    My user ID is ************************************ and I started and completed multiple offers with AdGate Media in the past month. First I tried some simple games to verify their system worked, having only one issue, which they fixed promptly via their Support ********** trusting they are a legitimate business I decided to do some higher value offers, investing personal money in in-app purchases to complete in-game tasks in Rise of Kingdoms and Game of Vampires, both games which have significantly higher payouts. These tasks were tracked as completed by AdGate's system nearly immediately, but said they would not pay out for a "Pending" period (like 7-10 days). Again, this gave me confidence, so I invested more money and accomplished more tasks.Nearing my payout due period today I went to check the site and suddenly I am banned. I have no way to contact support and no information as to why. It simply says:"Phone number blocked for violating our Terms of Service."It is very convenient with multiple payouts "Pending" (that undoubtedly they already received money for from the companies they are advertising for) suddenly they ban my account without any reason.I have not violated any of the rules. I have not used VPN. I am not using any bots or cheats. I play a lot, but I have a lot of free time and insomnia and that's not a crime. It seems like they just don't want to pay out now that the value is high, but I would not have invested the money on the in-app purchases if I was not getting a payout for it. It is false advertising and a total scam.Please payout what I am due and allow me to finish the offers I started / reinstate my account (I still have like 26 days left on the Rise of Kingdoms and I invested money expecting to finish the offer) or compensate me for what I've spent in addition to the goals due.I'm attaching just one purchase receipt, but I have many, because they are microtransactions.

    Hello,I am having an issue with my account on CashInStyle. When I clicked on the offer wall, I received the following message: "Phone number blocked for violating our Terms of Service." However, I havent done anything that might have breached the **** I believe this may be related to a recent offer I completed for Rise of Kingdom, for which I made numerous purchases to fulfill the requirements within the time frame. I think the ban was made in error.I tried to contact support, but after my initial message, I never received a reply. Here are the two support tickets I submitted: #******** and #*********** user ID on CashInStyle is *************************************** user ID for Rise of Kingdom is *********** have included a few screenshots of the offer completion, along with a list of transactions I made to complete the offer. I would appreciate it if the issue could be resolved.

As shown in the screenshots, I completed the Tier 4 troops, but due to the ban that was in place, the offer wasnt credited as completed. It would be great if this could be sorted out as well

    I used personal money to complete Popslots level 124 with an award of ***** sats. While I did receive the smaller amounts for prior level completions with gameplay tracked and recorded and screenshots, AdGate never paid the ***** sats for completing 124. I have multiple tickets out to AdGate and ZBD. They stopped helping.

    Hello,I'm writing to submit a complaint against AdGate Media regarding unjust chargebacks on my Grindbux account. My user ID is ****************** completed two offers through AdGate Media21 Blitz and Big **** ******. Both offers were quick and straightforward to complete, and I fully met all of the stated requirements. I was correctly credited for both offers upon completion.However, AdGate Media later issued chargebacks on these offers, unfairly revoking my earnings without providing any valid reason or explanation. This is extremely frustrating, as I participated in good faith, followed the instructions precisely, and even made out-of-pocket purchases as part of the requirements.Reversing my earnings after I completed everything as expected is both deceptive and unfair. I respectfully request that my earnings for these offers be reinstated and that AdGate Media be held accountable for these unjust chargebacks.Please let me know if any additional information or documentation is needed.     I am rejecting this response because:
    I honestly dont understand how this chargeback is valid. I completed both offers legit, no cheating, just played the games normally. The goals for both were very easy, so of course I completed them quickly. Thats not against the rules.
    I also uploaded proof like I was supposed to. So how does that result in a chargeback? I did everything right, and now my credits are just gone with no real explanation?
    Saying it violated your terms without giving any actual reason just feels like a way to avoid responsibility. I didnt do anything wrong here, and I shouldnt be penalized for actually completing the offers as intended.
    This needs to be looked at again, because this doesnt sit right with me at all.

    I was banned from AdgateMedia a month ago due to Big **** ******, and I was charged back around $600. I understand that this is a significant amount of money, and I don't expect to get it back. I simply want to be unbanned and able to use the offerwall again. Thank you.

    AdGate Media completely ruined my reputation on the website Earnlab, with about $566.18 in chargebacks after completing the 21 Blitz offer. This was after having spent my own money to complete this offer as well as pouring several hours of my time into it, leaving me in a situation where I am now out my own time, money, and the inability to continue on the ******* website due to having a negative balance solely from the amount that Adgate Media wrongfully took away despite a legitimate completion. Offer was completed on February 02, 2025, and subsequently the chargeback took effect on February 12, 2025. Adgate ID is ************************************ . I have full proof of purchases via bank statements and transactions, as well as documented proof of every completion required for the full amount of the offer. Overall this situation has caused a lot of harm to me, as not only have I lost access to the Adgate wall and have a severe amount of chargeback as a result, but I am unable to pursue any additional earnings on the ******* website as my reputation has been completely tarnished there. I demand that AdGate Media immediately reverse the chargebacks and unban my access to the offerwall. This situation is unacceptable, and I will not accept any other outcome.

    I am submitting a complaint against AdGate Media for an unjust chargeback on my ******* account. My user ID on EarnLab is ************************************** completed an offer through AdGate for the mobile game 21 Blitz, which required me to play 200 games and spend money in the process. I fully met the offers requirements and was correctly credited for my completion. However, AdGate later issued a chargeback, unfairly revoking my earnings without any valid reason or explanation.This decision is completely unjustified, as I legitimately completed the offer, including spending my own money to do so. By reversing my earnings after I fulfilled my end of the deal, AdGate is engaging in deceptive and unfair business practices. I am requesting that my earnings be reinstated and that AdGate be held accountable for these wrongful chargebacks, which harm consumers who participate in offers in good faith.I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter.
