    July 4th I ordered 9 inkcarts for a Canon . Also one toner, one drum for a Brother .3 ink cartridges are missing. No drum. No traceable company name on any of the products. I've written 3 times and called five or more times. 12-15minute holds, then hangups. I wish I'd read your complaints file BEFORE I ordered. I bought based on advice bought for by these creeps.I ordered from 4Inkjet. I received the incomplete order from LDP. Obviously LDP, 4Inkjet and probably 123inkjets.com, inkcartridges.com, suppliesguys.com, quikshiptoner.com are one group of people using many names.They scheme to wear down consumers by ignoring any communication. They aim to frustrate us so that we give up our hard earned money. There are many news stories about the results of this strategy; none end well. I'd rather this one did.

    I have called this company several times and left messages with no response at all. In the pass I order ink and I have had a few issues with them. I have ink that I recently open but I cant use because I need the adapter that I use to put the ink cartridge inside of I need 3 of them for the boxes that I have they are missing and I just opened these boxes. I just hate ** going through so much trouble to get my issues resolved. I got the TR4522 printer and I got the ink with the 5 cartridge in each of them all I need is 3 of the adapters sent to me, I was considering on making this company the one I use for my ink needs but after this I got questions and concerns smh.

    Whats been offered doesnt equate up to 3 boxes of ink. Just send me 3 replacements because what youre offering me is still less than what Im loosing out on. Your company could have had the decency to call me instead of emailing extremely pitiful.

    Transaction date 5/18/24. Order #**-000259535. Order total $56.76 On 5/18/24 I ordered ink cartridges from 4inkjets.com. A little over a week later, I received less than half of my order. I was charged for the entire order at time of purchase. I emailed the company and was told the rest of my order was on backorder and I would receive it within 1-2 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks since my order, and I still don't have the product.My biggest complaints about this companies business practices are below:-At time of order products were said to be in stock.-I was not notified they were on backorder, but was charged in full for the entire order and received an e-mail I would receive everything in 5-7 days.-Received a small portion of my order 10 days later with no explanation as to why items were missing.-I had to email the company to find out why, and was told rest of order on backorder but would arrive in 1-2 weeks -6 weeks after order still no product or refund

    On April 21, 2024 I placed an ink order for a set of 5 ** replacement cartridges and a single ** ink cartridge in magenta. Sales totaled $36.94 plus $5.58 shipping and $3.09 tax for a total of $$45.61.To date I have received three cartridges, none of them are the ** brand. Two of them are black and one is yellow. I am missing 2 magenta and 1 cyan cartridge.The items received have no manufacturer name, location or any way of identifying them.I ordered the ** cartridges on line from 4 Ink Jets products list and photo description.I am not loading unknown and questionable ink cartridges into my printer and asked for a full refund. I was told to mail the ink back at my own expense and they would issue a refund for the three cartridges when once received, Refund for the missing color cartridges was ignored.I refused their proposal as I feared I would end up with returned ink cartridges, mail costs and no refund of my money,I was promised a refund of $31.15 upon receiving return instructions by email. I am still waiting for that email to arrive and it has been over 7 days.I want a full refund including my postage as I received nothing that I had ordered just substitutes that I cant use.I will return the ink cartridges I have when my refund is issued and I receive prepaid postage.

    4/11/2024 placed order #**-000255376 and order never shipped. The status is "Processing". I have emailed 4 times. I have completed the online inquiry. I have called and remained on hold for long periods of time until the phone disconnects from their end prompting me to leave number which I have done. There are many 1 star reviews from customers with the same story as mine.

    On April 16, 2024, I ordered $78.00 worth of inkjet cartridges that they never sent. It is now May 5, 2024. I called customer service twice, was put on hold for 20 mins. until the phone went dead on their end, never able to talk with someone. I also sent three email messages to customer service about why my order was never fulfilled and never got a response from any of them. BUT of course, they charged my credit card for the full amount. This is fraud plain and simple.

    I purchased some ink cartridges online April 3,2024. The customer rep said they would ship out within 24 hours, ten days later and nothing. I have called and called at least 25 times over the last four weeks....leaving messages on answering service and still nothing. I finally talked to a salesperson that said the product was not in stock and on indefinite backorder and THEY cancelled the order only after they charged me $246.06. I requested they refund my PayPal the money and the salesperson hung up on me!!!!!!! What a racket they have going!!!!!

    Hello, a order was placed on your website on 4/22/2024 and 3:13 PM central time. Today is now 4/29/2024 and the order has not shipped yet. I tried today to email and call customer service numerous times. I also left 2 different numbers for the automated call back when its my turn in line with no call backs. Is your company still operational? Did i get scammed? I have ordered many many times in the past with prompt shipping and great customer service. When will my item ship? I would like my items shipped and a refund for this trouble. I currently have multiple printers that will not print at work due to not having this black toner. This is not good business practice on your end!

    On March 28, 2004, I purchased a set of ink cartridges. According to the confirmation email, the product was to be delivered in 1-4 business days. It's been 4 weeks and I've not received my order or any emails about the delay of my order.. I've called the company repeatedly and been put on hold but nobody ever answers the phone.     Somewhere around 4/10-4/12 I ordered one ink cartridge from this company, as I have in the past. I never received an email confirmation although they withdrew $10.83 from my bank account in 4/13. I have called 6 times. I have waited on the phone for 30-mins. I have agreed to a call-back. Nothing. I am done. I am reading the same complaints here.     I am rejecting this response only because: I tried to call customer service for days. You will never get a live human.  I also accepted 3 call-backs; one came the day I filed with the BBB. The only reason I even had any feedback was because I had to report this company. What is more disturbing is I never received an email confirmation of my order with an order number. I was unable to track o their website because I did not have an order number but boy they sure took their money out fast! Within 24 hours!  I have read online that these are the same complaints other customers have written about, and I will never trust this company. I did receive a refund, but I haven't been able to print from home for over 3-weeks now. Do better! Overhaul your customer service so people can actually speak to someone at their convenience, not yours. I do not want to hear about this matter anymore. Just end it.
