Everything I have read here on the other reviews, just showed me that I made a huge mistake by hiring Wilshire Law firm. My case has been going on since 2022, and Wilshire Law firm told me that all I can get out of one of my cases was $15,000.00, and then all of the doctors and attorney fees would come out of that money. The case worker could not even tell me what I would and up with. All of a sudden, phone calls would not be returned, and when they were, I was lied to, and told my doctor would not lower his fees. When I called my doctor, he told me he was willing to lower the fees, but was waiting for Wilshire Law firm to send over the paperwork. Wilshire Law firm told me that they did send over the paperwork, so I called my doctor back and they said that is not true. This went on back and forth for awhile, and then all of a sudden, I get a letter from Wilshire Law firm saying that they can not represent me in both of my cases, dropping me, leaving me overwhelmed with both cases. When I called them and asked them why ? They said because they could not get my doctor to lower my medical bills. Again, I called my doctor and he said that is not true. I then get a text from Wilshire Law firm, saying, so I have a minute to talk ? Hi told her what I have to talk about is not going to take a minute, but an hour. I get a response saying that they can not pay me until they get a hold of my friends, who are also injured in the car. They said that they can't pay me until my friends were paid first. I then sent them a text back saying, I thought you dropped both of my cases ? They said they did not know anything about that. I just received another call from them today from a case worker, saying that he was trying to get a hold of my friends that were in the car. I asked him, I thought they dropped both of my cases ? He said he did not know anything about that. What kind of law firm does this to their clients WILSHIRE LAW FIRM DOES. STAY CLEAR OF THEM.Review from Vapsi S

This a complaint is about getting $0.00 Dlls recover after this Wilshire Law firm hired by me in fluent Spanish promise me to get the most out of a car accident by ************************************* both clients from the same ************** known as Triple AAA. After several months of waiting I usually contacted ***************************** and/or ******* from their offices in L.A. They assigned several people but all my contacts where ****** or ******* due to the language barriers to other people in their Law Firm. In the end they all played me, they show a document where they told the final settlemnt of $15000 as the max ****** to this cases when your liability is the minimun for the State of California.They make me believe that in the end out of paying all the doctors, X Ray testings and Chiropractor and their fees, I was going to end up with $5000 plus, they send me a document to sign that I never understood, though it was necessary for me to get the $5000 ******. I kept calling ****** and ******* was the only one in answering my text of calls. She would keep telling me that my case was in somebody else desk. She started giving me the round arounds until I finally told her to give the name of the person encharge and his or her phone number.When even ******* my only contact would not return my calls or text messages, I knew there was something wrong, it occur to me if I could find the document where they show me the $15,000 distribuition, notice that that distirbution was never existed when I solicited copies of those documents.They only got me a check for some $2,130.64 + for my car repair and that was it. The $5000 + disappear. These people should be listed the Magicians List.I will never recommed no one in the Hispanic Comunity to do business with them.Don't do the following mistakes as Customer. Never accept to sign something that is not translated in your language.

I do not share the same enthusiasm that some share here about the Wilshire law firm. At least not the intake people for employment law!I worked for a company that knowingly, recklessly, and with wanton disregard.... violated federal and state laws dealing with both public and individual safety. Additionally the company falsified required federal and state reports (Criminal and civil liabilities) When I told the company I did not feel safe working there because of federal and state safety violations and if the company didn't follow legal safety guidelines I would give my 30 days notice... I was fired on the spot. The intake person told me the company was justified in firing me. The federal regulatory agency did not agree with her. There was a question in intakes mind about whether or not CA had jurisdiction by Wilshire intake. ??I "In general, all California superior courts have jurisdiction over a person that lives in ********** or can be found in **********, and businesses or organizations that do business in **********."??There should not be a problem with being under the jurisdiction of the court. Also, intake told me that there was a 90 day probation period ... this is not true. There was no probation period and benefits started immediately. Their intake people seem to be ****, Rude, Clueless on legal principles, And looking for a Shortcuts. We needed help and then Wilshire Law Firm came along. This company is not worth recommending.The fees they demand alone are a reason never to hire again I see a lot of people here who have also had bad experiences and I would be happy to connect me with you. If i could rate lower , i would. total waste of time and got my hopes up for nothing besides added nervousness that i might have given sensitive personal information to untrustworthy people. at this point due to their lack of contact after receiving their letter. I was an a car accident while being pregnant, also my toddler and fianc were included in the car accident. I turned to them to help me with a case. First they will keep in contact with you but then they will stop once they reach closer to the case closing. I also got referred to a chiropractor that I specifically told them that I didnt like how we were getting treated there. So they referred me to a different practice, and I called them to let them know that the treatment was to painful for me still. They told me they well get back with me and ended up not calling me or follow up at all with me. And I kept calling the office to get an update didnt hear back for weeks. And keep in mind I called at least 4 times or more within the week nothing until they told me to sign paper work to get the payment I was getting 12 almost 13 thousand. Tell me why they are trying to pay me out only for 600 dollars out of the 13 thousand. Because they took 33 percent and another 33 and 1/3 out as well from us individually instead of being all together so my pain and suffering basically got them almost 13 thousand handed to them. And charged like *************************************************************************************************** my fianc. I dont believe it was right for us to get so little when I was having contractions at 6 months to where i was dilating due to the car accident so this whole incident cost 600 hundred. If you are ever in a car accident, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this law firm. They have not resolved my friends case even after a full year after my accident. If you dont call them, they wont call you. Complete waste of time and energy. Youre better off with other more capable lawyers. My 76 y.o. dad hired this firm after a car accident. He had a terrible experience with them. They would pass him from one attorney to another saying that attorney was no longer with the company or just someone else was going to handle it. This has been going on for over a year now. They would take DAYS to a week to respond to his voicemails. Very unproffesional. They stuck him with so many different medical fees that at the end of the case. He is taking home less than $1,000. Attorneys are keeping over $5,000, and the medical fees are taking over $5,000 aswell. He got no actual pain relief. FIND ANOTHER LAW FIRM!!!!Wilshire Law Firm, P.L.C. Response

A very unprofessional Law Firm.Absolutely NO help at all with a case I hired them for 7 ******************************** told me that that have never contacted them regarding a claim settlement ??? Excellent customer service with transparent communication throughout the process. Although it may take some time, the outcome is rewarding, as they secured a favorable settlement. I highly recommend their services.
