      Bought a car from a friend who had a loan thru Westlake and she sent the money in for payoff. 2 months later and we still have not received the title nor a lien release document. Have talked to this company atleast 3-4 times a week and its always a different excuse. ****** claimed to have over nighted 3-4 different times. Gave bogus tracking numbers and now the latest instance sent us improper documents not stating them as the lien holder but a separate company!! Everytime you do get thru (and the phone system doesnt magically fail and disconnect you when holding or transferring) they tell you itll take ***** hrs to EVEN SEND AN EMAIL. Im not sure if they are using this car for collateral on other loans but we are getting near contacting a lawyer for loss value due to the car sitting because We cant even license it!

      Purchased a vehicle thru US Auto sales in 2014 had the vehicle for less then a year due to it no longer working. Check engine light came on and it would no longer start. I was still paying on the vehicle while it set in my parking lot. Spoke to Corporate at the ************* ** location and was told they would pick up the vehicle (which they did) and write off the remaining balance. At that time ***** was having thousands of recalls and US Auto sales was refusing to fix the vehicle. 10 years later Im being told I have a remaining balance of $6,858.00. How does a balance appear out of the blue 10 years later. I need proof contract and remaining balance as well as why I was told something only for it to be reversed a decade later. I need someone to contact me to explain how a company that was shut down due to there lies can get away with something like this

      paid off my car in November 23 it's now February 24 and still haven't received my title I keep getting hung up on transferred to many different departments no help

      I paid off vehicle 8/22/2023. I was told I would have my title and release within 30 days. I have made several calls and no response. Vehicle was purchased thur U.S. Auto Finance who went bankrupt and west lake portfolio took over for them and gladly received my payments but will not release my title. No communication or updates it now december 19th and I have nothing. I can't sell the vehicle with out title or even a release form to give to SCDMV. This is a major inconvenience for me and this business practice is very poor please help me move on from this stressful situation. When you call they transfer you to an automated machine. Then when you ask to speak to a live CSR they transfer you to Westlake title department who then inform you is all they can do is transfer you to Westlake Portfolio Management because they have no access to the information but they will send a email to cooperate office to the titling ***** I asked to cc on email he said that's against company policy it only internal for them to see. Please help me with this and me as a consumer be told they can't find my title.

      My complaint is in regards to a vehicle financed through Westlake portfolio. The vehicle that was financed was a **** Fusion and the doors wouldn't lock. I purchased an extended warranty. Vehicles prior to the model I purchased had a recall and the vehicles after that however not the model I purchased. My car was being broken into by co workers. The doors wouldn't lock. I want this removed from Credit report because of the safety issue that they refused to repair. I want this removed from the credit report and I want thedebt settled.

      This company is ripping me off every since us auto sale gave them our loans they have had my car loan still at the same price there not putting any thing towards the principal just the interest

      My farther has passed and Im the sole beneficiary over the estate and he had a car 3 months from paid off I asked if I could pay it ******* financing said it was fine and now they are permanently closed and sent the wrong paper work and the dmv said I need a release form from who ever owned the lean now and its this ***************** place and Ive been trying to get this form from them since may they sent some type of paper and the dmv said it was wrong again and everytime I call west lake its always some headache and then they dont even send the right paper I just need help to get my dads car in my name he passed a year in a half ago and I just want this behind me Im only *************************************************************************************** know how on this subject to get it done while I have to help run my dads old flooring business just please reach out if you can help me I would up load a document of me being the sole beneficiary if you want just ask the west lake have all the in even my id so just Let me know

      I need someone from Westlake portfolio to contact my girlfriends *** insurance The loan was for a car that was totalled ************* paid what they claimed car was worth The *** insurance is to pay the difference *** states that Westlake must file a claim with them so they can pay the remaining balance of the loan Westlake refuses to do so

      Have no record of my vehicle in there files so I cant get my car title so my car is not legal to drive because tags expired and car is paid off by records at dmv shows it still has a lean on it
