer service and the technician assigned to address the persistent E302 error on my oven. The level of professionalism and customer care fell far short of my expectations.Issues with Technician Visit:The technician spent minimal time addressing the issuebarely 30 minutesand seemed more focused on dismissing our concerns than solving the problem. Despite repeatedly informing the technician that the error occurred during the "self-clean" mode with the oven empty, his advice was irrelevant, and ignored the context.He argued about shoe coverings, refusing to wear the ones we provided, which were necessary for our household cleanliness. This unnecessary confrontation made the visit tense and uncomfortable. When someone wants to pay my mortgage they can direct what they wear and don't wear entering my home.Response from ********************** the customer service representative, responded with a dismissive tone, failing to acknowledge the technician's unprofessional behavior or the unresolved issue.Rather than providing a solution, the correspondence revolved around justifying the technician's actions, leaving the actual problem unresolved.I was advised to schedule yet another service appointment without any assurance that the issue would be resolved this time.I expected Bosch, a brand synonymous with quality, to stand behind its service. Instead, I encountered dismissive communication and unresolved technical issues, costing me time, money, and patience.I will not be recommending Bosch products or services to others unless significant changes are made to improve the quality of customer service and technician training.

      Terrible customer service. I bought a unit in 2024. Less than 90 days later the unit broke down. The unit is covered under warranty. I've had 4 technician appointments over 3 months now. Not one has fixed it. Bosch continues to refuse to replace the unit and honor their Warranty. Instead they keep saying they need to send technicians to confirm, but the technician keeps finding new reasons such that they will not deem the unit unfixable.

      I purchased my Bosch refrigerator on December 4, 2022. On August 5, 2024 while still under warranty the freezer stopped working. On August 17, 2024, a technician attempted repairs, he not only did not fix the freezer he also broke the refrigerator section. Parts were ordered. After numerous appointment cancellations on the part of the service department, a service technician replaced some parts on October 5, 2024, but the refrigerator was still not working and more parts were ordered. On October ******, I was advised by the service **** that a new inverter was being ordered. On October 25, 2024, a compressor was ordered. On November 11, 2024, the compressor was installed and the refrigerator still did not work. I called Bosch and was told that proof of the visit was needed and it would take 5-8 days to review. Waiting 7 days, I called Bosch on Nov. 18, 2024 and was told they did not receive the necessary follow up paperwork. After calling the repair service, the paperwork was submitted and I was told by Bosch that I would have to wait 5-8 days for a response. I have been without a refrigerator for 3 months. Bosch has not been helpful at all in resolving my issue with their defective appliance.

      Do NOT buy any Bosch products. We bought an oven from a major retailer and after two weeks the baking element fried itself inside the oven as well as the terminal block. Almost started a fire in my house. Have been trying to get a replacement oven or a full refund for several weeks now. They offered us a different model in a different color and when we agreed they told us for several weeks that they were trying to find in installer. Really? It takes weeks to find someone to install an oven? Then the problem was that they needed someone to deliver it. Then it turns out that the oven was on back order. We finally opted to get a refund. Still waiting to get an email to start the process. Do not expect any calls or emails with updates. They do not reach out and in my opinion do not care. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Just terrible.

      Would not recommend buying Bosch products. Bought a refrigerator in 2021 that has temperature issues that we have been dealing with for 6 months. Bosch sent a tech out who can only diagnose by replacing every part at a charge to us and its close to $1000. The control board is bad and we are the 191 person waiting for the part with no date for availability. They will prorate a new one if you dont want repair. I unfortunately had to pick a star to get this far but I would choose not to give even 1 star. My advise is dont buy a Bosch product. ******** customer service. Its sad because the day I called it took me 2 hours to get through because they were having a customer service meeting. I asked for a refund because I dont trust another product and they said NO.

      I have had nothing but issues with this 500 series fridge. The first major problem was the E2 error code, meaning the ice-maker stops working. Fortunately, the first occurrence happened while the fridge was still under warranty, and a Bosch technician replaced the entire ice maker. However, the issue returned a few months later. I managed to clear it by rebooting the fridge, but it came back a third time. I dont want a fridge that requires a reboot every 2-3 months.Around the time of the third E2 error, I noticed water leaking from the freezer seal. Upon opening the freezer, I discovered a sheet of ice about an inch and a half thick. This buildup had clearly been happening for months. Ive never left the door open (it alerts you if you do), and after breaking up the ice, it was evident that it had formed from dozens of thin layers. This issue had been developing until the ice had nowhere else to go but melt at the seal.This all came to a head seven days outside of the warranty period. I called Bosch, hoping they would address these issues out of goodwill since it was so close to the end of the warranty. They gave me no clear answer, only stating that they would submit it for review and scheduled a technician visit. The tech rebooted the fridge to fix the E2 error and confirmed that the ice buildup had been occurring for many months, definitely while it was still under warranty. Despite this, Bosch would not commit to covering the repair costs and kept saying, We will escalate for review. I was charged for the visit, and nothing was fixed. The technician even said the ice and the E2 error would return unless repaired.I emailed Bosch detailing my experience but received no response. I asked if I could get a swap or pay to upgrade to an 800 model--nothing. The promised review of the out-of-warranty repairs never happened, and no one has contacted me since. Now Im stuck with this faulty Bosch fridge that the company itself wont even address.
