Dec. 4 2023 I brought my MSV Bus to "Long Beach Truck Center." to be repaired. The bus was setting there with no work being done to it. The 2nd week of January **** I decided to take it to another shop **** tells me that he got the fuel pump out, and for me to get the replacement part so I did. So he charge me $2,176.00 so I was going to take the bus to another shop the bus began to misfire, and the tires on the bus was on flat so the bus would not move once I began to drive it off the grounds. I have new tires put on all round so there was no way those tires in the back should have been on flat. So on the 5th I talked to **** who is the owner of the place and told him that I was going to have the bus towed some place else to have the spark plugs replaced he said that he changed the spark plugs, wires, and serviced the generator which that was not done either he charge me $1346.35. I got the old parts he said he replaced. The generator kit is still in the box on the bus. I did not ask him to service the generator but he charged me for it anyway.

It is our understanding that the vehicle in question was parked up for a long number of years before being towed to our shop.

We were asked to replace the fuel pump as this had been diagnosed by another mechanic as being the reason for no start condition. We removed the fuel pump and gave it to the owner as a sample to purchase a replacement. We installed

the new fuel pump after cleaning out the fuel tank and put 5 gallons of new gasoline in the tank and reinstalled all items removed . The engine ran but had a slight misfire which was not surprising given how long it had lay idle for a long period.  When the customer was leaving our facility with all 6 tires fully inflated, he got the underside of his vehicle stuck on the drive way, his drive axle lost contact with the road surface. I deflated the 2 rear axle tires in an attempt to gain

grip on the road, unfortunately this was not sufficient. The customer left the vehicle in that position and asked us to bring it back into the workshop and perform a tune up. It was necessary to use a forklift to free the rear end from the drive way. We replaced the air filter, spark plugs, coil, distributor cap, rotor and plug wires. The engine ran smooth after this work was completed.  We cranked the generator but it did not fire up. We removed the fuel supply line, cleaned out the fuel line and pump. At this point the customer said he would take the vehicle to another facility to complete the generator service. At no point was he charged for servicing the generator and the invoice reflects this.
