      I purchased two pairs of jeans from Lucky. Neither fit so I returned them by mail. When they received the return I received a email saying that they had received them and I would receive my refund in 7 business days. After 12 business days I called Lucky customer service only to find out that my refund hadnt been processed. **They had the jeans and my money and had no problem with that.** The customer service told me he would push the refund through and Id receive it within 7 business days-again. It was in my bank account 3 days later. If a customer service *** can process the refund, why the horrible customer care? And on top of that, the ******************** are cheap looking and poorly made.

      Lucky Brand Jeans seems to have missed the point. They only refunded my money after I made 3 phone calls. This response is ridiculous. The customer service representative told me that the refund hadnt been processed. Again, this response is ridiculous and extremely misleading.

      I ordered 3 items from Lucky Brand jeans for a holiday present. Only 2 were in the package, along with an incorrect item. There was no packaging slip. When I contacted Lucky Brand to resolve the issue, they asked for multiple pictures, which I sent, and refuse to send the item I ordered or refund me for the item they didn't send until I send them back the item they sent me by mistake, but they sent me an incorrect mailing slip (for a different item), and I can't print it out. I feel like this brand is untrustworthy and Ill never purchase from them again. Please be aware of potential customer service issues before purchasing. I've never run into a clothing company with such poor service.

      Lucky Brand constantly sends me multiple email daily. I have unsubscribed NUMEROUS TIMES. I have made Numerous attempts to contact them to remove my email from their list. They send out the same form letter saying they will comply with my wishes . But they never do. They have no respect for their customer base, I never signed up to receive these nuisance emails. Please help me.

      I was sent the wrong size of multiple items, one of which had a hole, and the other was covered in one huge dust bunny from where it must have been dropped on the floor. How hard is it to send two of the same thing? And why would you send me the wrong color and cut of something with a hole in it!!! Lucky Jeans should be embarrassed. They wanted me to do all the leg work and send them back the garbage they sent me, lol!

      I ordered a Lucky Brand shirt in April. After 2 hand washings it fell completely apart. I sent photos repeatedly to Lucky who for weeks couldn't seem to locate the shirt or acknowledge its existence. I just kept getting the robot response about how they're devoted to excellence etc. I found their original ad and sent it and they sent a return scan thing 2 months later. I returned the shirt in June. No response and no return. It will be September next week and they're saying they refunded in early July. There is no record of a refund and they're addressing my mail to "******." My name is and has always been ****. They're arguing that they always called me ****** which is simply untrue. They mailed the return info to my correct name. What on earth is going on? They just keep dancing via the robot. They owe me $23. I have read other similar stories of not being able to reach them following receiving poor quality clothing. Ripping apart after a wearing etc. I want nothing to do with them but want the refund. Maybe "******" received it. I did not. Thank you.

      Literally worst customer service Ive ever received. Never received my items, they blamed this on **** though the status said they never even gave the package to ****. Reached out multiple times and was told to wait another week after week for the package. Nothing happened and they refused to explain why they never sent it. due to unforeseen circumstances. They said theyll refund me but no doubt that will take weeks if they do it at all. Unbelievable. Will never order from them again. Horrendous company

      The shipping information they give you is a scam. I paid $25 for next day shipping and it took 4 days - and I have to pay to return it. They should be fined for this kind of business. I will never order from them again. It's sad.

      They mislead me and took my money. Ordered from there online store and paid an extra $25 for expedited shipping after five days was still no package. They decided to cancel delivery saying unforeseen circumstances and now will not refund me my money.

      Returned online purchase in store on 12/16/23 for a refund of $290.34. Was given a receipt displaying returned items, however money was never credited to my account. If ************** won't credit the funds back after their investigation, I'm filing a police report for financial fraud and theft against the **********, ** Lucky Brand Store located at *******************. I will also be in contact w/ mall management to make them aware as well. DONOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Called and went in store confirming my return and the card the funds were refunded to. Those interactions were RECORDED, so I have "receipts" and proof.
