      At Banco of California, Glendale Branch, the associates treated customers with respect and very friendly. Their security is priority and you will feel safe banking with them.

      Terrible bank. Poor customer service when they lack any customers even in the office. Archaic banking practices. Lacking in leadership and basic retail, customer service practices. Not sure how they stay in business. Have to be buzzed in to an empty lobby in an area that the median income is over $130,000 and low crime. Ridiculous. Treats the customers like criminals. The busy ***** Fargo down the street doesn't buzz people in or any other bank in the area.Had to make an appointment to open an account because employee said she had other work to complete before going home. Are you kidding me? Then made appointment to open account. Person was out and was told need to come back when she was there. Again, are you kidding me. Made a fuss and they opened the account. Is this good customer service?! Seemed like I was inconveniencing them than welcoming me as a customer. This is just one example of my limited and awful experience with the bank and its employees.
