      After recently reviewing my credit report from your company, I noticed several inaccuracies that need to be addressed. The accounts in question are listed below:Company Name: CURACAO Account #: ********* Balance: $1,700 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681g), I am formally requesting copies of all documents in your records that were used to verify the accuracy of these accounts. Please provide these documents in your response to this letter.I respectfully ask that you do not reply with a generic statement claiming the accounts have been verified. Instead, I expect to receive the actual records supporting this verification. If no such documentation exists, these disputed accounts should be removed from my credit report immediately, as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i) of the FCRA.Including unverified or inaccurate information on my credit reportand continuing to share it with third partiesunfairly damages both my credit standing and my reputation. I ask that you take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.

      Mr. ******** appears to be laboring under a misapprehension about Curacao's nature.  Curacao is a retailer that sells on credit to customers who have its store credit card.  It is not a "consumer reporting agency" within the meaning of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Accordingly, the provisions of the Act cited in Mr. ********** complaint do not apply to Curacao.


       If Mr. ******** believes that his credit report does not accurately reflect the status or history of his Curacao account, he may contact our customer service at ************ for further assistance.

      Company have a promotion of a kind, they do open at 10am Just walk in and sales *** are advising they are sold out with not even 10 people inside store its impossible for them to sell out quick. Really Unfair Business

      Thus, the advertisement made it very clear that the exact model Mr. ***** wanted might not be available.   
      However, as a special accommodation for Mr. ****** we located the mattress he wanted in our distribution system and held it  for him.  On February 26, Mr. ***** visited the store and made the purchase.  I personally called him to verify that everything went smoothly, and Mr. ***** said he was satisfied with his purchase.

      All around January 22nd 2025 I was involved in a feature of a online operator namely black Chip poker called spin to get in this feature allows you to play a slot style game that will let you into a Target tournament for as little as one cent if you land three of a kind on the reels. I landed three of a kind on three separate occasions one tournament was a $15,000 guaranteed tournament no limit hold'em another was a ****** guaranteed no limit hold'em and most importantly was their featured venom tournament with a $2,500 entry fee and a 8 million guaranteed purse no limit hold em I have reached out to Black chip on numerous occasions to try to resolve the issue only to be met with excuses . I've never been told why my wins weren't honored only that my grievance would not be escalated. Black chip is a part of a group called The winning poker Network all of which operate out of *******. I have overwhelming proof in form of screenshot and video I have correspondence between myself and black chips employee s and hopefully I can come to a conclusion without having to go through legal channels.

We are not the Island of Curacao or any organization pertaining to this Island in the ********* which is probably where Mr. *********** meant to send his complaint to.

      Bought a 3 piece sofa sectional on certain date of January, if needed can submit receipt, one piece which was the chair or seat defective, called n had the chair with defective problem replaced, foot/leg lever) was not raising correctly either halfway or low, was a weak foot/leg lever! The replacement was also defective! In good faith we tried to keep it if the replacement had been good, but, was not! So the company had it picked up n were given our money back except they charged us for the pick up n the reassembly of the sofa/sectional! That was not fair cuz it was a defective ********* shud not be held responsible for that! That's the companys fault for selling a defective item! Its not like I didn't try to have it replaced, I did n the replacement was just as bad! Its not my fault the company sells defective items! I want my money back on the ********************* charges that they took out of the whole price! I paid more r less $1,400 They took out on their own about $200 n some! They owe me back that money! They r taking advantage of a consumer rights! Please help! FYI - As of tomorrow I will be going to the business place to see if they will give me my money back they took upon themselves! I do want to see on my own if they can come to n understanding if not, well then I hope u can do something to solve this issue! Thanks!

      Hello, this is ***** L *********, I just recently filed a complaint against business Curacao in *******, Az, this past Friday n explained my issues to u with this company n did mention also, that I was going to go today Saturday to try n resolve it on my own n everything worked out ok n was given credit for the amount charged to me! I know I jumped the gun contacting u first, but, I wanted to be a step ahead if things didnt go my way! No need for u guys to look into it anymore! Since all this just happened n I notified u guys yesterday, I yet wasnt given a case number so hopefully u can locate my file with my email which is ******************** so if u still want to contact me u can do so via my email address!       On Dec ember 22 I bought a hair treatment and hair brush, and I got a receipt that says policies on returns is 45 days, I went to the store yesterday ( 01/16/2025) and They told me, their policy is 15 days only to do returns, I talk to a manager and She refuse to take them back and issue a refund

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. ******** After reviewing the details of her purchase, we apologize for the inconvenience she encountered as there may have been a misunderstanding during the attempt to return. However, we have spoken to our management staff at the store and advised to reach out to Ms. ******** to set up a time and date to bring the merchandise that Ms. ******** stated has not been opened and simply changed her mind about making the purchase. Ms. ******** was contacted on Jan 30, and she agreed to stop by the store at 6pm.  Ms. ******** came in on February 03 and made the return for 3 products out of 5 in this purchase.

      Curacao is puzzled by Mr. ******* complaint, which contains no facts pertaining to Curacao and merely names it in passing while stating that Mr. ***** has no account with "credit one bank" and no "contract with ****************" --two third parties that are wholly unrelated to Curacao.   Our records show that Mr. ***** does have an account with **********************, the account has been delinquent since early 2023, and it has been assigned for collection to an outside collection agency, *********************

Everyone who applies and is approved for Curacao credit receives a copy of the Curacao Credit Card Terms and Conditions, and that is the contract that governs our relationship as creditor and debtor.  The Credit Card Terms and Conditions are also posted on our website, and are available upon request in any of our stores.  Moreover, Curacao is an original creditor and not a debt collector within the meaning of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  As such, it is exempt from the validation requirements of the Act.  It is also expressly exempted from the validation requirement by Californias ********* Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. However, customers also get a receipt/ invoice evidencing their purchase and all purchases and charges during the billing period are itemized on the billing statement.

      I am rejecting this response because: they did not provide me with a copy of the contract as requested. This response they sent me solved nothing. I want them to prove that it was me that opened up the account for All my information was stolen including handwriting, birth certificate, pictures of my social security card etc Was exposed in a data breach and now incorrect information on my credit report coming from this company is being used and reporting on my credit report as delinquent, I demand this account be removed from my credit report

      We have reached out to Mr. White via email requesting additional information to help us do a more thorough investigation of his Identity theft claim as we only have the email he sent as form of communication. In order to open an identity theft claim, we will need a completed ID Theft Affidavit and a copy of the claimants photo identification. There is no address on file and the phone number he sent in the BBB claim is incomplete. As of January 27, 2025 we have not heard back from Mr. White.
