      Completely gone down hill. If you call about an issue you hear different policies with every person. They don't even know how the how they ship as a company and uses different shippers so they are not help accountable when package is lost. I was told to call back once package had reached the incorrect ( yes, they knew the address was wrong before it left their warehouse) destination and I would be refunded, now I'm told I have to wait 5 more days AGAIN! After this experience I honestly don't see them refund and just pocketing the money. Truly sad, I purchased this brand for over 30 years.

      Do not ever shop directly from Lucky. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand. It seems clear that they intentionally send the wrong products and then complicate the return process. My order is listed as "not shipped yet" (even though I'm holding the items in my hand), so I cannot just do the return process myself online. I have emailed and called almost daily for a week and they keep telling me a) the *** label is coming (it never does) and to check my spam/junk (as if I've never used email before); or b) why haven't I just searched for the Lucky address somewhere online and hand-written my own label (whaat??). Lucky brand is a complete scam and their customer service is make believe. It's clear now that none of their workers will ever actually get me a *** label, and if I try their "handwrite your own label" idea I'm sure they'll give me the wrong address and say I never sent it. It's shocking because they're a major brand, but their returns and customer service operate straight up like a ring of con artists. Nothing but regret that I made this purchase.

      Brand new and they split. I was on there site but no reply from the chat and now answer on the phone.

      I ordered two pairs of women's jeans on 10/25/22 and received a gentleman's sweaters. I live in ** and received an order that was to be delivered in **. I called the 866 number (#1) and spoke with someone who then told me they would send a shipping label for me to return the items that were not mine and that they would be immediately shipping out my jeans. I told them, no worries, things happen, and thank you. A few days go by and no return label and no confirmation of my re-ship for MY jeans. So, I call again (#2) and was told it could take 5-7 business days to receive that return label. I then said fine, but I still haven't received my jeans. I was told, I cannot have my jeans shipped without returning the wrong products. So after another couple weeks, I call again (#3) as I still have not received a return label and now am frustrated at this entire situation as I should have at the very least have gotten the label. As I was on the phone with the customer service agent, she started laughing at me and my situation and how I was frustrated about all of this. At this point, I would never want to represent a brand who's service department is this horrible & asked for my money back. After a 20 minute call, she finally agreed to refund my money and then confirmed again that the return label would be coming my way to return the wrong order. Fast forward to today, 12/6/22 (call *** *** STILL have not received my money back, my jeans or a return label!! I spoke with a customer service representative and they offered to send me the return label and a good discount on a future order. You have got to be kidding me! Never will I wear Lucky Brand again & will be getting rid of the several pairs I already own! I ordered a product that I never received! They took my money & will not return it. I have someone's sweaters from the other side of the country & cannot even send them back to the manufacture! I have never had a customer service experience worse than this my entire life!

      My order was not received on 10/1 as stated on the tracking tool. I phoned the 866 number on 10/4 to request a refund where I was given a case number and told it would take 3 to 5 business days for a review. I phoned again on 10/11 for an update where I was told my case was still under review. I again phoned on 10/19 to be told my case was still under review. I requested to speak with a supervisor who told me that this entire time my case was misdirected and I have to start at the beginning. When I asked for it to be expedited I was told that was not possible. You can imagine my frustration. I was a loyal customer online as well as in stores, but not any longer.
