    S***** as f****** csr. Constantly cutting you off when responding. And asked for refund as day of charge the box is not shipped actually takes more than two weeks to create box. Said they couldnt due to policy Im telling you I dont want the product and to not even send it!!!

    The worst experience, poor customer service extensive back and forth to get sizing and cancelation of subscription. Do not purchase they attempt to trap you into agreements

    Threadbeast does not respect there customers. Although I did some yelling of my own, one of the supervisors, **** ******** lashed out on me. She was also very unprofessional and laugh as though I was suppose to know the answers to some of the questions I was asking. Ms. ******** supposedly understood my fustration, but yet accused me of abusing her as well as the staff. She disconected several calls then proceeded to block my number from calling because she was upset. The customer service *** **** ****** was also rude and misinformed about some things, but a *** named ******, was very nice. It's currently been over 30 days since I paid my subscription cost and have not received my package, apparently there's a ***lacement package soon to be on the way that has not got a tracking number yet. I'm out my money and there is no package, yet I'm supposed to wait patiently for something to show, when the original didn't even get here. I see why so many people have complained here, they are more worried about their money than providing the customer with a great product/ experience.

    We understand your frustration regarding your missing package and have been actively working to resolve the issue for you. Our priority is always to provide a great experience for our members, and we regret that this situation has not gone smoothly.

    After reviewing the details of your case, we feel it important to note that:

    - On 8/6, you reported the missing package to our CS team.
    - On 8/13, we filed a claim with *** on your behalf to track it down, but the claim was denied on 8/16 because *** was unable to reach you.
    - Despite the claim being denied by ***, we worked to offer you a one-time courtesy replacement package on 9/4.
    - When you expressed dissatisfaction with this option, a manager on our team offered you a courtesy refund minus a $20 processing fee, even though this is against the policies listed in our terms and conditions, which all members agree to upon signing up.
    - On Sept 9th and 10th, you called our team multiple times from different numbers, displaying abusive language and calling our female representatives derogatory terms despite being given multiple alternatives.

    We take pride in providing not just great products, but also a professional and safe environment for both our customers and our staff. Unfortunately, throughout our interactions, our team members experienced ongoing disrespect, including abusive language and derogatory terms. This is something we cannot tolerate. Because of this, our team informed you that all communications moving forward would have to take place via email, to maintain our standards for offering a safe working environment.

    This did not prevent us from finding a solution, we have processed the refund minus $20 processing fee with your approval.

    If you want to sign up for a service that takes minutes to take your money but then makes you go on a scavenger **** to figure out how to cancelthis is your place! They intentionally make it very difficult to cancel. Zero place on the website. You have to email and then fill out a service change form AND schedule a phone call before they will stop charging you. Oh and in has to basically be right after receiving a box or they wont let you cancel until after they charge you again. Scam business. Do yourself a favor and dont do it.

    I am highly disappointed in Threadbeasts cancellation policy. I received my first package and was quickly convinced that the styles and options were not for me. I EMAILED FOR CANCELLATION THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. I the. Received a phone call from an **** at Threadbeast. I continued to discuss my frustrations with my package. Instead of cancelling my package, **** SUSPENDED MY SERVICE ONLY TO CHARGE ME FOR A SECOND BOX! I called my creditor to rectify this issue. I was still met with paying for the service again. Not only that. When I saw that my cancellation request was not met, I then went to the website to email about my cancellation. The email address on the site was not present. It literally said email @ yourcompanyname dot com. Me not liking the clothes is on me. I get that. However, I will never be an advocate for this company. I will never sign up again. I wont recommend a soul. I will make sure that every chance I get, I provide my full experience to anyone who ever thinks they may want to give ThreadBeast a try. Im stuck paying for a box and a service I never wanted. Funny thing is, the moment my creditor reached out, they cancelled my service right away. CROOKS, all of you. Especially you, ****. I told you live and direct I wanted a cancellation and this is what I get. I hope no one ever trusts you all again. I will be posting this to every single review site I can find that has your company referenced.

    this cancellation process is too stringent upon its customers. The cancellation process puts an undue burden upon its patrons. I filled out a form online and it stated if I am eligible to cancel this is a back door way to keep you in their service. A class action law suite will come of this one day.

    Quality of the clothes is hit and miss. Some of the boxes I have received I was happy with, hated others.My real complaint comes from when I went to cancel. You cannot simply cancel. You have to email support, they then make you click a link to schedule them to call you. While awaiting that phone call, I was billed for and sent another box that I did not even want. Their site claims that while they are working towards making it easier to cancel, it is the only way to do so at this time.Clearly a tricky little tactic to bill you one more time, or more if you don't answer the phone. Absolutely a scam tactic and it is not right. I will never return once they finally cancel me.

    They are scam artists, I cancelled my subscription and a month later, tried to charge me again saying i did not cancel. NOW, i can't cancel because i now owe a balance. WTF??? CROOKS is what ThreadBeast is.... I would not recommend this place to a homeless animal because they are money hungry crooks and KARMA is a MFer. I hope they get what they truly deserve. Bankruptcy with a class action lawsuit.

To offer some clarity on our policies, members are able to cancel their membership from the moment their charge goes through until 7 days after they receive a package. ?Part of the reason we have this eligibility window in place is because once it closes, we make an investment into your upcoming order! It looks like when you initially reached out to cancel, you were outside this window of eligibility and are currently past due (given your payment was meant to process a few days ago). This being said, we are committed to positive customer experience and have since made an exception and canceled your account outside the window of eligibility.

    Clothing was always hit or miss and they would always send useless items likes socks and beanies even after requesting and removing them from my items list so not to send them received clothes on numerous occasions that were either wrong size or defective in their making tried canceling multiple times abcs was refused each time was told I had to suspend it first then cancel it after missing the window to cancel they automatically started charging my acct again and the box they sent was full of trash the items were so defective they were unwearable and now they refuse to refund my money exchange and even refused to cancel the subscription unless I ordered another box it wasnt until I threatened them with my bank that they canceled the subscription and offered a partial refund and after explaining how then sending me defective clothes is not my fault why am I being charged a fee to return things I didnt order in the first place abcs are defective to boot to which they replied nastily they didnt have to do it anything this company should be shut down and all their funds and finances seized theyre thieves plain and simple trying to scam con and strong arm money from ppl

    I signed up thinking I would get some quality clothing without checking their BBB profile. The clothing quality is subpar with loose threading and poorly crafted/assembled products such as buttons. I received 4 or 5 packages before deciding to part ways with Threadbeast. I attempted to close my account with them in complete compliance with their terms of service, but allowed them to talk me into placing my account on a hold instead of completely terminating my account. Little did I know that placing my account on hold removed my eligibility to cancel anymore orders and discontinue my membership. To summarize their ToS regarding membership cancellation, threadbeast requires you cancel your membership within 7 days of receiving your last package. Placing a hold on your account removes your eligibility to do so. They do not mention that to you when placing the hold. And when you express how off wouldnt have placed the hold if there was a mandatory last order, all they tell you is that you shouldve read the ToS. In short, its just better to not give these types of companies your money/business. They will try their very best to remove as much money as possible from you before you ***** up to their scheme. Its pretty much the business equivalent of spitting on your customers because you are no longer interested in continuing with them. This type of business practice should be illegal, so be warned before doing business with threadbeast.
