They originally got me financed for a vehicle on 5/14/2024 for 8300. 2 days later they called and said I got rejected but they would do a buy here pay here agreement. Then they raised the interest from 23 to 29% raised the price of the car to 9000 and doubled my monthly payment and refused to give me my money back when I didn't want to sign. They still won't give me copy's of signed contract, the vehicle I purchased tires were bald, brakes went out,and the saftey restraint system is bad and catalytic convertor is bad all within first week of purchase. They refuse to fix the situation or give me my money back. They still haven't even registered the vehicle.

I had bought a Dodge journey 2016 easter weekend from Auto Toyz **** The check engine light came on got it scanned at O'Reillys said it was catalytic converter also leaking motor oil from the engine. Took it back to Auto Toyz they said they would fix the problem at no cost that they would have there personal mechanic fix my car. I said ok that is fine. The car on a lease I put down 3600, the car is 13 thousand. They kept the car for a week to get fixed they only fixed the leaking problem because a day later check engine light came on again took it back to ********** said it was the catalytic converter. I took it back to Auto Zone, the owner of Auto Toyz spoke to me said they never fixed the catalytic converter but that was the whole reason my car was broken back to their mechanic to get fixed. Today I took my car back to Auto Toyz because again the check engine light is on and it is the catalytic converter. I took my car to Auto toys Auto toys took the car to the Dodge dealership in **** ********** I called Dodge dealership they said that auto toy said that the Cadillac converter had a recall ***** said there was no recall I call Auto toys to tell them that they tell me no more calling they will call me when my car is ready when it gets fixed. To me they shouldn't have sold me a car in the first place with a check engine light on it is against the law.

I purchased a vehicle about 3 days ago from them mechanical issues started popping up with the vehicle and when I attempted to return the vehicle or resolve the mechanical issue I was turned away the cancellation period of the contract didn't line up with business hours they were closed during the cancellation period when we called to ask the name of the salesperson they refuse to get their name I haven't driven the car since I noticed the mechanical issues but several reviews states that auto toys sold them a lemon or undrivable car judging by how many negative things and complaints they have I think this business should be shut down they have terrible customer service their paperwork doesn't line up and they don't make any effort to resolve the issue

We took customer car to various shops to make sure it's running properly and have assisted multiple times to make sure he's happy. He's more than welcome to reach out if he needs more assistance although cars are sold as-is.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, the car was taken to several places, but never got fixed. As a business that sells cars it is your duty and responsibility to ensure the vehicles you are providing to your consumers are safe and reliable. Generally speaking, if someone is showing up at a used car dealership it's because they don't have the funds for a brand new one. Putting someone's family in a car that is liable to break down at any given moment makes them susceptible to danger, its unsafe. Slapping an as-is sticker on the car doesn't make it okay to conduct unethical business practices. You have some impressionable young men working for you, is that the standard in which you teach them to operate? While you're so focused on covering your legal bases you have a family over here struggling to get by now because of all this mess. I'm a college student and stay at home mom, we needed that car. Part of providing a product to consumers is making sure that product is safe to be used. Which, again, is your responsibility. You had no business selling that car to anyone with the condition it was in.

As we both know, the car was fixed on May 24, 2023 and was paid by the dealership. We have gone out of our way to keep you guys happy and sustain a good relationship even though the car was sold as-is and we did not have to do this. We strive in having a good relationship with our customers. I even gave your husband and yourself the option to switch over to another vehicle. I still have yet to hear back from your husband in regards to how he wants to move forward. We are more than happy to help you guys and at the end of the day I want to make sure you guys are happy.  Please feel free to reach out to the dealership, have a great day.

I purchased a car ($10,000)02/28/22 from auto toyz. I seen it on line and came in for a test drive i thought i was getting a good reliable car so i gave them $2000 as a down payment. They had me sign papers and get full coverage form their insurance. All i left with is a tag on the windshield that was good for 90 days and my ins. Info. My 90 days come up and I still have no tags so i go to DMV, they let me know the car is a salvage an is not registered to the company they said it's not that easy and to take it back. I called them to let them know they said to bring it back an they would make it right. I let him know in the 3 months i put 2 sets of tire's and 2 oil changes the lights are still on. So they lend me a car with no AC in 100weather so i take it back then they lend me another car that leaves me stranded at work. I called for help at 6pm & they came at 12am with my car that still had no tags or hadn't been fixed. I said no. So they lend me another car older with more miles. It's been 5 months and i still don't have the car and was never told it was a salvage. It still has not been registered. They didn't have a title or have it checked out by a mechanic nor had smog done before they sold it to me. I still don't have the car they said i have to buy it or the one they let me borrow. I just want my money back they broke the contract by selling a lemon.

So I bought a car from the people fill out all the paperwork was told I can pick up the car until Monday came to the dealership on Monday and they told me that another sales person is sold that card that day what the heck is that even legal the car was a Nissan Pathfinder 2013 for $13,000 and over 40 59 - 60 months it was going to be $20,000 now I don't spend the money lightly so for them to just sell it to somebody else is ridiculous and sounds not legal. Also now my credit report has all these inquiries on them thanks to the dealership. They dont care about their customers
