1 starI highly recommend to not purchase any furniture from living spaces. We bought a couch about a year ago that they replaced due to poor quality. We have not had the replaced Couch for quite a year and the quality is poor yet again. They denied replacing the couch And offered to clean it. They scheduled to Cleaning without talking to me first so I canceled the cleaning. I called back today to reschedule the cleaning to take the proper steps to read file a claim for the quality of the material and I have been transferred eight times nobody seems to know who supposed to take care of what the warranty department is telling me I have to talk to an extended warranty department. I went back-and-forth with them for an hour. It is the worst customer service as well as the worst quality of material. I am extremely unhappy.Review fromRyan C

1 starI am compelled to write to you regarding the significant and ongoing issues with my ****** series furniture, specifically the ****** **** IV Sofa, Loveseat, Curve, and ************ Cocktail Ottoman, purchased from your ********, ** location on November 14, 2023 (Order #: SO-*****9711). This correspondence serves to address the recurring manufacturing defects which have necessitated multiple repairs, despite assurances provided by the warranties and service plans sold at the point of purchase.Description of the Issue: Since their purchase, these items have exhibited severe defects in the seat cushions, specifically tearing at the seams on ALL cushions, which have been confirmed by FSN Furniture Repair technicians on visits dated June 14, 2024, and October 24, 2024, as common to this model. These defects not only undermine the functional use of the furniture but also indicate a failure in quality control measures that are expected from a reputable retailer such as Living Spaces. This is now the third time I will need to contact *** for yet another claim on the exact same issue. Legal Grounds for Complaint: Under the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act (Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 44, Chapter 10, Article 7), consumers are protected against deceptive and unfair practices in merchandise sales and business practices. Additionally, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) as adopted by Arizona (A.R.S. ******* and *******). Given the repeated nature of these defects and the acknowledgment of their prevalence by your servicing agents, these goods clearly fail to meet the standards set by both the express warranties provided at the time of sale and the implied warranties under Arizona law. Despite multiple repair attempts, the quality issues remain unresolved, significantly impairing their usability. 1 starTerrible Experience with Living Spaces Protection Plan I purchased a five-year protection plan from Living Spaces, thinking it would give me peace of mind. Its been anything but. My claim was for a ripped piece of fabric precisely the type of issue I believed the plan would cover. They sent a technician who did a rushed, sloppy job, and the fabric ripped open again almost immediately.I submitted another claim and received this insulting response: "This claim is cancelled because the issue reported is not part of the protection plan scope."How is a ripped seam not part of a furniture protection plan? This is a clear case of a company refusing to stand behind its promises. The plan is a waste of money, the repair service was a joke, and customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful.If you're considering buying furniture from Living Spaces or adding their protection plan, dont. 1 starVery disappointed with purchase from Living Spaces. I purchased a sectional and was also sold the additional extended care, which I did not want, but was pressured into. I was told the extended care would cover anything. Well the sofa is a little over a year and was warping. I contact Living Spaces who said I needed to contact the extended care, which is all done via an online system. I completed the online system including photos and was rejected, I sent them multiple replies to provide a phone number to discuss never got a response. I finally got a phone number and called and was told the timing was probably still on LIving Spaces and Living Spaces said it was the Care. This went on so long I finally had to get new furniture and plan on throwing out the sofa. I just feel like the extra service was such a scam, they sold me something and did not honor. Disappointed with Living Spaces **************** I purchased furniture from Living Spaces, expecting quality and reliable support. However, when issues arose, I found the warranty process to be frustrating. Despite following all required steps and providing necessary documentation, my claims were denied due to technicalities. We purchased about $1,500 worth of furniture online from LS. Originally it was set to delivery in late March. We get an email saying sorry such and such item is out of stock. Nobody told us our entire delivery was canceled including the in stock items. ** we moved entire delivery now. Today was that delivery date, on Sunday they emailed me again. Same item is oos. I go online and the item isnt even viewable anymore and clearly discontinued but LS is trying to ensure me itll come late may. We chose to cancel that item. I get text yesterday delivery is set 9:30-12:30 as planned. Yay! WRONG. Around 10 am I get an email to set up delivery. I called immediately and was told our order was locked and never set for delivery today so theyre not sure why I got that text. Eventually canceled every item and will never be returning. We ordered a dining set in November through the store associate and it came easy. Not sure if its just online theyre incompetent. Never order from them.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

0 stars. The worst experience I've ever had buying ANYTHING. I went to Living Spaces in ********, ** and the sales team helped me pick out a whole dining room set. They said shipping would be initiated within 10 business days. I never heard anything back from Living Spaces after that moment. 2 weeks went by, the shipping wasn't initiated yet per the tracking info in the email, so I called Living Spaces. You can't reach a store directly so you have to call customer service. The customer service *** said they would open a ticket and contact the manufacturer to see why shipping wasn't initiated. They said they would update me in the next 24 hours. I never heard back so a week later I called Living Spaces again, escalated to a manager, and was told the products I ordered were not in inventory and my order had been cancelled. Living Spaces NEVER contacted me to let me know the order was cancelled. They simply took my money, placed an order for products not in inventory, allowed a terrible manufacturer to cancel the order, and did NOT notify me of the cancellation or provide a refund. I had to literally call and FIGHT for a refund of over $1000! This is insane. Do NOT shop here. It is a scam.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

We purchased a care plan, the sales person promised us we would get our money back if we didn't end up using it. It turns out it's basically only a 50% discount coupon if you don't use it, as there are minimum purchase amounts. The Win-Win Certificate will be equal to the purchase price of the Care Free Plan. A minimum Living Spaces home furnishing product(s) purchase equal to two times the value of the coupon is required for redemption and the coupon must be used within 60 days after the 5-year (or 10-year for adjustable bed) plan coverage expires. This certificate has no cash value. Awful experience with living spaces. Within 24 hours of having my mattress delivered, it was discovered it was dirty on a hidden part of the mattress. It wasnt the same mattress we picked from the showroom. I advise living spaces in ******, ********** of the issue until this day. They have not resolved it. They said my case is closed and they will not be able to help me. I am truly disappointed with living spaces. I will be sleeping on a bed that we are not comfortable in. Living Spaces mentioned that my case has gone all the way up and the resolution is the same. My case is closed. There is no satisfaction guarantee living Spaces.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC
