      In spite of a few "not so great reviews", I ignored them and gave my attention to some realistic and objective comments and give them a try twice. I can say that the service time of about a week or slightly more is not an issue for me and that the results are awesome! I sent them Costa Del Mar frames on two different orders and I'm extremely happy with each of them. Just follow their basic instructions and you should be fine.

      YOU. LOST. MY. FRAMES.

      This is the last chance you get. The last order I made was a major cluster as well.

      It truly saddens me because I started using the company when the CEO was answering the Customer Service lines.

      Prescription came out well. Price seems a bit high, one of the lenses fits a tad loosely but it works. It seemed like a rather long time for turn around (about a month and a half). I'd use again for a pair I really liked, but for standard glasses I would just buy a new pair. All in all I'm happy.

      Worst customer service experience. No follow ups after numerous attempts to request for assistance. Then when finally a rep was ready to provide a solution and agreeing to it, completely abandoned the assistance and stopped responding.
