    My husband ordered me a Christmas Present the first part of December thinking it will be delivered by Christmas by February hadnt received it. Emailed the company twice got two different tracking numbers and neither one of them were any good Said the package went to a different address I had to call the bank and did a dispute against the company and got all my money back I will never deal with this company again

    THEY ARE SCAMMERS so BEWARE !!!I ordered a T-shirt Nov. 21/24 for a Christmas present and I'm still waiting. I'm certain that this whole company is a scam and I told them that in an email. They sure send out lots of emails and 'supposedly' updates on the tracking of the order but it's all 'horse crap'. I suggest that everyone stays clear of this company and never orders from them !!! /***** Vi p.s. It's sad that one has to fill in even one star for them! Just terrible! Makes you wonder how people like this can even sleep at night ??? I don't usually wish ill on people, but hey, if the shoe fits !!!

    I placed an order early December 2024 and never received the item even though they said it was delivered on the 19th or 20th of December. I have contacted them via email several times but I have only received generic generated emails every time I try to contact them. They have no live persons to help you nor do they have an actual telephone number. BUYER BEWARE!

    I received a different item than what I ordered. I emailed the company twice and called once with no answer, but no reply from them. I just wanted the correct item as it was more expensive than the item they decided to send me, but now I'm going to have to pursue outside help to correct this. I'm very disappointed. I was willing to give them a decent review if they corrected this problem as I understand mistakes can happen, but no reply from them and no way to reach them by phone isn't the way to do that.

    Poor quality for a $30 ornament. The color and saturation needed corrected. The family looked redheaded, and none of them have red hair. This company declined to replace the ornament and I will decline to ever order from them again.

    Pawsionate fails to deliver products, they are contacted by e-mails on *** false info and tracking numbers used for delivery, address was positively identified yet no delivery, comments address is vacant which it is not, company is incompetent or a scam. I gave 1 star because it's required otherwise I would give no stars.

    They didnt update me about my shipment. I spent $100. My address is in ********. They sent my package to some address in ********** and now they will not contact me back about a refund.

    Horrible printing! I complained and got 25% back! Wow! $9.00 Save your money and buy local! Not on ********!!! Horrible wrap and colors do not look right!

    I made an order on Aug. 4th. 20 days later have not received it. This company is blaming the ****. It is unlikely this is a **** mistake. I keep getting a run around and no refund on merchandise I haven't received. Looks like a rather elaborate scam. With fake referrals and merchandise.

    We saw their ads on Instagram where they are heavily advertising. Ordered a custom sign with the uploaded picture of our dog, paid for the sign, shipping and extra package protection (total of $36.97). Received an order number by email. This was on 08/12/2024. A week later we checked for the status of the order but it says the order number is invalid and they don't respond to our emails either. Unfortunately, we did not do any research before ordering. But something is not right about this business. Sounds like a border line fraudulent business. I would stay away from them.
