    Ordered Safe Racks three weeks ahead of time to secure a time prior to my move in day. Installer called the day before installation and I was unavailable at the time of his call. Returned the call and he never responded. I followed up the day of installation and he said he gave up my spot because I was not available the day before (Sunday). He was one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. Called corporate to express my dissatisfaction. They asked for the text correspondence between myself and the installer and I provided it to them immediately. They said they would be in touch with a solution and I never heard back from them. I ordered the racks proactively as I needed the space immediately. We have secured another company but now have to empty the garage of multiple boxes because of this situation. I understand that installers are probably contractors. Corporate never responding to me with an apology or a solution is unacceptable. We have used Safe Racks in the past and been pleased, which makes this experience all the more disappointing.

    I bought 2 of the 8x4 overhead garage racks to install in my garage. To save time and frustration I decided to use the installer that they advertised like crazy. This has been the largest headache and disaster. The installer can't use a stud finder to save his life, I now have ****** drill holes in my ceiling, a partially assembled and installed rack, and parts strewn over my garage. We tried to work with customer service and they keep making promises and nothing happens. Finally they said the installer would be back out earlier this week. To help them, I mapped out where the studs are and approximate placement of the two shelves. They never showed up. I called customer service again and said their representatives had given us misinformation but they wluld have someone call us. When someoone eventually reached out from the install team called, they had called me by accident. When they found out I wasn't a new installation they hung up. I called customer service again and they promised I would hear back from the install team by the end of the day and never received a call. Do NOT use this company and if you do, be prepared to install it yourself.
