    I've been a customer of ********************** for four years now, and they've never let me down. I first found them on ******, buying a couple of products, but once I saw the variety of beauty and wellness items they offer, I started shopping directly from their store.Every order has arrived on time, and their customer service is top-notch. Anytime I had a question about a product, they responded quickly and were super helpful. Its clear they care about their customers.I definitely recommend ********************** to my friends and family, its a brand you can trust for quality products and great service!

    I got a the biggest box with all the tools at the beginning when they came out. I think !and that is actually my first beauty tool and up until now I didn't realize why I wasn't using it all the time until recently my friends started buying other brand same product, and I realize that their extensions sits tight so when they use them the extensions don't move around!! On my tool box the extensions are not sottinh properly inside the wand . Whenever I start using, they keep on rotating the hair tool extension one even broke, and the end of the extension stayed inside and they gave me a replacement toll, but I still couldn't use it because they keep on rotating!!! They never sit still and it's really hard for me to use it so just recently I asked them and then I realize my warranty has ended!!but this is really unfair that they're not even willing to, give me a box that is at least 70% off of $169. That's a lot of money now they expect me to buy the whole box. That is really bad business. I am planning to go to their main office. take the box and show them that the whole box is defective and why I couldn't use it the whole time I had it. I wrote to them but they're not willing to solve the issue. I have no doubt that this machine works but mine didn't work for me because the whole box is defective!!!!????????

    My Experience with Pure Daily is quite bad. I purchased the high frequency device and hardly used it. When I started using it recently, The comb doesnt work. So I reached out and they said its past warranty (by 20 days) .. though I am a frequent buyer there is no courtesy. I accepted the fact and ordered the spare items which didnt get delivered.. instead resending the product or issuing the refund.. they are asking me to submit claim with **** being a customer, why would I go thru the hassle of placing claims and all.. It was mentioned, that the item was kept in the mailbox and it isnt there. So, its the companys responsibility to check what happened and issue refund or resend the products. This is the last time .. No More Pure Daily Purchases .. super disappointing..

Bought from Amazon.com with my Amazon Prime Chase credit card. Order place 6/30./22. I opened it an charged it 24 hrs per instructions and it did not work properly so I charged it a couple of days more. I used it about three weeks and it finally just died, no power at all. I charged it and charged it. I was and am getting over an illness and surgery, could not drive to return it. I called Amazon who said there was a 30 day return policy and I just lost my total of $42.75. I have tried to contact the "sold by" company on the receipt. There is no phone # listed and the website is difficult to manage for me. It also says there is a 30 day return policy though. I only used the product about three weeks and it never worked properly and then died. At first, I did not know what to do after calling Amazon. Then I noticed the small print that listed the seller. This was awhile after not knowing who the seller actually was other than what I thought was Phillips Sonicare (who I also contacted by phone to no avail since it is not their product. What can I do to get my money back or a product that works from the company.
