    This company is HORRIBLE and SHADY! I ordered two dresses from them through ****. When I wanted to return them, they require a ridiculous amount of hoops you have to jump through. (Send via **** with tracking, send them the tracking, put a lengthy number on the box, etc.) You can't call them and you can only email them. I had to get **** involved. They had to "open an case" and communicate with Ever Pretty. EP kept lying to **** saying they emailed me. I had to keep calling **** to get updates. I also let them know that EP had bad reviews on here. I made sure I took pictures of all my return information. I sent it to EP and copied ****, so they could see that I followed their instructions. EP eventually stopped talking to ****, and **** figured out that I was not lying, so they gave me my refund. I ordered the dresses on June 2nd, sent my first email to EP on June 20th and didn't get my money back until AUGUST 11th. RUN from the shady people at Ever Pretty!
