    Provided a picture of 4 individuals for a portrait When they emailed the picture Some individuals did not even look like them . Sent another photo and same . Several revisions made and no good results . Have been emailing since for a refund At least 20 of them and they keep coming back with it takes 3 days to respond and when they do they want to try to fix it and the last one if they issue one they will take 20 percent out . This has been since beginning of December. I have kept all responses from them . This last time I had said that I will be informing you . I just want my money back . They have brought on so much mental stress and will not give me a phone number .

    Ordered a print and got charged for the print and have not received the print, have made numerous attempts to reach out to company and have not been able to contact anyone. Company is completely ignoring my emails and requests.

    Order #****** - Placed order for a portrait on 12/12/24. Paid $128 + expedited shipping. I had submitted 4 photos to help create the portrait.Proof received on 12/13. I did not care for it and asked for revisions. (See attached photos for the advertised product vs. the proof I received.)12/14 Received an email advising me to submit a new photo or it would go into production as is. I replied asking for a refund, indicating I could not provide an additional photo. I received multiple emails asking for a new photo. I finally attached a written message AS THE ***** indicating I wanted a refund.12/16 Received an email from *** offering 80% refund.12/16 I replied indicating I felt a full refund was warranted. 12/17 After hearing nothing, I followed up and also filed dispute of charges with my bank PNC.12/18 They reiterated their offer with choices: "1. Issue an 80% refund immediately.2. Proceed with shipping the portrait to you. If, upon receiving and reviewing the portrait, you still find it does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us for a full refund.3.We can work on modifying the portrait and/or picture, or even create a completely new portrait for you. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we would assign this task to our top artists."12/18 I replied, stating I just wished to receive a full refund. I did not think based on the proof they sent (based on the four best photos I had of the subject) that their standards and my standards would align, and reiterated that I could not supply new photos. I did not wish to waste time (mine or theirs) and overall would not want this product, no matter what at this point, based on this negative experience. They state they have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy, but this is false.12/20 I followed up again.12/22 They reiterated their offer.12/22 I rejected their offer. 1/9/25 - Awaiting resolution through my bank PNC.I can supply the email exchange if needed.

    I ordered a canvass paid over $62.00 and then was asking where my product was. I was told I only ordered a digital print. I never received that either. They are scamming people. So angry.The receipt they sent said digital print yet when I ordered I picked a canvas on their sale

    I purchased three "Turn Me Royal" photos for my grand daughter on 11/28/24 and it took several days for anyone to send me an email for touch **** I had a few requests and it took them again more than several days to get back to me. After that it took them a few weeks to reach out again with the final results. I finally got the download for two of the three girls but the third one wasnt released to download. The ones I did download are of such poor quality that I cant print them and have the resolution be correct. I paid approx $120 for these and I still cant get one of them. I asked for my money back but I have not heard form anyone from Turn Me Royal. Christmas eve is fast approaching and not a word from them.

    The page that you order the item from states that you are buying a canvass item. Once you complete your order and PAY it says it is digital item only. Such a scam!!

    Purchased a print and frame Order number: #******. They sent it poorly packed and it arrived with a broken frame and tear in canvas. Contacted them through email that night about replacement. They have not replied. They are responsible for making sure product is properly protected during shipping. They did not. I no longer want replacement. I want a refund. $79 for print. $49 for Frame.

    I ordered a portrait of myself online. I thought they would actually be making this themselves not just slapping a photo of my face onto another pre drawn body. But when I saw the insanely ugly picture they sent me I did 5-10 reviews of it constantly sending it back. They never read what I had to type and just slightly changed each version. Now the picture doesnt even look like me at all and is hideous. I was not given the option to type a review this last time and messaged their support team once again, they took over 3 days to respond to my issue and now their system has automatically processed this order. I want this to be cancelled for a full refund as I am done dealing with them and their crappy customer support team

    False advertising for expedited shipping. It's been a week, and my order still states after 2 days that it's still being printed. To add, any adjustment or edit needed to the print, took 1 to 2 business days to respond to my inquiry. I assume, they only allow one response per day from each order (since this is how their customer service was with me)?!? I asked to change my order to digital format because the process is taking way longer then the "expedited" option I chose. Its been 2 days and I have not recieved an answer. As a temporary mother's day gift, I screenshot and printed each painting to give to the 3 moms coming to our home for a bqq, and put them in a dollar tree frame. Once the canvas prints are delivered, I'll drop them off to the mom's at a later date -- and thats if they get delivered. I was under the impression 5 days means within 5 days I'll recieve my order. I paid a total of $246.65 which also includes that $29.95 expedited fee which clearly my order has not been expedited; they clearly do not work weekends but literally only business days Monday through Friday, if they worked weekends, when I placed my order last Friday, I would have recieved the drafts Saturday to approve (expedited option indicates 1 day) but it was Monday when I recieved the drafts to approve, which would mean they didn't hold up to the expedited option if they work weekends. With that being said, come Monday since the status of my order hasnt changed, my expedited order will still be in print mode and yet to be shipped since 1 week exactly, today, is when I initially ordered.
