            A tow yard intentionally refuses to communicate with my insurance company to get my car out. My truck was taken in after a serious auto v. auto accident On 9-12-2024 in ********, **. The police and fire **** were present. The tow company uses 3 names: One ****************** ************, this number is disconnected the other names: Insurance Inspection Center and Elite Inspection center at *****************************************, ******************************* tel no ************, this number rarely *********** car has been there since 9/12/24. My insurance has not been able to get my car out of the tow yard as it is very difficult to find an attendant who answers the ************ number. My insurance company has sent emails requesting their charges to get the vehicle out and they refused to provide a response. I went to their yard in person twice: once to release my vehicle to my insurance company and the second one time to find out why they refused speak with my insurance company. The attendant indicated that his lunch hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and after 1:30 p.m. he will no longer answer the phone which makes it impossible for my insurance company to set up an appointment to pick up my truck. He attendant indicated that as of 9-18-2024, their charges were over $4,400.00 as he charges $285.00 daily for storage and about $2,400.00 to tow my car for 14 miles which was the distance from the accident location to their yard. To date, they continue to refuse to answer the phone to my insurance company's requests for their charges and to set up a pick up appointment for my truck. My ins. company called them all throughout last week and three times this morning 9-23-2024 and no one answers the phone. Last week, I called the police department and they told me this is not an *************** Garage and they can't get involved. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advanced for your attention and cooperation.
