      Seek Capital used predatory techniques strategically to not disclose how they were going to get funding for my business, through a long process designed to intentionally tire out the consumer. They lied to me when they said that there would be no hard inquiries into my credit file. Their employee (who I believe was called "Braenda") specifically told me on the phone that if a financial institution requires a hard inquiry they skip that bank and try the next one. All they do is take all of your very sensitive information and apply for credit cards in your name. Why would I knowly pay someone $2000 to get me a credit card with a $10000 credit limit... I already have a higher credit limit than that, I could easily apply for credit cards myself. If you read all of the one star reviews on ****** it's everyone complaining about the exact same thing, but it seems there's nothing being done to stop this fraudulent business. I want a full refund of the money they coerced out of me.

      Seek Capital stated I would receive "liquid" (cash alternatives) through the use of a mix of personal and business lines of credit at 0% interest to fund a business from at least three representatives on recorded lines. The representatives specifically asked me if I wanted the liquidation through "electronic transfer or through a written check". I only received credit cards without any information or options to get an electronic transfer or written checks. On all of the recorded calls with multiple employees, I was told I would receive liquidity options to fund a business at 0% interest for the first 12 months. I was told the approval amount was not guaranteed, but I would receive the funds in a liquid form to fund my business. Seek Capital requested for me to pay them the entire invoice in the amount of $5,766.35 for the credit cards before rendering the liquidation aspect of the service. I was told once I pay the invoice I would then receive their liquidation service. I requested for the $595 liquidation fee to be removed since they refused to provide the liquidation service prior to payment. I am also disputing the interest fee amount of $4,376.35 since it was based credit card limits and not for liquidation availability. Seek Capital applied a $595 credit to my invoice for the liquidation fee since this service was not rendered. I am disputing the fact that Seek Capital is charging me *****% interest for lines of credit instead of liquidity approval options. I am disputing the $4,376.35 amount in interest fees. I am requesting for Seek Capital to stop deceptive and unethical practices. The liquidation fee was $595. The application fee was $795. The *****% fee was $4,376.35.

      On March 1, 2024, I saw a banner on my Experian page about business funding. I selected the banner thinking it would be beneficial. I was contacted by ****** at Seek Capital who told me I would receive a line of credit. ****** later said they would get credit cards for me, but when I asked about the line of credit, I was told by another representative I was contacted by, *****************************, that funding doesnt do this. I would have to pay for them to walk me through how to get the line of credit from the credit cards instead. I signed ip thinking this was a line of credit, in addition to credit cards. This was not my understanding or what was explained to me when I asked. I contacted ******* and ****** in writing to cancel the process to which I was called by ******* and told it was too late because they had already submitted applications to the companies and they couldn't pull them back. He said I would be responsible for paying them for the credit cards that I was approved for. I didnt need a third party to get credit cards for me. I asked them not to contact me any further and I was told they would be contacting me because they have my applications and will be getting their money. This has caused anxiousness for me because I feel this is harassment for them to continue to call me when Ive asked them not to do so. This is a scam because most people dont need a third party to apply for credit cards for them. The would essentially be applying for several cards to add up to the amount of money I wanted on a line of credit. I had never heard of this before. They threatened to ruin my credit as well.

      Wanted credit cards for a small business, they contacted me about credit card stacking to get them liquidity into cash, because they said I didn't have to pay unless I used or cashed out credit cards for a small business start up. I did realize they are not honest after they were demanding that I pay there invoice before I got any cash out of credit cards. They coached me to say or , now I want nothing to do with ther service , they want to bill me about 9000 for getting my business approved for a little over ******. They said they would get 0 percent credit cards. I want to them to take my bill down to ***** to settle or , I will press press identity fraud charges and pay nothing . Take the bill they were deceitful with they're communication..

