    At first I really enjoyed working with ****. She is personable and seemed very accommodating for my elderly parents. She really wanted to help. However, after the very first "deep cleaning", she started lying to us and never sent anyone to show up on time. She would consistently blame the cleaner for "being difficult to work with" and "not easy to schedule". However, upon a little review and conversation with my cleaner (where she showed me her communications from ****'s Service), turns out **** and ******* (her scheduler) were both lying about sending the cleaner on time. I tried six different times with appointments to make this work with them--all of which they made me several promises about timing, and all of which were ignored. They would schedule our cleaner for jobs prior to ours so close in time that there would be no way she could make to us. We would be notified when the cleaner was supposed to arrive (no advance warning) and asked what we want to do. I tried calling and texting and confirming in advance. I have voicemails with promises of when they would show up. All was ignored in the end. I really tried, but the unreliability and dishonesty of this company is not worth it.

While it was never our intention to cause any inconvenience, we encountered several difficulties coordinating the specific requests, as this rigid schedule occasionally conflicted with other commitments, leading to delays.We also note that you signed up for our flexible service plan, which requires some flexibility in scheduling that could not be met.     We understand the importance of having a specific cleaning technician and the necessity of a precise schedule, especially given the sensitive circumstances involving your parents. Our goal is always to accommodate our clients' preferences as best as we can. We give all our clients a one hour window for the cleaning tech to arrive because they are coming from previous appointments & also factoring in time for driving from one job to the next, It was very hard to accommodate your needs at a specific time of arrival but we tried our best to fulfill your needs & again this is something that we don't typically do.However, due to the high demand for your preferred technician, their schedule can sometimes be unpredictable, leading to delays. We did suggest the possibility of having other qualified technicians who could arrive on time to avoid any inconvenience, but we respect your preference for the specific technician.Regarding your concerns about communication, we strive to keep our clients informed through emails, text reminders, and phone calls prior to each appointment. We apologize if there was any confusion or if our efforts fell short in any way. In regards to you claiming that our team was "lying" it seems to be a misunderstanding because what need Is there to lie to you about ? We tried our best to accommodate your preferred cleaning ***************** that they would arrive.As a Flex Program member, (which you agreed to) the agreed terms included flexibility with appointment dates and times in exchange for a discounted rate. We acknowledge the difficulty this might have caused in your situation and regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
