  Bought a $110 print, they never even sent it to me for revision. They just made a portrait with a disproportionate head, and gave me no way to ask for a revision.They never gave me a tracking number either. When I tried to reach them about this, they said their emails must have gone to my spam folder. When I told them it wasn't, I asked them to show me a copy of their email if they were telling the truth about sending one. They then told me that I unsubscribed from their marketing emails, so they didn't email me for my approval of the print. They said I could have reviewed the revisions on their site. Where? How? There was no way to know, nothing in any of their previous emails. Never got that tracking number either. When I asked for a revision or refund, they told me they could charge me $25 for a revision. There's a reason they have an F on the BBB.

  ****. I ordered a portrait of my husband and I. I received emails advising it was on its way. After not receiving it, I contacted them and they first claimed they had no record. Next, they claimed that I didn't order a portrait. I asked for a refund and was told no. I wishto filed complaint as they ate NOT reputable and have in essence, stolen from me.

  Horrible company.They say you can change the photo as many times as you need until you are 100% satisfied. I responded several times the very same day that I was not happy. The photo finished product is horrible and it cost me ***** dollars. They are a rip off!! Never do business with this company. Your better off throwing your money in the trash as this is what I will do with the product.

  If I could give negative stars I would. Never got the canvas product I paid for and continue to reach out to support to get a full refund - with no success. Dont recommend spending your hard earned money with this business.

  This company has poor communication. I will repeat what so many have said on here. I paid for a canvas and received a digital. Charged to get a canvas and then got two of the same **** canvas! *** Do Better

  If I could give no stars I would, the only benefit I have is being able to not be alone in this scam. Turn Me Royal does not hand draw anything, believe me, this is a computer generated photo and they were not even creating a good computer image. We had to request that a head be made smaller, since it looked so awkward. When you purchase something on their site, it says you will receive a canvas, but then you only receive a digital image. When you reach out, they then claim that you agreed to only the digital and try to upsell a canvas. It seems that this is consistent among all the customers sharing here which is sad, that means no one is holding them accountable for the scam. I encourage you to not do business with Turn Me Royal. Although you may get a good chuckle, just do it on your own computer. You will get the same result without the close to $100 price tag.

  This company should be shut down! You order one thing, and after your card is charged, they send you a receipt for a totally different thing! I ordered and paid for a stretched canvas portrait. They sent me a receipt for a "digital" portrait that I have to download and pay to have printed! A complete rip off!!! They even sent an email that said my portrait was on its way, and after 3 weeks of waiting, never received it. I contacted them and asked them what the issue was. After 3 days I was told I only paid for a digital ******* I DID NOT!!! This company needs to be shut down! After reading all of the complaints on here, I am flabbergasted that it is still allowed to operate!

  Company is underhanded and sneaky. They present themselves as giving you a great deal, just so they can upsell you. **************** is lousy. They try and side step any complaints. I will never do business with them again. Recommend you don't either. They are getting one star simple because that is as low as you can go.

  Worst customer service ever. They lie and try to say they have artists that hand make these which is a complete lie. I sent them photos and the portrait they sent back look nothing like my husband and I. Then they tried to fix it, which came back, looking exactly like the original portrait. Then finally all they did was fix the haircut on it. It did not look like my husband or me. Then they say we can try a different portrait, but this will be the last attempt and that we have to accept it. I tell them how I supposed to take a portrait that doesnt even look like my husband or me and they say well thats just our policy. Then I go to dispute with my credit card company and they wanna only offer a partial refund but then in the same sentence, they stand behind their products. Yet their products is awful . Do not do business with these people I regret ever doing business with them. They are horrible company and shame on them for taking peoples money and giving them ridiculous digitally created crappy portraits.

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. My issue has been going on for weeks. Emails sent back to me are standard. You have to send email after email explaining again and again what the problem is. Then I finally found someone to answer (or I thought) & I am still getting nowhere. And no phone number so you can actually talk to someone. Please!! There are other places that do the same thing. And the revisions??? They all look the same. Every "Revision" no changes made. And the person looked terrible in their "Revision" I can't send that as a gift!!!! I am trying to get my money back now. Absolutely had it with the company.
