    The absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased an entire bedroom set and paid the extra fee for installation/delivery. The guys came, put it together, no problem. They mentioned no issues and left. A year later, I was moving to a new house and upon moving, we tried to deconstruct the bedframe and realized that the delivery men had completely stripped the holes where the nails go into holding the footboard and rails. Called Living Spaces customer service to see if we could get replacement pieces - We'd even pay for it but perhaps at a cheaper cost. They basically said there was nothing they could do as the 1-year warranty was past. I tried to communicate to them that it's not a warranty issue, it was an installation issue by their delivery men that should have been flagged and communicated to me at the time of the assembly. They wouldn't budge and now I'm out an entire bedframe that I wanted to match the rest of my bedroom set.

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Concerns regarding the furniture that are not reported within the one-year manufacturer warranty period will be denied upon the expiration of the warranty, as there is no evidence to suggest that the drivers stripped the screws prior to the customer's disassembly of the bed, we are unable to move forward with this claim.

    I cannot believe how many reviews are listed with the same issues and this company has not figured it out by now. Man I wish I read these before I shopped here! I have all the same complaints...no customer service, no answers, and no couch. We ordered a couch in early January and received a delivery notification and delivery window for February 7th. We got rid of our couch to make room. As time when buy on our delivery date...no couch. I called **************** and was told the couch had not even shipped yet and I would receive a new delivery date. Since then I have had 3 more scheduled deliveries that never happened with no real explanation or help from customer service. If we want to be in our family room we have to sit on the floor. Such a bummer when spending that kind of money. Figure it out Living Spaces...do better.

Upon further review of the account, it appears that the items were being transferred from another warehouse as the nearest warehouse was out of stock. Unfortunately, the transfer experienced significant delays, which led to Living Spaces having to reschedule the delivery to 2/26/2025. We have shared the details of this complaint with upper management for further review.

    I ordered two sets of barstools about a month ago. Ive been going back & forth with customer service because they sent defective screws and I cannot put together one of the stools. Ive sent pictures etc of the screws to customer service and havent received a response from anyone after being told they would contact me, so I basically have new furniture I cannot use. ??

As a courtesy, we would like to offer a tech to come out to assemble the barstools, however, we will need an overall photo of both chairs.     We purchased a living room set, two separate orders. We went back to get some lamps we wanted (third trip). We had questions so the gentleman who was helping us called the manager over. She immediately started treating us really bad as soon as she walked up, she treated us like we were trying to steal from the company, even though we just spent $4500.00 on furniture and were about to spend another $550.00 on lamps. This manager started rolling her eyes and smacking her lips when we started to ask questions. She was extremely rude to us but to the Caucasian customers she was sweet as pie. I don't know if it was because of our skin color/heritage or because of my disability. I didn't like the way she was treating us so I started out the door as I was passing her, she called me a b**** I left in tears. We didn't do anything wrong, we were asking questions and that is what she is supposed to do. I have left several messages, reviews and now the BBB because I am being ignored by the company. I will never step foot inside any of their stores. They lost an additional 15k in purchases because of how I was treated and what I was called. We had already picked out a king size complete bedroom set, a queen size complete bedroom set and a dining room set, which we were planning on getting but I will never step foot into their company locations because of what she did. I'm already emotional about my disability and it is worse now than ever before because I am scared to go anywhere and being judged by people like her! I've tried contacting them, I get the run around, once I say what she called me, everything goes silent. I honestly wonder how many other people she has done this to? Made them feel like they don't belong? Worse company because of one person's actions!

    I guess it's impossible to leave 0 stars.We ordered a sectional 1 year ago (and from I'm reading from others, the warranty is useless). But, this is about a recent order. I ordered 2 consoles to go into the sectional on 12/15, they got delivered 1/21. (so I had to wait 5 weeks). Once we took one out of the box, it was obvious the other was not going to fit and just make the couch too large, so I never opened the other box. Went yesterday to the store to return it, and was treated very rudely. She said "the return policy is right there on the first line" - I NEVER figured it was 7 days! We couldn't have even made it back out there by then due to work schedules, needing a truck, etc. I've looked up every reputable store I've purchased furniture at previously - NFM, *******, ******* ***** ******* **********, Weirs, 1 Stop Bedrooms, etc. and all are at minimum 30 days (some up to *******d if unopened). Today I spoke to customer service and a manager, was cut off over and over and all but hung up on. Asked for an email or anywhere else to go to voice my opinion and was told nowhere. I asked about store credit or even paying a restocking fee as this is an item they still sell and is unopened, unused - was told no. This is not an item I can just find somewhere to put, it's an armless console (drink holder) for a sectional that I'm now stuck with.Will never shop at Living Spaces again. Just be very aware of the return policy and the completely unhelpful customer service if you do purchase from them.

Detailed information regarding this policy is available on our website to review before purchasing with us. The 7 days start the day the customer receives the items and are not placed on pause until the customer unpacks their order. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor the customer's request as the items have been in the home longer than 7 days.

