    I tried this product last year initially. After trying the product, I decided it wasnt for me. I spoke to a representative from the customer service and was told they would no longer send me product s and UNSUBSCRIBE the automatic subscription. They have not. The have sent me this product for the last two months and deleted my funds totaling $157.14. When I called today to once again resolve the issue , the representative complained that she only has three emails from me and hung up the phone on me while I was speaking after I began to give her my information (she only asked for my name and email). This is is now considered a theft and my financial institution has now blocked this business from automatically taking funds out of my account.

    Company offers a free sample of whatever *** product you choose. You pay shipping/tax. I chose 'Lights Out' gummies for sleep. Once added to the cart it changes to 'Cloud 9' mood boosting gummies due to a website glitch and that is what i received. I told the company this via chat/email and showed proof of a screen recording showing it changes, and is not what i ordered. They offered 0 resolution and wanted me to pay to send the wrong product back. ******** customer service. I can't upload the screen recording on here because the file is too big but i added screenshots showing the website issue. Customers should not have to pay for your website having a glitch and switching products.

    This is not the first time this has happened with his business. This is the first time Im making a complaint to the BBB about it.I responded to advertising by them, offering sale price incentive with expedited shipping. That incentive motivated me to place an order that came with two day shipping. This was on Monday 12/2. My credit card was charged immediately on the 2nd, but I never received any order confirmation or tracking number as of 12/6. Trying to login to the app was extremely glitchy, did not show any order history of my order. Trying to log into the website was also very glitchy and finally found the order there after much trying, as all it says is UNFULFILLED with no other info and no tracking or confirmation of it being processed. It seems like a scam to try to incentivize customers into buying to take advantage of sale prices and expedited shipping and now its four days and I dont even have proof that you have my order in your queue at all. I tried to get a hold of the company via email, via their chat and via phone number, all of which have been completely ignored. I do not even have an order number from them and am being ghosted. Id like them to send me the product I ordered and I would like at least a partial refund for the inconvenience and unfulfilled promise of their expedited shipping and unresponsive customer service.

    I have been using gummies to help with sleep issues. I used their Lights Out product with decent success. I decided to subscribe to save some money. Once I gave them my credit card info I stopped receiving product but they charged my credit card each month. They said there was a problem with my address but I had been receiving product for months. Ive contacted their customer service on three separate occasions and was told they sent replacements- never came, they said they refunded my credit card- they did not.

    I did not authorize these charges to my account. I tried to contact the company and their customer service assured me that she would refund the charges. That was this past Monday October 7. Woke up this morning and the charges went through my account. Called again and the customer service agent said there was nothing they could do the products were already shipped out which they werent! I have an app that shows what is being shipped to my house. Please see photos
