    I enrolled in the debt consolidated loan for $39831.00 in 2019 .only $7824.00 was resolved over a 5 year period .over $10000.00 not sure the exact amount but most of it did not go toward my debt .I was supposed to be debt free in approximately 4 years .I now have creditors after me and trying to garnish my wages I'm currently paying on one account and just received court papers 3/3/2025 saying I must pay $16798.72 which was my highest debt .if I had this money I would not have needed help with consolidating my debt ..just asking for reimbursement from this nightmare.

    I paid Whitestone Legal group $38,800 over the course of two years. The agreement was that they would settle my debts. Four accounts were not settled at all, and some of the accounts at they were supposed to pay were not paid. They kept my money, but did not perform all of the agreed settlements.

    In April, 2020 I entered into a 48-month contract for *******************(Due to the shutdown of the industry I work in and Covid) I entered six creditors and agreed to make payment in the amount $632.00/monthly for 48 months with all creditors paid per a settlement on my behalf. I was informed that my program needed to be extended through 12/5/2024-today. Last week I received a letter stating that the Whitestone ********** has been sued and I no longer have representation. I have paid $36,000 over the course of 52 months. I just learned that only the small debts were settled. The two largest ones were not and are NOW my responsibility. I am currently in a state of shock and I have no idea how to proceed. I can see that I am not alone. What have these criminals done with all of our money? The phone number for my appointed attorney has been disconnected. **************** at ********************** is NO help at all. And I cannot seem to get through to the phone number for Reliant (RAM). I am seeking any assistance from anyone out there who is willing to help. This is an absolute nightmare.

    I contracted Whitestone Legal Group to help consolidate my debt after my divorce. They were supposed to settle 8 different accounts. I am only able to see one account on the platform. I have made payments for 4 years, but Whitestone has paid a minimal amount to my creditors not even covering the interest the for those accounts. I have paid a total of $42K to Whitestone. My balances with creditors are now over $60K. Creditors are now garnishing my wages. I am deep in debt. I entered into the Whitestone program believing they would consolidate my debt. Communicating with Whitestone was almost impossible, evetime I called I contacted a new agent who would start the investigation process. Nobody gave me updates or resolution of my concerns/complains. Now my credit is damaged. Please help. I would like to pay off my debt and restart building my credit.

    I agree to a debt consolization process for over 4 years. I've been paying $766 a month. When I go to look at what was resolved for as my debt resolution, I see that they have not contacted most of my creditors. As they stated, they have done so. They have charged me well over $10000. A fees and processing based on what they stated and have not contacted most of the creditors that they said they have done. So I am looking for a refund based on the lawsuit that's pending in ******** right now. They have misled me into thinking that they have contacted my creditors and have not done so as of to date.I have contacted five creditors who have stated.They have never spoken with whitestone legal group. They have swindled meat. Well, over fourteen thousand dollars and have not contacted most of the creditors.I am still in the process of contacting them now to verify that they were contacted or not. I am seeking full refund based on the fact that they conned me out of a service that was not rendered. They have all of my documents. Therefore, no need to upload all of the documents as they are too much to load.They know what they have and should be ashamed of themselves.

    We have been with Whitestone Legal Group since 7/2029. In the beginning we were contacted by them about once a month to let us know that money had to accrue in our account for them to start negotiating settlements. We sent them all notices that we received and I have the email communication with them. About 4 months ago it came to our attention that there was a lawsuit pending. We tried to access our portal online and are now unable to get into the site. Today we were served a summons by a credit card company trying to collect the debt from 2019. We are on disability and social security. We believed that this debt was taken care of. We paid Whitestone over $700 for two years and $400 for almost two years. When my husband became disabled we started paying $200 until 2 months ago. I contacted **** and they stopped the draft for us. We are unable to reach anyone at Whitestone and unable to get into the online portal. Please help! We have paid them over $20,000 and only 3 accounts for under $500 were settled.

    Hello I have been making payments for almost 5 years for a 4 year program, almost $XXK so far. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the business no matter when I call. I have also sent message through their website and via email. According to their site there are only two creditors left to settle but they have not made any attempts. I want to remove those creditors and complete the program. I dont want to make any more payments to someone that is not keeping their end of the agreement by seething my debt. I believe I will have better luck handling it on my own.

    I entered into an agreement to consolidate my credit card debt, they promised to deduce my Debts and pay of creditors in 48 months, , they charged me 571 dollars a month to pay off ***** in debt, they only paid off ***** or so and stopped answering my calls, I found a way to get back 4000 of money I have paid in, but according to them I still owe discovercard ***** and I have paid over *****, and now I am being brought into court to answer for this debt,they took over ***** in fees for no real service, these people are criminals

    Started with Whitestone Legal Group April,2020 with 6 accounts and guaranty a 4 year agreement and now over 4 years and only 4 have settled and one was stopped payment from them and 1 has not even started, but they took thousands of dollars from me. Now i have been calling several weeks and no answer i spend my working breaks to call only to hang up when i have to return to work. Now the creditor that the payment was stopped they want the whole amount. Now i just need to cancel and have them stop withdrawing money from my account, so i can start paying them directly. No luck with them calling me or anything. So frustrated with this company. I dont know what to do?? They took advantage of me and my wife. I just want them to stop doing this to other people.
