  Someone who works there manipulate the machines when you get on them. Especially when I'm there. I asked the manager why do the screen raise up and you have to keep closing it when you hit a bonus. When this happens the bonus pays you scraps like $6 after you spend $80 to hit that bonus. This has happened more than 50 times there is no coincidence to this. I was told by an employee that they do this to black people on the regular. I never suspected them to be a racist company but I'm sure they are now. Because every time I go there and lose I get an email from them telling me that Thunder Valley listens like it's a joke. I want to file a complaint with the gaming commission but they will probably just pay them off.

  Don't go to dinner at *********** or this Casino period! They will profile you and embarrass you in front of the whole restaurant. My husband and l was there on a Thursday with a free room on my comps. We stopped in for some dinner to finish off the evening after gambling for dinner and a glass of wine. The food came but not the wine . When I asked about our beverages the the female bartender was embarrassed to say her ******** the male bartender said my husband was cut off because he felt that he was too intoxicated. We were talking laughing and having a conversation and there was no intoxication, passing out or whatever you are making an assumption of what so ever. I asked to speak to a manager and he stressed they just had training on refusing service of suspected customers of intoxication. That conversation did not go well and the manager called 6 security guards on me. They integrated my husband and l as if we were criminals. They asked us to leave and asked us who was driving. After l told them for the 5th time l had a room there on my free comps for the night. I told I was disturbing the restaurant. And was trespassed from the restaurant and Casino. While all this was happening the bartender who was making judgment disappeared like a COWARD! Where were you security when you did nothing when I was assaulted at this venue. I was hit by a man with a closed fist in the top of my head because l accidentally swiped him with my purse passing by, Security did nothing! !However, you sent several security members to High Steaks. ************************************************************************************************************* with her white husband you thought we we were prostitutes and integrated us by asking him if we were with him. I came to defense and was threatened to be kicked off the property if l didnt stay quiet. l filed a complaint online and was automatically granted with a written apology from security with a free buffet brunch on them.

  I have been a devoted customer of ********************************************* since their Grand opening. They used to care about their customers, they used to treat people like royalty. Now, the hosts do not even care or bother to introduce themselves, they play games withholding free play. They now say that your percentages are off (even after spending thousands of dollars) they add the free play you receive and the comps. YOU HAVE EARNED THE WEEKLY FREE PLAY AND COMPS by the amount that you spend. The machines are so tight that you are lucky that the wheels can turn. If you try to stop the machine for a bonus the video changes or disappears into thin air. They do not care about ANYONE. The only thing that they care about is taking your money as fast as they can. The expression they use is "they tighten their machines". OK, so if you "TIGHTEN" your machines, you are fixing your machines, which in turn means that you are rigging them not to pay. A few key words that come to mind is you CHEAT EVERYONE by TIGHTENING OR RIGGING THE MACHINES. I used to feel like I had a chance to recoup some of my money. Now, I feel I don't have a prayer in HE!! at this money pit. Not to mention they cannot take criticism because they think they are above all of us. Guess what, we are what made you Thunder Valley. Every time I step foot in their door people who frequent the casino often are all complaining about the tight a$$ slots, the fact they took the hand sanitizer out, the way they cater to some people, the way they let vagrants infest the place, the fact that ever since that monstrosity Venue was put in they are making sure that we pay for it through their tight machines. A business is only as good as it's management and if someone doesn't do something soon, Thunder Valley is going to lose many dedicated patrons, such as myself.

  A 1 cuz no 0 or less than 0..this review is in regards to the many BBB complaints I just read. I know ALL about this tribe. Have spent time with daughter of thieving demoted chief *******..daughter ****** and majority of tribe kids are mental alcohol syndrome babies that been molested by their fathers and others. It's widespread entire tribe. Fact. They have huge entitlement dillusions, and are about nothing but money! Fact. The flippin chief s**** even stole tribe money! People! They are gross and disgusting, and their children are whores and play with their privates publicly, cuz that's what drunk indian Dad's teach them. Seriously, spit on them, *** them for your money back. I still have all the documents describing the icky behaviors, had to counsel and mentor the one's placed in the fostering homes to care for them. Outrageous, horrific, ugly, dirty, smelly, ********* drug addicts, and all this while having to pick up their monthly spending card, never less than $10,000 month!! Many live in ******* right in town. People! Spit on them, *** them hard! They are pigs, and smell it. Soooo gross.
