    Product was supposed to be delivered from ********** but after 3 weeks it arrived from ******The product is a screwdriver with a set of bits in a case. The screwdriver does not come out of the case .... that makes the product useless.I tried explaining this to their support team they offered me $10 compensation which I refused. They said the product would need to be returned to their warehouse in ***** and have not given me that address.

    I ordered and paid for product that was supposed to include 14 lights and a remote to control the lights. I paid $49.99 + tax and they received payment. I received the lights but not the remote. The lights will not work without the remote. I have asked several times to just send the remote. They refuse and are only willing to refund $8. Yes they say I can keep the lights but they are useless without the remote.

    Places order on July 4. Received items yesterday. One item was not what I ordered. I emailed the company a photo of the original order from the confirmation they sent me. Photos of items were on that confirmation. I also sent a photo of what I received. Clearly, one of the items looks nothing like what I ordered. They claim that what I received is what I ordered. Offered me $3.00 in compensation. I paid $15.99.
