I Did respond to Prestige and they say they have a settlement in the amount of $10,000.After giving bank account information I was told it would be 65 days to let "opposing council" file an ********** they will not answer my questions. VERY SUSPICIOUS.Review from KL D

I received the same letter as everyone else and it made me panic for several minutes. I had my identity stolen once before and I thought it was happening all over again, until I did some research and found this is an advertisement for this law firm. The Attorney Advertisement at the top of the **** seems like a loophole to keep them from being sued. Its appalling that this was their choice in advertising their company; scaring people half to death. They should be ashamed. DO BETTER.Review from Am A

I completely agree with ***** Just got a letter in the mail and definitely first thought was that someone stole my identity and bought a vehicle! The information they claim to access is not accurate so therefore the advertisement is misleading and false because its based on fake information! I do not own a 2017 ********* ! I, too, received a letter from Prestige saying their "...investigation shows your vehicle may be a lemon..." with the subject line "2019 Honda CR-V", case # *******.I have never owned a Honda.It may be advertising, but it is MISLEADING BAIT advertising directed at me & not some general, unnamed person. So their response to other reviews is insincere at best. YOUR firm deliberately chose to mail ME, by name, at my address. I could consider this harassment, because it made me worry if someone had stolen my identity & bought a car under my name.The firm must be desperate to rely on such deceptive methods. No better than an ambulance-chaser. Shame on you!Review from Brian F

This firm sent me a letter in the mail with a header saying "Subject Vehicle: 2022 Infiniti Q60" which goes on to say that my car might be a lemon and I may be subject to compensation. This letter also has a case number in the heading.All of this lead me to be concerned that my identity might have been stolen and a car might have been purchased in my name. It wasn't. They are just sending out intentionally deceptive advertisements in the mail.They are clearly engaging in unethical business practices, and I don't recommend that people do business with them. If you receive a letter from them, you can safely ignore it.

This person seems to be referencing a mailed advertisement. The mailing clearly indicates ATTORNEY ADVERTISEMENT in both English and Spanish. The advertising mailer is informative and uses publicly accessible data and is not deceptive. We have never interacted with this person. This firms "investigation" led them to sending me a letter (addressed to the wrong member of my household) for possible problems with my bolt ev. These possible problems include: bad gas cap, fuel sensor failure, and engine misfires. My car is an EV, the letter they sent me is for EVs.