    We purchased a dining room set on February 3rd and called to cancel just an hour later. The customer service representative informed us that there would be a 10% cancellation fee. Frustrated, we asked to speak with a manager, but they refused to waive the fee.The next day, despite our cancellation, the store delivered the set anyway and added an additional $89 delivery fee on top of the 10%. We called again and spoke to the manager, but once again, they refused to reverse any ********** a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this store, this experience is beyond disappointing. Their handling of this situation is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and read the ************ this store at all costs!

Guests have 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery to cancel their order without any charges. If the guest places an order for same-day or next-day delivery, the guest waives the right to cancel without fees. Our records indicate that the order was placed on 2/3/2025, for delivery on 2/4/2025. We show the guest called on 2/3/2025 to cancel the order and the request was submitted to our cancellation team the same day. Unfortunately, an oversight occurred, resulting in the outdoor delivery taking place in error. Due to the error on our part, we will honor a return and waive all associated fees. Once the items are picked up from the customers home, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please contact us at ************** to arrange the pickup.

    This company, was greatly disappointing to me. I ordered furniture for my new apartment, because my home was burned down in the fires the fires. I gave them the option to drop it off in front of my door outdoor delivery, which was free, however, The delivery guys decided not to leave it outside of my door because my apartment unit said P 74 but on their list, it said PH 74. Now I completely understand why they would not leave it outside of my door when there is a slight discrepancy, such as there being an H that they could not find. However, when I called the customer service and told him of my situation, he told me that there would be a rescheduling delivery fee.When I told him of my situation, and how I need to reschedule it for free, he had absolutely no empathy or understanding or concern. He didnt give a thing about anything or my situation. When I try to re-communicate to him to understand what he was saying because I was in tears, he just kept quiet on the linefor about 30 seconds even when I asked if he was still on the line. He proceeded with a rude tone.I can guarantee you this, this is the last time I will ever order or deal with Living spaces again.

However, in light of the circumstances, we have refunded this fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect the original payment method, as this excludes weekends and holidays.

    I purchased a beautiful couch and Chaise about 4 years ago. The appearance of the couch was stunning, but I ignored the poor reviews about the quality of the item. I decided to ignore the reviews and purchase the couch along with the warranty. (My fault)3 years after purchase, the cushions started to sag, and the fabric started to stain more easily, I reached out to the warranty team and found out no-one serviced my area. Since there was no one locally, I asked if I could purchase new cushions at full price, and i was told that living furniture does not do that. (I reached out numerous times, but no-one seemed interested in helping me) Luckily, I found a furniture company locally that will recover and restuff my cushions.I've purchased some beautiful pieces from Living Spaces in the past and have never had a problem. Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed. A couch should last longer than 4 years and if it doesn't, someone should be interested in helping find a solution. (Even working with me to find another couch at a discounted price) *The customer service team needs to be more focused on keeping loyal customers.

Living Spaces offers a one (1) year limited warranty on most of its furniture covering manufacturer defects in workmanship and material. Settling of cushions due to normal wear and tear is not considered a defect and is not covered by the protection plan.     They will not honor my 5 yr warranty on furniture I paid for and the furniture is falling apart and only one year old. I paid over $3k for this sectional. So disappointing.

Upon further review of the account, we show a claim was submitted under the carefree protection plan on 8/19/2024, for seam separation. A technician was dispatched to assess and repair the item on 8/28/2024, per the tech report the separation was on the wedge piece. The item was repaired utilizing upholstery thread, and the issues was considered resolved, leading to the closure of the claim. 

    On 1/11/2025, a new claim was filed for fraying in various areas on the couch; however, this claim was denied on the grounds of normal wear and tear. If the guest is not satisfied with the decision made on their claim, they can file a dispute by emailing ********************* or logging into ***********************. ******* will review the dispute, and the guest will receive a final decision via email within 30 days.

    This is by far the worst company *** ever dealt with, built on a completely unreasonable business model. I spoke with a representative and had to practically beg to speak with a manager to cancel an item that wasnt scheduled to be delivered for over a month. Its baffling that in 2025, a company doesnt allow customers to change their minds just 72 hours after a purchase (their policy only allows 48 hours), especially when the item wont even ship for another four weeks.The representatives repeatedly emphasized that this is a nationwide company, as if that somehow justifies their policies. Most American companies that sell products are nationwide, and many (from ****** to *******) allow customers to cancel orders without outrageous penalties, even when third-party carriers like ***** or *** are involved. Living Spaces, however, insists on equating cancellations with delivery and imposes a 10% restocking fee, even though the item more than likely hasnt left their warehouse. This practice is exploitative and completely out of step with any legitimate customer service standards.The manager and representatives I spoke with were dismissive and tried to gaslight me into accepting this absurd policy. Living Spaces clearly prioritizes profits over maintaining fair and respectful relationships with their customers. I strongly urge potential buyers to think twice before doing business with this company. Buyer beware!