      I spoke with several employees of Seek Business Capital between the dates of 1/29/24 & 2/20/24 to secure about 15K cash at 0% interest for 24 months for the start up of my business. The issue is terms initially agreed upon and what was layed out in service agreement are not the same. Specifically, my 0% interest period for a minimum of 18 months and a maximum of 24 months that was guaranteed to me by 3 separate parties, doesnt exist its only 12months per the card agreements I received directly from the creditors. Furthermore, on my call I did with the funding team which I recorded, the terms that *********************** covered verbally arent what was in the agreement he had me sign and only allowed response of yes or no to. During this call, you can hear me ask why we would need so many credit cards when I have a specific need for cash with no fees which a cash advanced does not provide. In the end I was scammed the cash that I was seeking never came despite the fact that I have $38,000 credit line in unsecured credit cards I cant use to start my business that they expect me to pay them *****% fees on. Its a very slippery tactic of doing business. They omitted several additional terms that resulted in me paying extra fees that I had to dispute, mentioning that I had recorded the call and Im having an attorney look everything over. But dont worry they get you to sign a clause that clients will seek no legal action against them for three years because they know they are doing shady business.I did some research it appears their business license isnt active and they are still taking advantage of customers after many formal complaints and lawsuits. This business should not be accredited, the people with the most solid understanding, asking the right questions and clarifying the business terms in attempt to do business with this company still arent getting honest answers and ethical business practices yet still expected to pay and honor our side of the contract.

      I didnt receive any proposed resolution within the response. Im paying for a business I still havent been able to start.

      Due to negligence and lies from Seek Business Capital while they pitched their services, I lost the investment property waiting for the promised deposit straight into my checking account in as soon as 48 hours that never came and was never a possibility with the service that they provide. Its known deception, it turns out multiple people have been scammed by this company that is posing as a lender then applying for credit cards on your behalf and charging you literal thousands. I paid them and I have the receipt. Not only do I have the receipt, I have a copy of the contract and loan application to a company ************* for a loan/application that doesnt exist. There was no loan applied for or granted and thats what we were discussing on all of the ***** minute calls I have recorded.
      I am very thorough and ask very specific questions. They know that they intentionally misled me for a profit And as I escalated up a couple of their supervisors, even agreed that some of the terms and processes were never presented to me correctly. Sadly nothing could be done to rectify the issue. I now owe creditors for 12K that I cant even use for business purposes.  Im about to take all of this to the Media.

      I inquired through a loan service, and unfortunately, Seek Capitol was on that list. They have texted me without my permission--I have unsubscribed three times now! I would like Seek Capital to remove ALL of my contact information ASAP.

      Seek Capital claims to be able to get you a line of credit. Missing use of words because it is all Credit Cards. They force you to have them on the phone with banks to push the CC faster for them to receive their money in the craziness of everything going on. They lie to the bank that they are finical advertiser to be able to be on the phone with us at the same time. I told them I did not want to do this do to the ethics of it. They told me I was under contract and had to move forward. I told them I did not want to again but then forced to do another. Then we moved to the where they want to be on the phone with me muted and on the other line to listen in to speak with the ************************ and would let me know what to say. I told them I will not be doing unethical business actions. They are doing their best to threaten me and my business credit but this company should not be a part of your organization. I cancelled all work done and cancelled the contract do to them forcing unethical actions to the client.

      I am rejecting this response because: they are continuing to call me for the fees. I cancelled all credit cards and services rendered. I also notification by letter as well as via the teams texting my phone number and no services were accepted from the Seek Captial representatives. If they close out my case, then it is fine by me but as long as a did my civil part and notified BBB of the unethical actions for Seek Capital to be able to run their companies said abilities!

I have tried everything I could to resolve my issues of Seek Capital type of "BUSINESS"! If the correspond between Seek and Myself there is all the information needed. All my concern points and actions forced into are in the *** format. I will not be a part of UNETHICAL business actions so in part I will in no way be doing business ever again with Seek Capital.

      I received an unsolicited call from **** at Seek Capital to discuss some lending options. I told him I was interested in hearing him out but it wasn't a good time and asked that he call me back in a couple of weeks. I've had a few missed calls from him over the past week and today I received 26 phone calls and 3 text messages. Six of the phone calls were between 6am and 7am. When I finally spoke with ****, I expressed my extreme displeasure with his business tactics and said I was no longer interested in doing business with him. He had the audacity to call me several more times without speaking and texted me one more time. I can only assume this was done out of spite. This was childish and unprofessional and has ruined any chance of me ever considering doing business with this company. I would recommend anyone proceed with caution before working with Seek Capital if this is an indication of thier employees business ethics.

      My sisters business and credit were completely destroyed by this company. They illegally took $11,730.74 from a credit card she never received. All her credit eventually was cut off she closed her business and last week she killed herself.
