      I enlisted Wilshire Law Firm to assist me with a car accident case. The agreement stated that I would be charged a flat percentage if settled within 90 days, and more if they had to fight in court. I signed the agreement for representation and I never heard from them again until they sent me a settlement agreement. It seems the settlement was made within 90 days, however, they claimed to have fought in court, and are charging me substantially more. I have never received ANY court documents regarding the case, per the Law, and when I contacted them about sending me copies of the court documents, they ignored my request. When I asked for the case number to research it online, they couldn't provide one. I keep reaching out to my attorney, but he, *******, ignores my calls...and I have yet to recieve any case related documents. I believe this is fraud, and they should face charges. I also plan to file a complaint with the ******.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have already been going back and forth with the company about the issue since I filed this claim, and we have not been able to come to an agreement. I do not wish to waste any more time debating their fraudulent practices, and I plan to file a complaint with the ******************, and any and all interested parties.

      So my attorney was suppose to help me during the time I was injured witch they didn't alls I was a number to them and they almost took 80 percent of my settlement and they also lied to me about the amount I should of got and I wasn't even done getting my other surgery before they close my case and someone forged my signature on a document and I told them that and they tried to tell me I was lieing because No one in the right state of mind would of signed the document. It was honestly really messed up and I didn't know how I how to do anything about it sooner tell now because I still have 2 torn tendens in my leg and I am not going to lie it messed up how they tried to take advantage of me because I didn't know what I was doing. They where very miss leading and the injuries I had was permanent like I had to get a rod in my leg and a anchor in my my ankle

      It has been over a year since my case was resolved. They ignored my calls, never called back. They are scamming people to take more % of their settlement. I have the info showing the settlement was completed in less than 90 days and has been over a year and no settlement payment. They never update until you constantly hound them for Information. They deserve to be sued for this or lose their license.

      Why do I have to talk to marketing regarding my complain, shouldn't wilshire not marketing contact me about my issue? Your law firm is doing shady business practices and taking advantage of inoccent victims by falsifying great reviews about how great your business does. While the real truth is that Wilshire takes their time so that they overcharge clients and take all the money and leave the victim/client with nothing. I am in the military and will talk to my congressman about this business practice to make sure this shady business practice  doesn't occur anymore.

      I keep being spammed by Wilshire Law on my phone. They have called me on over 50 phone numbers and wont stop. This is harassment. Please take my phone number and put it on a NO CALL LIST! - ************

      I have Wilshire Law Firm calling me several times a day or more every single day. I have NO idea why. If I have business with you that I am unaware of, leave a message? Don't call me 100 times and then don't say what for. If I have a lawsuit against someone and you are following up, then you can call me. Don't bother me otherwise. I have a legal team. Calling me that many times I can be compensated because it's ANNOYING. ************ I request a follow up response only here. UNLESS like I said, there's a legal issue I am filing against a company. Then you can call.

      I have an open case with this law firm. I signed my settlement agreement on July 16th 2024. I the agreement it said ** review payment within 30 days. Its September 4th and nothing Ive called and emailed numerous of times and they never call me back. Ive never waited this long for a settlement check. No one can give me a straight answer

I received a call today and was told I was getting a check, but only half because supposedly the other half hasnt been dismissed? I was told by someone in their office that I would get the entire money by the beginning of September, now theyre coming out with this? Im so upset I need that money I want that other half now!

      Constantly cold calling; 4-6 times a day even on Sunday. Active duty military in other countries and still receiving costly cold calls. I never acquired their service and they continue to call.

      On April ******* I was involved in a car accident with my partner and 4 year old daughter. Also at the time I was 6 to 7 months pregnant. They kept switching me from one person to another never really good communication. Once we did the therapy I let them know the therapy I was getting was making my back hurt even worse then before i only went to therapy TWICE the most because ***** my attorney at the time told me to basically not to go back they they were having issue with them about another client and basically they want me to go back but when I ask for more therapy he will just go back to Ill get in touch with you but never once called me back I left voicemail messages. I also contact with ********************* about my therapy nothing they kept blowing me off but once they said we were settle for 12,000-****** they were blowing up my phone and when I asked that I wanted to see if we can get more ***** kept telling me no that theres nothing more that he can do. And I asked him how much would we be getting back in return and he basically told me that we had to sign some forms to let me know. I went from getting almost ****** to 700 dollars for me my partner my baby and my unborn child. The charged each of us 45% on top another percentage so I went threw all that. When I never got my therapy treatment again he was to busy to get in touch about therapy but not to busy to get in touch about a settlement still to this day I have back pains my baby was born with 3 holes in her heart due to the stress since I was already a high risk patient to begin with. They kept switching me to talk to so many people that Ive lost count. Once I told them that I was going to contact the BBB and State Bar my settlement from 700 hundred to almost ***** dollars. I would just like to know how did it go from that amount to this amount and they were charging for so people that they were calling hospitals and getting paperwork fax like extra stuff. Like I was the one handling getting the info. Etc

      Wilshire law firm was hired to help me with an automobile injury where I was on a motorcycle and was rear-ended by an SUV. This law firm has been disrespectful and dismissive from the beginning of the working relationship. I provided this law firm complete access to my Stanford healthcare portal where they could print out medical records or any billing information that was needed. They are trying to charge me almost $800 where they paid a third-party service to request the exact same information that they can get for free. Theyre trying to charge me for an investigation to take statements from witnesses and theyve never done so They told me that they paid an invoice. I must pay it back, but just because they are wasteful does not mean that I have to be. Im not paying for something that they could get for free. They had set up distribution of thousands and thousands of dollars from the settlement to pay a medical provider that never even build my health insurance This law firm is stealing from me
