* Date of transaction, March 25, 2024 * Order number ******* *Nature of dispute, 5 t-shirts wrong size wanted regular was sent tall in T-shirts.* Businesses resolve, one T-shirt sent to me, was not medium regular, but medium tall.* Advertising was seen on ******,I tried numerous times on their chat site one time successful the rest, not successful, went to ****** to find customer service phone number. There is no customer service phone number, only AI company fresh clean threads is all about the sales and no customer service at all. * As I was Im ready to finish and continue with this complaint, I noticed at the bottom of the page. There is a phone number for them. I have written it down, and I will try to contact him at that phone number hopefully, I will have some answers there,Initial Complaint

I bought 3 shirts worth from this company and paid $17 in shipping as I needed the products ASAP. They didnt work out and when I went to get a refund and send my products back, they gave me $60 instead of my full order of $77. Apparently the shipping is non refundable according to ******. This was not said in checkout nor when I finished checking out. You had to click like 3 links in order to find that they dont refund shipping. Even though I paid extra to get it on time. This company scammed me out of money and thats why Im writing this review.Initial Complaint

I bought shirts from this company, and I like them. Ive asked them *********************************************** (it happens 5 times a day.) then they decided to charge my card again for another shirt. Which I never received. They dont offer an unsubscribed option. Please make these people stop.Business response

This customer was subscribed to our *** list and also subscribed to a recurring t-shirt subscription. Once he alerted us he wanted to cancel the subscription we cancelled his sub, and refunded him on the order. He never properly opted out of the *** list via the automated "STOP" function, but due to this complaint we have now unsubbed this customer.Initial Complaint

CONSTANT text message marketing harassment. DAILY. Even after blocking their number, they began contacting me from a different number.Business response

This customer subscribed to our text alerts and on the screenshots attached he did not include STOP on any messages which automatically unsubscribes the user. We will unsubscribe the user now manually. We follow all the laws and protocols for all SMS and email communications and customers who opt-out after initially opting in won't receive any additional messages.
