    Threadbeast has some of the worst customer service ever. They make it so incredibly difficult to unsubscribe. You have to wait around for a call from someone after you fill out this stupid online form to cancel your subscription. And if you miss the call, they dont cancel your subscription. Your wallet is basically held hostage. I still have not received a phone call and they still have not cancelled my subscription.

    First, at the beginning everything was ok. Clothing is really cheap, sizes defer from time to time, nothing matches, but it save me time to go to the store. I purchased about three boxes and then I found out me and my wife were expecting. I decided to cancel and here is where everything went down hill as for you to cancel you have to email them, they will call you and sell you an extra box for free so you came stay or come back in the future. I decided to cancel and the representative decided on her own to re-subscribe me at the beginning of July or so, when I try to reach out they told me I need it to pay for a box Im not receiving since the payment didnt go through, I had to call my bank and cancel my card so I wont end up losing my money on something I dont want. Worse company standards and horrible cancellation procedure.

    This is the worst experience I have ever had. I signed up thinking it would be similar to Stitch Fix...boy what a mistake! First off the box I received had none of the brands that I chose in my pre questionnaire. The items did not fit my style at all and it cost me $150! Secondly, there is no option on the website to cancel your subscription or delete payment method so you are essentially locked into the subscription. In order to cancel you must email customer service and then they will contact you back! In regards to exchanging my items you need to individually select which items you want to return and give a reason why!!!! I decided just to keep all the ugly items they sent me just to get away from this company.

    Signed up because that is the only way to see what products they would put in your box. didnt end up liking the product, so filed to cancel my subscription literally 10 minutes after i signed up. nothing had shipped yet obviously. called me 4 days later to confirm the cancel, but because they had been working on my box between the time i filed to cancel and when they called me to cancel they charged me a $20 restocking fee. absolute scam of a product. incredibly disappointed

    This is a horrible company. They make it impossible to cancel the membership. the quality of the clothing is horrible and returning is near impossible. No one should do business with this company.

    This by far was the worse company to get through to. Upon ordering we couldn't access our account. Once we were able to get ahold of someone 5 days after our first attempt we were told we could cancel as long as it was 7 days before our next order was shipped. But that was not the case it was 7 days after you received the order. Product is basically what you can get at Walmart not the name brands they flash in their ads. Sizes weren't correct, it was like we received the rejects that couldn't be sold at Walmart. Refused last package and still got charged. All their reviews on Google are anonymous and probably for good reason. Expect to wait for a response so they can charge you for another month. As they have to send you the cancelation link so plan on at least 2 months of charges. Horrible customer service calls back time until you want to cancel and even then you're passed around to different people. Not personable and unreasonable terms. Product is NOT as described on website and sizes aren't true sizes large is XL in the shirts, sweat pants were supposed to be large but they were medium fit. Brands and items like shoes (we ordered the premium package), underwear, jacket weren't included like their websites advertises. We got sweatshirt, sweatpants, hat, tshirts the items were what you'd expect from their basic plan. Buyer Beware!!!

    I called to cancel with a representative named Jacob, I explained that I would need to cancel out the account for now and they are trying to bill me again. Not sure what type of scam these people are trying to run, but I will be contacting my bank in the morning.

    S***** as f****** csr. Constantly cutting you off when responding. And asked for refund as day of charge the box is not shipped actually takes more than two weeks to create box. Said they couldnt due to policy Im telling you I dont want the product and to not even send it!!!

    The worst experience, poor customer service extensive back and forth to get sizing and cancelation of subscription. Do not purchase they attempt to trap you into agreements

    Threadbeast does not respect there customers. Although I did some yelling of my own, one of the supervisors, **** ******** lashed out on me. She was also very unprofessional and laugh as though I was suppose to know the answers to some of the questions I was asking. Ms. ******** supposedly understood my fustration, but yet accused me of abusing her as well as the staff. She disconected several calls then proceeded to block my number from calling because she was upset. The customer service *** **** ****** was also rude and misinformed about some things, but a *** named ******, was very nice. It's currently been over 30 days since I paid my subscription cost and have not received my package, apparently there's a ***lacement package soon to be on the way that has not got a tracking number yet. I'm out my money and there is no package, yet I'm supposed to wait patiently for something to show, when the original didn't even get here. I see why so many people have complained here, they are more worried about their money than providing the customer with a great product/ experience.

    After reviewing the details of your case, we feel it important to note that:

    - On 8/6, you reported the missing package to our CS team.
    - On 8/13, we filed a claim with *** on your behalf to track it down, but the claim was denied on 8/16 because *** was unable to reach you.
    - Despite the claim being denied by ***, we worked to offer you a one-time courtesy replacement package on 9/4.
    - When you expressed dissatisfaction with this option, a manager on our team offered you a courtesy refund minus a $20 processing fee, even though this is against the policies listed in our terms and conditions, which all members agree to upon signing up.
    - On Sept 9th and 10th, you called our team multiple times from different numbers, displaying abusive language and calling our female representatives derogatory terms despite being given multiple alternatives.

    We take pride in providing not just great products, but also a professional and safe environment for both our customers and our staff. Unfortunately, throughout our interactions, our team members experienced ongoing disrespect, including abusive language and derogatory terms. This is something we cannot tolerate. Because of this, our team informed you that all communications moving forward would have to take place via email, to maintain our standards for offering a safe working environment.

    This did not prevent us from finding a solution, we have processed the refund minus $20 processing fee with your approval.
