      Wilshire Law Firm helped me after I was the victim of a pretty serious hit-and-run. They kept me updated and made sure the uninsured motorist coverage worked in my favor. I got my money super quick which helped pay my medical bills.

      They are a scam! Took all of my $50,000 settlement from my car accident. Mind you the other driver already claimed to be at fault. They made me go to all these Drs that are under their payroll to make it look like I'm dying and the forged medical invoices to take the entire settlement. Do not go to these people and if you're already involved with them, you have the right to FIRE them. It's not worth it. They put me through h*** more than that accident

      I got sideswiped by another driver on the highway. Dude who hit me took forever to pay up what he owed me. I got Wilshire involved and they handled the situation for me.

      I transferred my case to your firm under the impression that I would receive superior service compared to other legal operations. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Instead of progressing the case efficiently, your team has consistently delayed proceedings without providing any clear updates or direction.Communication is poor across departments. Case managers fail to follow up in a timely manner, and when contact is made, responses are often unprofessional, dismissive, and at times, aggressive. There is an apparent lack of customer service, and the attorneys involved appear more concerned with their potential compensation than with providing adequate support for their clients.The handling of case files is severely disorganized. Vital information is either misplaced or not filed at all. It is evident that there is no coordination, and supervisors make promises that are never fulfilled.This case has been postponed for two years with no resolution. Instead of offering solutions, your team continues to raise the threat of arbitration as a form of pressure. It is disheartening to witness how your firm takes advantage of individuals who have already endured traumatic events. What was promised as legal support has turned into what feels like financial and emotional exploitation.I expected ethical, professional representation.       I contacted Wilshire Law in the ***********, **. Location spoke to a couple of people, then to *********, not sure of her title, but heard a commercial about wrongful termination, which it did not indicate what kind, when explained the termination type, was told that they only cover lunch break or time clock issues. Very disappointing, I would not have called if it only cover time clock issues. What a waste of time. False advertising, I'm sure they don't care about costumer reviews.

      My wife and I were left injured after being hit by a driver who wasnt paying attention. The driver took way too long to pay for the damages. We called Wilshire for help after hearing about them from a friend. The settlement helped pay for our medication, physio, and massage therapy.
