    Online store not reliable. **************** pathetic. I ordered a dress online and submitted payment. I received an order confirmation and was quite happy with my purchase. About 2ish weeks later I received an email stating that the dress I ordered was not in their inventory and I was not charged. Great, but I would have rather had the dress. Don't advertise what you don't have! I won't ve shopping from the online store again. I'd rather go through ****. At least they're reliable and you get what they advertise.

    Hello, I have purchased 4 pairs of Johnny Was leggings. All 4 were around $ ****** each. All 4 have holes in the inseam. They didnt even last a year each. I bought 2 of the same design and then 1 each of 2 other designs. They are very thin and within the year had holes in the crotch and inseam.

    I placed an online order on June 26 to Johnnywas.com and paid for overnight shipping. I ordered 6 items (order# ********). I still havent received two pieces :LOCITA STRING BIKINI TOP CSW5322-N Size: XL Color: MULTI Quantity: 1 Price: $68.00 LOCITA STRING BIKINI BOTTOM CSW5422-N Size: XXL Color: MULTI Quantity: 1 Price: $61.00 I also feel like the dress I ordered is sewn defective. ******************* TEA LENGTH DRESS L31224-2 Size: XL Color: MULTI Quantity: 1 Price: $173.00)Before I got my order, it was easy to reach a sales representative, but after I got my first part of the order, its impossible to reach anyone. It also says I cant return these items because they were on sale and its a final sale, but two days later they were not on final sale. I feel this company uses deceptive practices. I want to return the dress and get a refund for it and also cancel the two pieces that have not shipped! In fact Im so disappointed that I want to return it all. I have since read numerous complaints online about their business dealings and feel this company needs to be investigated.

    Unreachable cst service. 45 min wait of music and nothing. Returned merch to store and was not given return receipt, instead got packing slip(???). Called the store 3 days later as i have no email confirmation of return and no pending credit on CC. Was told that only manager can do processing who is on vacation for the next 2 weeks. Emailed cust service. Got automated reply and nothing more.The store gave me phone number of regional manager, called, let VM, no return call. Never ever again will i buy their merch

    I have purchased several outfits from Johnny Was, the most recent a royal blue dress with a flower motif down the front and a little on the back. The dress material is soft with a bit of stretch and the dress fits beautifully. I'm a 2X -3x size and white their clothes are quite pricey, I have found them to be well worth the money. I highly recommend them for stylish clothes especially for women who don't like dresses above the knees.

    I had to pay $60.00 to return damaged merchandise because the prepaid return link would not work or print; I requested they mail me one to no avail.After dozens of ************** calls to customer service, I was told that I would not get reimbursed; what a horrible way to treat a loyal ******************************* wasnt nice to me.Shame on Johnny Was!!!

    ****************** location in ******, ** As soon as I walked in, the associate there informed me where the clearance rack was. I didn't ask, and I wasn't dressed sloppily either, which makes me even more sure my Asian ethnicity prompted her. Naive take: she just wanted me to know where the discounted pieces were. Slightly less generous take: micro-aggression at a shop I used to love. Not-so-generous take: ignorant Caucasian woman maliciously judges potential customers vis-a-vis crude and outdated racial stereotypes.

    I tried to get a return label sent to me via e-mail as it had been done in the past. I have been a customer of the clothing line for many years and have never encountered such unprofessional, unpleasant and overall illogical responses from the company's representatives. I called them three times. The first guy asked me for a full credit card number (which I refused not seeing any connection with getting a return label for one out of three items ordered). He hung up on me. The second time I called, the phone was disconnected and the third one when I asked to speak with a supervisor had also been hung up and disconnected. I can see clearly why so many people gave the company's customer service review at one star or below...

    I have been a fan for years and have spent thousands of dollars on the cute(overpriced) clothes, but love them. Unfortunately they are taking a nose dive in QUALITY and a NONEXISTENT customer service.Recently purchased a polo for $130, wore it once, hand washed it, and the collar became partially separated the shirt. Contacted them repeatedly, only to be told that since I wore it and washed it there was nothing they could do. I continued to push back. They said as a favor, one time only, theyd issue me a gift card for the price. Much appreciated, but I asked this question. So if your clothing falls apart after one wear and wash, your warranty is null and void? So youre actually selling throw away clothing? You take absolutely no responsibility once the piece is purchased. ?They will not survive

    Horrible experience with Johnny was..ordered *********************** jacket @ 225$ this was my first purchase at this store I was given a 20% off with the code INSPIRATION, I PLACED MY ORDER AND THE 20% WAS NOT GIVEN..I CALLED AND WENT TO VOICE MAIL LEAVE YOUR NAME AND #WE WILL GET BACK WITH YOU IN 24 HRS!! SENT EMAIL WITH THE PROBLEM..GOT A REPLY AND WAS TOLD AFTER ITEM WAS SENT I WOULD BE CREDITED TO MY CREDIT CARD..GOT MESSAGE THAT MY ITEM WAS SENT! I DID NOT GET MY 20% OFF!! NO CREDIT TO MY CARD..IF I HAD READ REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM!
