When I hired them to replace my A/C unit they did not have the decency to tell me that the unit that was on my home was too large for my home. So they replaced it with one of the same size because I would have spent less with a smaller unit. As soon as they installed the unit I started getting leaking problems. I hired people to patch the area as my roof was not old. The leaking kept getting worse. I got three estimates from three different roofers that told me it was not the roof but the plenum that should have been sealed properly. Precise didnt install the plenum but since they were installing a $10,000. Unit they could have caulked the area or told me that it needed to be done. In 2023 the leaking was still unresolved I called them to fix the plenum problem. Their resolution was to replace it they wanted to charge me $250.00 I didnt think that was excessive to resolve this issue. They came as I was getting roofing estimates. One Company asked me Why do you have a hole in your roof? I asked him to take a picture. Precise had not only removed the plenum but several roofing tiles leaving a large hole. I called them. Their solution wasbuy a tarp and well put it up there the tarp was held in place with bricks which took three minutes to blow away when the severe rain hit and this caused $30,000 worth of damage. My deductible was $5,000. Today I got a bill for $500.00 from Precise. Im not sure for what. Maybe thats what they charge to make holes in roofs. I wouldnt trust this company to mow my lawn. They never installed a new plenum. They are billing me for work that was never done.
