    Dear Team at Fesh Clean Threads, My name is ***** **************. I originally purchased a package of T-shirts from you around August 2024.The T-shirt was too big, for the fit of a 6 foot 220 athletic man was not right for me. I called to return the original order, but someone from your customer service department gave me an address in ******, *******, which turned out to be a person's home. The price of over $286.00 to return it did not make ******** make matters worse, I noticed your company has been debiting my ********** account for $17.40 since September 1st, 2024, and I get the same silly gray T-shirt every month.I never authorized Fresh Clean to debit my account or to send me the exact color T-shirt for the next five months.Since you chose not to reply to my message and gave my address in ******, *******, I am filing a report with the BBB and my credit card company.I demand an immediate return of the $17.40 x 5, which you had no authorization to debit my account.I also want you to delete all my personal information from your company.All your T-shirts were returned to the sender. Please stop sending me a t-shirt and stop charging my account.

    Retailer advertises an early Black Friday sale claiming up to 55% off. The offer is 25% off everything or 30% off everything on orders of $120 or more. Those percentages add to the supposed 55%, but the two offers do not stack and the discount only goes up to 30% off.

    * Date of transaction, March 25, 2024 * Order number ******* *Nature of dispute, 5 t-shirts wrong size wanted regular was sent tall in T-shirts.* Businesses resolve, one T-shirt sent to me, was not medium regular, but medium tall.* Advertising was seen on ******,I tried numerous times on their chat site one time successful the rest, not successful, went to ****** to find customer service phone number. There is no customer service phone number, only AI company fresh clean threads is all about the sales and no customer service at all. * As I was Im ready to finish and continue with this complaint, I noticed at the bottom of the page. There is a phone number for them. I have written it down, and I will try to contact him at that phone number hopefully, I will have some answers there,

    I bought 3 shirts worth from this company and paid $17 in shipping as I needed the products ASAP. They didnt work out and when I went to get a refund and send my products back, they gave me $60 instead of my full order of $77. Apparently the shipping is non refundable according to ******. This was not said in checkout nor when I finished checking out. You had to click like 3 links in order to find that they dont refund shipping. Even though I paid extra to get it on time. This company scammed me out of money and thats why Im writing this review.

    ******** took longer than advertised and failed to complete order as stated. Was missing an item from the order. When addressing business never received a response.
