Mr. ****** is requested to contact *** via its toll-free number ************** in order to review the pending charge for the January 29th transaction. If this billing was sent in error, then this matter can be immediately corrected.

I received a BILL from Spectrum Billing Services for approx $72.00. I have never used a calling card nor do I recognize any of the phone numbers provided on this document. These charges do not belong to me and I would like to not only file this compliant, I'd like this bill zeroed out and off my record. Thank you.

I started receving invoices for "calling card charges" from Spectrum Billing Services. I have never heard of Spectrum. I have not used a calling card. The specific call listed on the bill is for a call allegedly made on 12/24/2024 at 12:34 AM to a phone number ************ FROM phone number ************. The call was listed for 13 minutes with a charge of $84.02. I am 84 years old and was visiting my daughter on that day - Christmas eve - and I certainly was not even awake at 12:34 AM!The account number on the bill is ******* and ********************** number is *******. They have continued to send bills and now added a late fee so they want $122 now. There is no website or anything.I want them to stop sending me bills - I am frightened by this as I always pay every bill that is due. But this is a mistake or fraud. Thank you.

Spectrum Billing Services has been calling me continuously harassing me over a charge that I did not make, someone else used my card (fraudulent charge) and I disputed the charge with my bank and Spectrum called me about the dispute and I got a very aggressive person on the phone who insists I owe them money when I do not, how could I if I did not owe them anything?Since then I have been getting repeated attempted calls despite telling them to not call me back. I don't even know what the charge is for! There was a problem with my accounts a month ago, which has since resolved.FORMAL NOTICE TO SPECTRUM BILLING SERVICES: Please do not call me again, remove me from your list, and I insist all contact ends or I will be making a complaint against your company in any way possible (including seeking help from a law firm). Thank you.

I received a invoice for a calling card service that I did not use. The "from" number is not a number we own and the "to" phone number is not one I've called. In addition the card number they tried to charge is not to a card I own. They either mistakingly sent me an invoice for someone else's incurred charges or it is a scam. I want any connection to this company removed. I do not want my name and address associated with this company as I have not used their service. According to the BBB reports on your website this seems to be a common issue with this company. Any help would be appreciated.

I received a bill in July 2024. According to the invoice the charge stems from a phone number, ************, which is NOT and has never been a phone number under my ATT&T account. I am receiving threatening letters to refer this matter to a collection agency. Let me reiterate, I have never done business with nor wish to engage in business with this company.
