Horrible business practices horrible customer service ordered covers was promised too get them called and talked to customer service before i ordered them they said they were in stock ordered them 2 weeks go by and they havent even processed the order called and called and emailed finally got a hold of them and they now are saying that its going to be 6 weeks before they will ship even though I called to verify that they were in stock before I ordered them horrible business practices and really shady customer service I wish I would of relooked at the reviews before ordering all I can say is stay very far away from this shady company they promise you something take your money than dont answer you youll have too chase them down I wish I could give them a negative 5 starsReview from Gregory M

I have emailed customer support almost 10 times in the past two weeks as well as contacting them by phone. I am just trying to get any type of response or at least a confirmation of receiving my email. My car cover was a Father's Day present. The cover fits great, but is only 6 months old and looks old, cracked, and worn. I am just looking for a warranty replacement or upgrading to possibly the next level of car cover icarcover offers.Review from Virginia E

I would give this company **********. I ordered both front and back seat covers. They were delivered almost 2 weeks past the estimated time originally stated on my order. They would not work on my front seats and I wanted to return them. This is their return policy: We are currently offering 30-Day hassle free returns. If you are not satisfied or have simply changed your mind, feel free to contact us via email at ******@*********.*** or call us at (***)***-**** and we will process the return. We will provide a free shipping return label anytime for the first 30-days after the item is being delivered.I contacted them via email to ask for a return label. There were SEVERAL emails back and forth over a 4 day period. At one point I decided to call them at the number listed in their return policy only to be told they don't process returns via phone. Their last email to me said:Coverland **************** Nov** **** *:**AM (1 day ago) Hi, Let me reach out with our back office team for the return label and get back to ******'s been a day and a half and I've not heard back from them. I'm beginning to doubt I'll get a refund and I'll be stuck with seat covers I can't ****** NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Review from Jason B

On September 8th I ordered leather seatcovers for my new car. The funds I paid were debited from my account on September 10th. I never received an email notification of my order and when I looked the account I created online when I placed the order, it listed "NO ORDERS". I called and spoke to a person who said she was "so sorry" but it was backordered. I asked when replacement stock was expected and she said it "could be about four weeks" but she wasn't sure. Had I known my order was out of stock, I would have ordered elsewhere or waited until it was back in stock. It is amazing that an order was taken without having stock of the item and without any receipt or email acknowledgment. I am concerned I may never see this product.ICarCover Response

I bought this car cover for my 1947 stylemaster . It advertised to be lifetime warranty but I have not heard back for refund. Picture did not show zipper on drivers side which caused damaged to my car on drivers side. Paint discolored and does not keep dust off my beautiful car?? the outside top layer is coming off and it only seems to have two layers, not two like specified and demonstrated. Cheap material and I believe this seller is a scammer. Buyer beware!ICarCover Response

I purchased a cover from ICarCover in June 24 for my 1994 Jeep Cherokee.. On covering my Jeep I noticed a zipper on the driver dr side. This was not displayed in their photograph. I didn't want that feature since the cover is used year round and may leak. In addition the fit not even close, Excess material, sloppy fit seems like it was made for a larger vehicle. Recently we had a wind storm where the cover ballooned up.. They never sent me the securing straps. Again checked their on line Amazon photo and that cover seems to fit much better then mine. Maybe they sent the wrong one. Next, the outer lay is pealing off exposing the inner layer of cotton. In addition the cover is only two layers. In their advertising they claim it has 4 layers. This is false advertising. In numerous Emails and calls I have yet to hear that they are refunding me my money. They also advertise " Lifetime Warranty Guarantee in 90 days". I feel certain that this company is into scamming customers by false advertising , claiming LifeTime Warranty knowing they will block clients from refunding them under that "Cash Back" guarantee as in the advertising on Amazon, who also seeming have no effect to procure the funds for me.ICarCover Response

I purchased two car covers in November. Theyve only been on my car for two months and the material defective coming apart. Theyre not waterproof and the seam is coming apart. Also in one of the straps had pulled off and broke. I got a similar response to your other customers That I didnt use the car cover as intended and because of that they were not going to warranty the product I tried calling them with no reply, and there was a problem with their emails as well. Here was there exactly response from an email.Hi ******, Thanks for contacting us. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacture defects and not wear-and-tear. Since your cover was used under unknown conditions, we are unable to submit a claim. I wouldnt include photos, but I cant seem to paste them here.ICarCover Response

Wont ever do business with this company. False Advertisement and they did not want to resolve the issue. I got my "weatherproof" car cover in May 2023. Last weekend it rained in **********. My car had the car cover on. I uncovered the car the next day. To my surprise, my car was full of some type of powder chemical. I checked the cover and the cover has a rubber type of material stitched up with the stitching from the car cover. That material was the culprit behind staining my car. I had to take my car to wash. The wrap on my hood still stained so I had to wax it. I purchased this car cover through *******.com which deals with **********. I sent pictures of the issue and ******* relayed the info to **********. I get an email stating: Thanks for contacting us. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacture defects and not wear-and-tear. Since your cover was used under unknown conditions, we are unable to submit a claim.i car cover promotes a 100% Full 7 year warrant for ******* customers. They also promote the following:100%:Watherproof&Stain Resistant, 100%Year-Round Seasonal Protection,100%Full Custom Fit Outdoor Car Cover,100%Extra Soft Inner Linning.I took screenshots of these along with the 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed they claim they offer. I refuse to put back that car cover because I dont want anymore damage to my vehicle. I spent $66 total and expected more from this company and their product. Also, I decided to check the ****** reviews, and there is customers with similar issues. I hope other can be cautious and wont buy into this companies Fake Warranties and Satisfaction.ICarCover Response
