      A very common issue yet again Blizzard Entertainment has suspended my account due to issues that they have found on my account in game. This is two years in a row that Ive had the same issue, populate, asking proof asking questions and trying to seek legal advice from them when it comes to account closures and theyre findings And it always resorts to a bot responding to me and when I finally get someone that is actual a living human. Theres no explanation just a further investigation. I have worked in cyber security now for two years. The first time my account got suspended is when I first started in cyber security And yes, absolutely I do use software on my computer for my employment. It has nothing to do with exploiting the game or doing anything negative towards my gameplay in 20+ years the last two has been a absolute nightmare just to log into the game and enjoy it with all the corruption thats in the game and Im the one thats reporting Exploitation hacking cheating and Im the one getting *** from the game that I thoroughly enjoy just to get smacked in the face by one of their bots stating that I have done something negative to the game and I have not I have offered to give up my logs to prove my innocence I have also conducted in asking a lawyer for legal advice when it comes to this I will be taking this to the next level yes, I understand its a game, but I also dont like getting in trouble for wrongdoing that I have never ever done to the game. I play along with hundreds of people a day in a lot of them. I know personally as a friend in real life we all use the same stuff that Blizzard has given us in game when it comes to addons I have spent Thousands of dollars on this game. Why would I ever want to destroy my gameplay on what they presume I was doing when it comes to hacking I want answers from a real person other than a bot.

      Others provoke anger, god forbid you stand up for yourself, youll get muted for weeks, and they also take away any ability to progress in the game, so because you used words, they take away the physical ability to play the game.

      Honest opinion? Worst customer service in the **********************. I was suspended and asked for the reason, they told me not to ask again because they wont give me it as they are unable to. This was a lie as the last time I asked they sent me one and 75% of the things that were said were not even things that should get one in trouble. Then today I received an update on my ticket. Heres what they said:Thank you for contacting us, here is GM Usisla.I've been reading your ticket about your Overwatch account being suspended.After some investigation, this penalty has already been upheld. No further requests on this topic will not be reviewed.Please note with all players that break out In-Game Code of Conduct or **** we have the right to silence, suspend up to and include closing an account, if this player has done so here these may be the type of actions we take.We cannot provide in-depth details about the closure aside from what has already been emailed.We really care about every gamer's right, so we won't lock any account for no reason. If there have any additional help, please feel free to let us know! Thank you!Best regards,GM Usisla Now heres the best part, I never received the email in question. I received one when I was silenced almost 2 months ago. People in game can sit there and call you trash and treat you like c*** but they dont care. The best part? They care about the fun of others. If that were true why do you allow people to smurf? Thats ruining the fun of me and my team and makes me look like a terrible player when the silver tank is playing like a GM level tank in a base suit. However, they are comitted to your satisfaction and fun. The lies dont stop. There has to be something that can be done.

      I been playing overwatch 2 for a year now and I get really toxic people who report me for nothing and all I said was they **** and I got banned for it. I think its really stupid how they banned me but people can say b**** and fuckthey said that they want a good and fun company but they are not good at banning people.

      I started playing blizzard games in the late 90s early 2000s. I started playing world of warcraft around 2008. Whenever I take a break, I always return to play to find that my ********** account has been banned. I've never done anything to violate blizzards terms. But the history and reputation Blizzard has in the gaming community with account security has never been good. This time when I discovered my account had been banned it became apparent that Blizzard has a terrible customer service system that is set up in their favor. I can submit a ticket and whenever they respond. I can't respond back, so nothing ever gets done past.An email response from blizzard. This time they didn't tell me why my account had been banned and will not restore it. I have given them information only Blizzard and myself would know in order to prove the unjustified ban and they refuse to restore it. I have so much time and money in that account and if it will not be recovered, I will never recommend or use Blizzards services again. Based on their service setup, they want little to do with players who need help. Loyal players who have done nothing to recieve a permanent ban. I don't know what else to do because they stonewall their player base who needs help.

      Looks like this is a common theme here. I have loved Blizzard since I was a little kid. I have played their videos game since 1994 when the original warcraft came out. I recently moved to another state and so changed my phone number and got a new phone. I can remember my password to login to my battlenet account but they are requiring the secondary authentication. They will only do so through texting or the authentication system. I do not have access to either anymore because of getting the new number and phone. I have spent over a year now trying to contact them through the so called "customer support" which is a joke. I have not been able to get a live person on the phone to save my life and the automated support system is a joke. Unless you have easy cookie cutter issues that are in the automated support system, then you are screwed... I refuse to start a new account with the amount of money I have spent purchasing games and such through my old one. I do not want to pay for all of them a second time. Blizzard used to be amazing... But if this is their idea of taking care of customers, then they are not worth spending money on their products....

      Overwatch and Hearthstone are fun. Ive been locked out of my Workd of Warcraft account again, and *********************** customer service is so slow and unresponsive Ive decided to permanently quit playing it than ever give a fine to this unethical company again in my life. May they bankrupt sooner rather than later.

      Account got banned for advertisement/chat abuse but when i ask for my chat logs they fail to show any proof of either of those happening. It's just sad to see my account of 4 years on overwatch alone not counting the years before from owning destiny 1 i just think that if you can get banned from mass reporting maybe automated bans arent the move. If you are able to provide any more information please contact me

      tried years of hard work under my nose after i came back from a break from wow and both my fav char " wow classic where forced into cata classic " without my consent wen i tried to have them move them back to there correct server i was told to kick rocks " that server no longer exist "

      I purchased Call of Duty Black Ops 6 through Blizzard Entertainment and got to play the game for a week but after that I got an issue of a verification window prompting me to restart to verify but it would just close the app. I got in contact with Blizzard and ********** to resolve the issue but both companies just kept saying to have the other company fix the issue. Then after multiple attempts to resolve the issues I attempted to get my money back for the game but they told me that I was out of the window for a refund. Their customer support is not up to where it should be and they have to fix it. If someone has a problem they should be able to fix the issue or refund the money paid for the product.
