Seek Capital is the greatest scam in the history of scam. They promised to help raise money for my business and they got my business EIN #, my social security # and said that they will raise all these funds and mostly with my business and not my personal side. They were going to charge me about 9% of the money raised. They only got me $8000 on my business and the rest was my personal. My credit dropped almost 80 points. They also charged me on the line of credit that I already had because they said they merged the new one line with the old one. They promised to report the $15000 they charged me to my Dun & ********** account which they never did. They stopped responding to emails and phone calls but still have other people from their company calling me 10x a day to come and repeat the same nonsense. These people just put you on the phone with credit card companies and they stay in the background while you do all the work. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, *********** charges a flat fee of $3500 instead of this scammersReview from Phillip S

I was looking for cash funding to start a business. I came across Seek Capital in my search. They was hard pressing me to open up credit cards to finance this business. I received several cards with high interest and low credit lines. Then when I needed to take a break from this ordeal they quickly pressed me to pay them $9600 on one of those cards I received. I realized that even though I received these cards there was no guaranty of the funding and I was going to be $9600 in debt on a high interest card. I think they are a scam and I haven't paid them yet. I was thinking about seeking a lawyer for some advice.Review from Victoria M

I was interested in potentially seeking business funding in the future so I mistakenly gave my information out to a 3rd party service that helps new businesses. Since then, seek capital has been calling me 5 times a day, 7 days a week and also emailing me. Each email has a different name and photo of a person who has claimed to speak to me but has not. I have tried blocking the calls but they just call from a different number. I sent numerous emails to please leave me alone and told the callers as well and yet they hatrass me, even on Saturdays.I have not used their services, I owe them nothing, but they will not let up. Leave me alone! I don't want your scamming services!Review from Brandon D

Advertised as Line of Credit and business loans- it's really ***** personal cards and they charge you for filing the credit applications. Outrageous fees and no liquidation options as advertised to actually help a business startup.Review from Jordon M

How is this company even allowed to be in business? I have worked extremely hard for my credit, I am EXTREMELY alert on scams, but when I applied for this loan I was sick and should have just stopped working. This company will gas light and manipulate the situation, they lie saying they will give you the amount of "liquidation" you need but YOU will NEVER get approved for the amount you need because they run your credit over 10times resulting in hard inquire pulls which they also lie and say its only soft pulls, WORST COMPANY EVER!! please do not be as stupid as I am!! messed me up for getting a real loan now since I had ********************************** 1 month!!!Review from Dave S

DO NOT USE! They promise you the world and it sounds like a business loan, but they just apply for credit cards for you. This is highly unethical and is more fraud than anything. Then they bill you and the bill is complete fraud because they bill you for things that they never did.Review from Robin A

Seek Capital denied my request to cancel all efforts to acquire Credit on my behalf after I requested that Seek Capital execute immediate cancellation pursuant to the contract verbiage stating I could do so.They harassed me via texts, phone calls, and emails during a time of duress (when an immediate family member was in ICU at the hospital.Review from Christina T

This feels like a huge scam! I was so excited to start my business and needing capital this company popped up through a trusted company I have used in the past so I thought it would be another great experience, However, that was not the case. Seek capital Over promised, under delivered and then hit you with massive fees! A completely regrettable experience. The only good thing was the people I spoke with were friendly, but the company as a whole is awful. I could have applied for my own business loan, I didnt realize they are a broker, not a Lender. They just applied for credit cards- I can do that myself. If you get to read this before you start the process steer clear!
