  I was having issues activating my Windows 10 product. I called My choice to get some help with my "activation" of my Windows product. ***** took over my computer to handle the activation in way less time than I ever could. Thanks *****.

  This place is very scammy. I dont recommend using with your benefits company at all. I have had so many problems. They dont have intelligent people working who can communicate properly either. I will never ever use them again and I will be filing a grievance with HR and have told all coworkers to not use in the future.

  Wow! I was skeptical because of all the scams out there, but MCS is the real deal! Their real support people are amazing. I called for assistance on an installation issue I was having (my fault). Support got me back on the right track in less than 5 minutes and the recovery / upgrade went perfect. I emailed for additional help with an activation key error (again, that was on me). The email response was within minutes, which is rare these days. My activation issue was resolved and everything is working perfect. Can't thank MCS enough. I will be purchasing from them again.

  Thank you for ***** for re installing the program again. ********* 365 kept popping up and overriding the Programs I purchased from you. Two laptops later, because I expanded my business, I run your programs ********* 2019 version on both laptops with two different licenses. You guys are saving me time and money.

  Total scam. In 8/2024, I purchased a Windows Ofice license from them. I promptly received what they claimed to be a valid, un-activated licensed key in my email. When I tried to used it, low and behold, the license key was already activated. When I contacted them, requesting a refund, they said they would process my request for a refund IF it wasn't activated. They said that it takes 1-2 weeks for a refund because they need to verify that I did not activate the license key. It does not take 2 weeks to perform any sort of electronic verification. It does not take 2 weeks to issue a refund. I anticipated they will come back to me saying that the license was already activated and they cannot give me a refund. Accusing ME of activating it. They have a very clever scam going. Over-selling Windows licenses at a substantial discount, but not so much of a discount that you would think it is too good to be true. They sell you a license key and deliver on that. They don't tell you that they are selling license keys that have already been activated, most likely hoping that the victim will give up and not pursue things further. You are likely forced into accepting the "call ********** and then when you have to update your windows, ********* will flag it as "not authentic" and will not allow its use. Total scam. Sell you a code that is activated, tell you they need to confirm it isn't activated and if they actually do contact *********, guess what? It's already activated! Well DUH. No refund. You have to use BBB to get your refund. Buyer beware.

  After receiving many emails from a company named My Choice Software, I decided to order **************** 2021 Home and Student from them, online, for my Mac computer. I clicked on the link they provided in one of the emails and put the order through.I am certain that I chose to get the Mac computer version, but somehow it got switched to the ** version. It may be my fault, or not; I do not know. Nevertheless, I made the further mistake of entering the Product Activation Key number, a thing which, according to My Choice Software, permanently seals the sale so that the app cannot be returned and the money that was charged to my credit card will not be refunded.Since I had not actually downloaded nor installed the **************** 2021 Home and Student app to my computer, I called My Choice Software and asked them to kindly switch my order and send me the Mac OS version. Their agent refused, saying that I was now stuck with owning the ** version because I had entered the Product Activation Key number. All he would do is sell me the Mac version, with no refunding of my money for the ** version.My complaint is simple. It should require no great effort on the part of My Choice Software to simply rescind my original order, reassign another Product Activation Key number to it, and send me the Mac OS version. In my estimation, My Choice Software is being unfair and unfriendly.

  I purchased MS ****** 2019 and installed it using the key sent by My Choice Software. I kept having issue with the programs indicating that I was using an unlicensed copy. I was not able to fix this, so I contacted My Choice and found excellent and patient support in ****** He verbally walked me through some steps and when none of those fixed the issue, we had an online support session. He was able to make the product work as a licensed version very quickly. Our entire phone call was less than 20 minutes and the program is now working perfectly!
